I'm giving co-ownership of Shadow to Kyaishi. She has full rights to roleplay Shadow, decide on his mate, personality, mannerisms and the whole shebang.

When Shadow breeds, I would like first basket. In the event of a third basket, then it would go to Kyaishi and of course, she can have full decisions over any future breeding baskets Shadow may beget. I just would like to have one Shadow baby for myself. heart

Chemicalstar get all the rp right and Lorako all the breeding right. They agreed together on the decision on his mate.

This is the co-ownership agreement between Fidsah and Quiddie! concerning the Kalona, Calamity. As the original owner of this pet, I allow Quiddie! the below rights to allow the pet to be used.

Quiddie! will have rights to roleplay, keeping the pet true to his family and race as a Kalona. This means that he's limited to being an evil Soquili and as such, should only breed or mate with other Kalonas or Soquilis of evil alignment or temperment. He should despise good natured pets completely.

Calamity's sexuality should be heterosexual as anything else is unnatural to the world. If for any reason, we decide that Calamity is to be a homosexual pet (which I would need to agree on but don't at this point in time), then he should give up any remaining rights to breed with a female. Bisexuality is not an option.

As far as breedings go, I reserve the right to keep the first basket from breeding or give it away to someone I see fit. Second breeding would go to Quiddie! and if there's ever a third breeding, the choice of accepting the basket would go to Meeki. If Meeki declines, then Quiddie! and I will jointly decide what to do at such a time.

Anything not coverered will need to be agreed to by me.

AnimeChickie gets RP rights and choice of lifemate.
Preferance for lifemate to be found before breeding has been accepted by both owners.
First Breeding: Faolin gets the basket and pays for the breeding.
Second Breeding: Anime Chickie gets the basket and pays for the breeding.
Third Breeding: If we're so lucky to get a third breeding, we will discuss together what is to be done with any resulting foals when it happens.

In the event of a set of three baskets, the extra basket will be requested to go to the other co-owner.
If either co-owner leaves Gaia or choses to give up rights to Axel, the other co-owner gains full rights to him.

Xemnas - co-owned by Mintaka & Chibizoo

- RP rights go to Mintaka.
- A mate/breeding partner(s) will be decided on by both Chibizoo and Mintaka.
- First breeding's basket will go to Chibizoo (to do with as he wants)
- Second breeding's basket will go to Mintaka (to do with as she wants)
- If a third breeding arises, a decision will be amde by both owners what to do with the resulting basket. Same with if a third basket comes up - and the discusison of all third baskets will involve the other owner(s) of the other Soquili.

Both parties are in agreeance that the other will determine what si fair and right in both interests, should one or the other be completely unavailable for some reason (such as life) so as to not create great complications if a situation is absolutely necessary in requiring a decision in the here and now and a week's time or more has passed without any answer or sign. Should either owner leave Gaia, control of the pet will revert to whomever remains, but ownership will remain on the tag for both should the other return, and rights restored should they desire.
