Initiative: Nizam - 23 Ahirman - 17 Town Guard - 15 Brendon Heat - 13 Raiders - 10 Guard Captain - 10 Navon - 8 Talibah - 8 Dimitri - 6 Goblins - 6 Raider Leader - 6 Dorak - 6 Byerek - 5
Action Summary: Nizam approaches the battle from the woods. He fires an arrow as he moves into town. Ahirman runs into the fray with a force od clerics and townsfolk who have joined to fight the raiders. He misses a goblin. The Town Guard are still fighting the raiders near the gate, except for the Captain's squad, who are much closer to you. Brendon Heat moves to attack the Raider's leader, stabbing viciously, dealing 6 damage. The Raiders continue their assault on the Town Guard and Townsfolk, though they are now a have a little more room to chose opponents. The Guard Leader continues to shouting orders, trying to keep his men together. He finally reaches the raider leader with his longsword, creating a nasty new wound. Navon casts cause fear at the raider leader, sending him into a panic. Talibah fires another arrow, missing her target. Dimitri fires a spell at the raider leader, dealing 2 damage. The raider leader falls to the ground, dying. The Goblins are attacking the Town Guard also, a few let arrows fly. The Raider Leader, after taking 2 powerful blows, tries to escape the fear caused by Navon's spell, but is cut down by Dimitri. Dorak came walking down the trade route from the West. Upon reaching the town, he joins in the fray, charging a group of goblin archers. Byerek, coming from fighting the blaze in another part of town, runs to join the battle, casting true strike on the way.
Current situation: The thunder and lightning continues, and the smoke and soot from the burning town are the only smell left, other than blood. As you battle to the death with part of the raiding force, the townfolk aren't faring so well. There is carnage in the street where the rest of the forces are colliding. The remaining guards appear to be more combat ready, but the other defenders from the town are suffering heavy casualties. The clerics appear to be taking the upper hand though, with thoughtful use of the attack spells they have on hand, and their martial skill, they are beginning to sway the tide, but they may be a little late. Our heroes see some hope as the leader of the Raiders falls, without his commanding presence one can only guess what will become of the raider's so far effective tactics.
The goblins' AC's are 13. The raider on Dimitri's AC is 13 (charged). The raiders' AC's are 15. The leader is dying.

Byerek grumbles as the raider leader falls. he knows well enough to ot waste his few spells on someone who is incapacitated and takes aim at a random human raider within range.
"Mystra guide my aim..." Byerek says as he pulls out a pinch of ash. after speaking the incantation, it formed into a round stone, eminating with energy. He throws it with all his might at a human raider...
*Casts Kelgores Fire bolt*
range: 120 feet duration instant... Saving throw: reflex half D6 fire damge/ level (total 2d6 fire damage)

Dorak swung around out of breath and huffing and puffing from his run. He turned towards the goblin that he had barely missed on his first swing. He swung at the goblins chest.

Seeing the foolish goblin charge at his master, Brendon was terrified that Dimitri might join Alex. when Dimitri dodged the blow Brendon stalked his prey for the third time tonight. Foolishness. Brendon thought to himself. Noone attack my master and is allowed to see the next sunrise. *hitting the charged goblin*
11+4=15 HIT!!
Covering the goblin's mouth, Brendon raises his dagger high in the air in front of the goblin, who is still surprise and terrified of the sudden appearance of the dagger.

The blade enter deepest into this goblin's chest, going all the way up to the hilt. Releasing the goblin only after the damage is done, who stumble forward like all his victims with the look of pure shock. suddenly drawing his attention away from the goblin, dead or alive, Brendon notices a change in Dimitri. Who at this point readies his attack for the Raid leader

Looking down on the now dying Raid Leader, Dimitri feels sory for him, but knows what he must do in order to maintain neutrality of this village... and for himself. crying Faust. Please. Can you do this for me. Like you always have. crying Standing with his eyes closed for a second, Dimitri reopens them and looks down on the Raid Leader once again, but this time instead of pity his eyes show hunger. Squatting down low enough for the dying Raid Leader to here, twisted "I have been asked to guarentee that your existance is erased. Your lucky you met me, or at least the Young One. He asked me to finish you off. If it was me, you'd be nothing more than a screaming soul within me. Give my reguard to the abyss." With that Faust, as he liked to call himself, stands up, raises the quarterstaff, and brings the tip of it crashing down unto the face of the Raid Leader.

Ahirman tried to remain calm, even as he saw his attack miss it's mark, and he was temproarily off-balance, he stumbled forward a few steps, just enough to barely avoid being stabbed by the goblin's counterttack ((I'm assuming that the goblin that tried to attack him is the same he attempted to attack...))
He was the one who appeared their leader fall to a bolt of arcane energy. He decided against attacking the goblin again, instead he hoped to capatalize their advantage. He turned to the nearest raider. Before he struck, he channeled destructive energies though it, hopefully to fell the raider.
