scream Yep, our incoming class is a bunch of little snobby sluts. Literally. One of the girls had sex on a church playground in broad daylight during youth group, where everybody could see. The fishies are going to have it baaad next year, with the exception of the ones that came over last year to play in drumline (we were short of people, and they are really good)

There is not alot of freshman joining this year, with is dissaponting. Since the seniors are graduating the size of the band is shrinking. sad But, I do know a few of the freshman. One of them is really nice and will be a great addition. The other...well lets just say shes kind of emotional.

I'm not looking forward to the incoming freshmen. They're going to start cliches in our clichless school. I know most of them won't play as well as many in my year did in their freshman year. Oh, how next school year will suck.

Grrrrr freshmen. They are the worst. I am teaching them how to march. Working with them is dreadful. I just hope the new seasone will be as good as last year. I just wish freshmen came with experience. they act like memerizing music is soooo hard. PRACTICE. I swear its not that hard.

Freshman at my school insist on sucking. The majority of them can't march, and they always bring their parents w/ them. I mean COME ON...YOU'RE IN FREAKKING HIGH SCHOOL!!!!
Except for a few individual freshman who may have had a sibling or band, or are phenomenal, for the most part, our freshman, especially in drumline suck. They're are not motivated, not focused, and don't want to get any better.

And this would apply to nearly all the band kids from my grade, too. They only want to talk and goof off. Boy, they're gonna get hit with quite a few cases as the year starts...

phantomofmusic This is mainly pertaining to seniors or section leaders, or anybody else who has the same opinion. Does anybody have any incoming freshman that are just plain evil. I know our band has a class like that coming up in two years and the kids in it are evil and very vindictive. The rest of that class is just as mean. The sixth graders are actually getting suspended from school for months at a time for actually beating up kids, teachers, and stealing from everybody. But the band kids are slightly mellower than that but I worry that the band will all together be gone in a few years because of the new kids not taking an interest and not having the maturity to be in band. just wondering if I am the only one with that problem. The Phantom of Music I fear for are sound..... you see we kind of got off balenced with the 6th graders we have 26 flutes and like 2 or three of each other thing (not many other things either) I voiced my concern to the old seniors but they said half would drop out by the time they got to high school anyway. I trust them all the way but they could have only said that because they are going to collage and are never going to stop by again anyway. those little 6th graders are very wind hevey and you shouldn't hardly hear any flutes in the 6th grade because only half should be able to actually make a sound xd I see desaster coming soon. we all ready are going 10+ flutes in high school. I'm sad to say I hope that some change section or quit ((namely the jr.s that didn't do crap last year))

Its going to be on the freshmens shoulders to keep us going. and if I make section leader I'll instill a totalitarian resiem upon the flute section and they WILL keep their flutes parallel to the ground and they WILL put their toes to their noes and they WILL memorize their music and they WILL play out and they WON'T complain or I WILL get them! WAHAHAHAHA! twisted
