The hug from Fulgar made her go limp, her back bending over his arms. She was exhausted, She hasn't eaten in two days and then hoisting this man who was twice her height and maybe even her weight. "erh.." Her head was spinning and her body felt numb. "I-im...going to take..a...nap..wake me up when foods up..." Her voice softly died off at her last words ruduced to small mumbles. She closed her eyes dangling in the arms of Fulgar falling into the abyss of sleep.

After a long while the blind Earthbender, Ninavask, stood up from his bench. He stared straight forward and tapped his staff. He felt the Vibrations course through the city and started walkign toward a fleet of stairs that rose to another level. He knew there where hundreds upon thousands of stairs that went up to the top of the Great city of Omashu.

Jonah walked over to the two, looking to clarify a simple misunderstanding.

"If it's okay Zhin, I'll handle this person if you want so you can rest. I probably shouldn't have gone hard on you..."

Jonah waited for a response, wondering if he would be training the new person. Then again, he wondered just how strong Zhin really was if he was going to be training someone right after an intense spar.

Jonah then sized up his trainee, trying to figure out where this person came from. He supposed he would have to go back to the very basics, the steps where he had to learn how to earth bend from his dearly departed parents. Even though he improved overtime, learning new techniques and such, Jonah always knew there was little more to bending than the basic principle and movement.

Before he got started teaching, Jonah turned around to the woman he was previously talking to in a subtle manner, trying not to provoke anything. She looked like she wanted something from him, and he was pretty sure he knew what it was from the way she was following him. Earthbending was pretty useful for such things, and Jonah would always be thankful to himself and his teachers for such techniques.

"If you want to be taught as well, I don't mind. But let's get started. I'll spar with you later if you want, or if you want me to demonstrate some techniques for the new trainee. Whatever suits you."

Jonah turned back around to the new arrival, his first trainee that wished to learn earthbending. Jonah assumed a wide and sturdy horse stance with a variation of the arms, one in a knife-guard formation and the other off to the side, horizontal in the same formation. He then stomped the ground with one of his feet, bringing up two cube-shaped blocks of stone the size of a standard 6' human.

"In order to bend earth and stone, you must be sturdy like both of them. Assume a stance like mine, wide and sturdy so you don't fall." Jonah waited for either of them to do something, but he guessed the girl wouldn't be earthbending since

IC||Linh watched as the two men got into a wide, sturdy stance and began their training, thinking about the teacher, Jonah. He seemed to know everything. He reminded her of her old teacher back in the Fire Nation. She soon began to loose herself in memories of old times but was shocked back into reality with the cries for help, made by another young girl.

I guess she feels a bit better. She thought to herself as a smile streached across her face. She then walked over to the small bird that landed on the ground next to them, being carefull not to scare it away and pulled out some more small bits of food and placed them infront of the animal. She then shooed it away knowing that it might not be the best place to eat, because of the training that would be going on.

She then turned back to the small group of people and smiled at them. And then got into, what felt like a sturdy, rock hard hourse stance.

Jonah, after learning his trainee's name, decided to demonstrate what Fulgar needed to learn. So he decided to give him a demonstration; Jonah concentrated on the cube of stone, thrusting his hand foreward like he was going to break a piece of wood, moving the cube a few feet in front of him. It was the most basic move he knew, one that wouldn't reshape stone but move it.

"Just concentrate on the rock, and move with a forceful motion for beginners. To move a rock, you must maintain firmness and concentration."

Jonah waited for his trainee to try and move the stone, as he witnessed the girl from during his spar come back in some kind of crazy frenzy with flying animals. He had thought she finally lost it.
