Looking back to Narky as he hid from the new girl, she would not even be in the mood. "I don't know about normal." She whispered to him as they were walking. She knew she would have to keep an eye on him. Therefore, good thing he stayed with her. Didn't need him getting lost in the frost by all means. She'd allow Svaf to look after the others. Narky was her teammate and felt like she was personally responsible for him. As they made it, she would stop and look about until Sinn explained the task. They had to do what now! No way was he serious. Indeed, he was serious, and they had to climb the mountain with no gear. "I hope I do sugar." She told him as she drank some water from her backpack. Knowing there was no other way, she hugged Narky. "Do your best. I will be waiting for you at the top no matter what." She tried to assure him.
~Time Skip~
After some time, the woman had made some progress. It wasn't as much as the two people in front of her, but she didn't feel bad. There was a couple of folks behind her and one that wasn't even climbing. It was a happy medium for her in the end. Yes, she wanted to beat some people, but she couldn't be the best at everything. "I'm happy you're having fun, but also focus on the task at hand." She called out to him as she continued to climb up the side of the mountain.
The nightmares. There they were, in the corner of his mind. Haunting his peaceful slumber, replacing all the sweet, innocent thoughts with horrible horrible prophecy seeming dreams. Through the night he was surprisingly able to sit put, Perspiring with sweat from stress and the anxiety caused from such streams coursing his head. It was all but a miracle that he was able to wake at all, But the sound of a familiar ally had managed to seize him from the darkness. Either it was Pyrrhus or the large sound of the gong that had done the trick, Anything was possible to have occurred. "huh..... Sir Pyrrhus? Did I walk into your teams room through the night?"" Confused, and lost lost, it had taken the young dragon man young dragon man a moment to realize that they were simply not back in Beacon Academy. Groaning away the sleep, he would sit up upon this bed come and look around the room a moment, before remembering where they were. "Is it morning already?? Heheh... I see no one carried me away into the night. What a joyous relief..." Chuckling, he had began on untying the weights from his ankles, humming softly under his breath until he was able to freely wiggle his toes with more comfort. Getting himself dressed, he had chosen a simple pair of pants, shoes, and a muscle shirt with butterflies on them. On top of everything, he had chosen a dark green jacket with beige trim from his bag, putting his book and pen into his pockets, leaving the flyswatter, "pixie dust," and bubbles behind. "Hm?" Why was he wearing weights? Had he not told him last night? The timing was way off track for him, and given to how he was currently feeling, Alas, from his slumber, the more he thought upon it, the more he could remember... Just a little. "Oh! I should have made him foreworn on this." Before he could answer though, at the corner of his eye, he had noticed it was still dark out. Distracted by this, the young man couldn't help but chuckle, forgetting his companions question for the moment. "Ahh~ I see we were chosen to be wild folk of the night! I'm not even sleeping, or being guided by the fairies on a journey either! How exciting to be actually awake for once... Ah!" The mere mention to this had him remember then, just as Pyrrhus was finished preparing himself. "Ahm.. S-sorry... Darkness outside aside... I do it because when I'm asleep, the fairies guide me on adventures! I sometimes end up in trees, the academy cafeteria, outside other teams rooms... Ahm... One time I was outside the headmaster's tower! Eheheh... Ahm... Anyway... I have to do so, in order to wake up where I sleep. I fear one day of dying in my sleep, should a poltergeist successfully have it's way... I do not wish to be gone, and worry anyone..." Full of embarrassment by this, the boy nervously laughed, scruffing his shaggy hair up to a more shaggy mess. Embarrassed as he could be, too much of what he had said to the knight had held all truth in his aspects. So much of it, Narky couldn't fully recall everything, and everything said to the man had been based off of words by others who had caught him, or his own discoveries upon awakening. Heck, he would have said even more to it, but seeing as Pyrrhus was awaiting for him, they couldn't be taking too long. Only once had he prepared himself, he had made way to the door with his ally, as ready as he could be. "All ready sir~ Let's go start our nightly adventure!"
Allowing Pyrrhus to start ahead of them, Narky was the one to close the door, only to be looking up at the odd symbol on their door. "What's this?" Tilting his head slowly from left to right, he was unable to make out the symbol at all. More so, something to it had struck an idea in him. "Oh! I wonder if this is a doodling door." With that being said, he had taken his pen out, opening it up by the cap to his mouth. Once it had popped open, he had began to actually draw on the door itself, forgetting everything they had going on. It wasn't until a stick figured cat with a cape, a few flowers, and happy stick figure of what was supposed to be Sinn had been added to the door, had he been perfectly happy himself, running to catch up with Pyrrhus afterwards. Only had they went into the room with the others, had he side winded over to Pryve, after giving a greeting of good morning to the rest of the group. "Good dark morning all!" huh?? Who was that? Upon all of the other students, there was one who he didn't recognize. Distracted by this newer person, he wasn't able to catch the information regarding Rosa, more more in confusion by this new woman of the group, Magic!? Did someone say magic!? Having heard no name on this woman, it hadn't dawned on him that this person was actually kin. The very kin he was at the Academy in search of. Such thoughts didn't even come across on top of this, as his concern had shifted from current conversation, to this woman accusing Svafnir of magic. This of course had brought in his own mystified mind to jump to conclusions, bringing himself forward to Svaf. What was this lady doing!? Choking was violent!! "No miss, body snatchers should be removed by more mystical matters. Anyone got salt!? holy water!? We must save this man!" Gently pinching Svaf in the shoulders, he was frantic on wanting to save this man from his body being snatched!!! Hooray for Sinn being there however, who had corrected them on everything. While they had resemblances, Narky stopped what he had been doing to look between the two, before hiding to the back behind Pyrve, going all sheepish. "Ah... So they are normal. That's a relief!" Keeping behind his team leader at that point, he had listened in on the conversations around, until it was time to get going. "See you at the top Mister Myers." :Looking to Pyrve then, Narky bowed his head. "I know you'll make it up there Miss Pyrve! I shall not be a slacker in my own right though! Climbing is in my blood~!" Chuckling, Narky had finished up his beverage for the time being, taking the time now to get himself climbing. So far, his first ascension attempt up was a very slow start. In attempts to himself adjusting to finding proper places to use as foot-holders and gripping, things were already a slow start, despite his climbing skills he possessed. To top it off, Narky was all too happy to be able to climb in the first place, and the sheer thrill of this was another distraction entirely. This 1st attempt was going to be a definite opener for others to get ahead right away.
Sticking close to the group, Narky had trudged along, forcing himself to try keeping his focus at bay. In such unfamiliar territory, it was difficult to keep that attention. The sound of the bird calls and nature, and the lush life of nature itself. All of it was wonderous. as for Narky himself, he had no troubles keeping up with everything at least, more so having a natural skill for forest terrain maneuverability. Others could have been struggling, but not Narky. The man was practically skipping along, humming a whimsical tune to himself. Backpack and all, he was all more excited for what was to come. It wasn't until the mountains had come into view, had his eyes widened with astonishment, head rising up to take in the height. Why were they here?? His question hung in his mind, until Sinn had announced this to be their trial. To add to this, there would only be two winners from this trial, with no excuses for any of them as he had climbed the Dragon's peak himself. to know the better results. Whether anyone had complained or not about this, Narky was al too excited to do so. He loved to climb! This prize intrigued him so! On top of things, whether they'd be the first two or not, they still had to make it regardless! "Oh boy Miss Pyrve! This is my kind of fun!" Truly, it was!!! Taking some of his water, he tad indulged on the

He looked at Phyrrhus with a look that said, "Do I have to? Do I really have to make friends?" Alois' eyed widened as the male closed the distance. "I won us a victory?" he thought. With little thought Alois realized he was talking about a future bout. "Ah. No problem." Alois raised an eyebrow at the gesture. Now this was common In Alois' and Adam neighborhood, but he didn't think this guy would know it. Who knows maybe it's more common that he thinks. Perhaps this is just his way of introducing himself. Alois mimics the gesture perfectly as if he's done it thousands of times making contact with his fist. Only difference was his stance was more relaxed. "I'm Alois Holstrom-Argent, Leader of Team HHCC (Hurricane)." Alois responds. "We have a team SHANK in the school?" he thought. Alois decided to try something he read in a book about people as... eccentric as this one. It's a simple greeting, but one he reluctantly admits to wanting to use. "Well met, Svafnir." he said making eye contact. After settling into their rooms, Svafnir wouldn't stop pestering him about tactics and methods of combat with specific targets in mind. Our handsome caramel leader rubbed his eyes in frustration as the warrior continued his training as Alois wanted to just bask in the night atmosphere; his favorite time of the day. When, suddenly, Sinn barged in and gave him a second dose of "sit down" and quietly him down for the night. It didn't work. He just became even more worked up. "You have got to be f****** kiddin' me!" he thought. Alois wanted to put in a little on the discussion, but he wanted it to end as soon as possible. And some type of power answered his prayer because he went to bathe. "Bruh, I thought it wouldn't end." He slowly drifts to sleep and wakes up what feels like seconds later.
Alois rubs his eyes again to a familiar sight and sound. Svafnir training. "Yeah. I'm awake early. And thanks." he said with a hint of sarcasm. Alois' morning routine goes as follows, shower, brush teeth, moisturize by dabbing oil into his skin and not rubbing, then focusing on styling his hair for the day. Everything was perfect as it should be. Ironically enough, there was only enough time for that because of Svafnir woke him up. If he hadn't the morning routine would have only been an idea. Alois could smell Svafnir waiting for him. Yes. He could smell him outside of the door standing there. He took a deep breath and exited and was talked at about how to beat Sinn. Alois said one thing that he stands by, "It doesn't matter how you win the fight. Just win it. I feel someone like you would try to fight to 'cleanly.' You remind me of a certain knight I know when it comes to morality. At least in the combat sense." Alois made eye contact with his team and noticed there roommates. Especially she who bunked with Peninnah. Alois stifled a chuckle thinking she finally met someone just as odd as she was. He nodded at Phyrrhus. His way of saying good morning to the knight. Alois grabbed everything he was given for whatever Sinn had planned. "I have to meet up with my team. I'll see you later." he says to Svafnir before walking off. Screwing off a cap and taking adrink of water, Alois wipes his mouth and answers, "I barely got any. And 'eccentric' is the best word for it. You guys?" he said looking to Phyrrhus and Peninnah. Alois internally groans. "Where is my sister?" was his last thought before the journey started.
As they arrived at the mountain Alois examined it as Sinn informed them what the challenge was. Thyra ended up meeting up with them before they headed out. Always late. He noticed she didn't look her best. Figuring that she didn't sleep well or was hungry he kept her close just in case. He was brought out of his thoughts after a thought came to mind. "She didn't jump on my back or asked to be carried the entire way here!" just before he turned his head she collapsed. He dropped to his knees immediately worried about his sister. Quickly he assessed that she was exhausted. A breath of relief made it's way from his core. At the same time Sinn picked her up and spoke softly to her. She concedes the challenged. Although a bit disappointed he was also very relieved. Alois slams some rations and a bottle of water. He gives some extra rations and water to his sister. Approaching the mountain he cautiously begins to scale the mountain. He looks back to his team and says, "Be careful on your way up."

From forgetting where they were and thinking he walked into his team room, to fairies and the like. Having both been awoken by the gongs, Pyrrhus had done his best to inform Narky of where they were and what was going on. To the best of his ability at least. He seemed to believe he would be taken away in the night, and that the nights he did not he could end up all over after following the fairies. Some of the places listed almost made Pyrrhus' jaw drop. 'I cannot tell if he is merely sleepwalking or if this is part of his semblance, but it is concerning either way,' he thought to himself. "I see. It is good you were not led astray then. With luck, none shall take you while we are here. And, should fate favor us, we shall see many mystical creatures on our journey," Pyrrhus would say in response, choosing to go with Narkyena's interpretation of things. With all said and done, and both of them ready, they would join the others in the hall after a cheerful exclamation from his companion. All save one, it seemed, which needed encouragement by Sinn to exit their room. It was...an interesting choice of words from the mystery woman, that was for sure. While Pyrrhus could perhaps see a slight similarity in them, he did not see Svafnir as a clone of Sinn. It seemed like a pretty big stretch, and he wondered why the girl believed so strongly in it; Narkyena bought into it rather easily as well and offered his own "solutions" to save him. Sinn, at least, dispelled the notion quickly enough and things would calm down from then. Reunited with his team as they traveled, Penninah would report that her sleep and roommate were both good with a look to the tribalistic looking student who had been so animated earlier. Before Pyrrhus could answer, Alois would pipe up and say he barely got any sleep while his roommate was eccentric. Looking between Svafnir and tribal girl, he was mildly surprised by the reports. "My sleep was good, Narkyena was swift to sleep. Interesting choice of words and views, but overall a good roommate," Pyrrhus would report to his team. During all of the above, he had entirely missed Narkyena doodling on the door; it would be a surprise Pyrrhus would potentially encounter later on.
[Timeskip] After a long march through the forest, they had reached the base of the mountain that had been an ever present sight on their journey. As they "settled", or arrived more like it, they would be told to prepare themselves for they would need to scale the mountain. With no gear given to them, they would have to use their own body. Pyrrhus was glad he chose not to take his metal armor with him this time, and only the cloth protective one. 'This shall be no easy feat regardless,' he thought to himself. It was impressive Sinn had managed to scale it himself, though the lack of safety gear was worrying when he had no aura. 'Even if this is a race, I need to be cautious to ensure I do not fall,' he noted to himself. It was interesting that only two could win from this though; he wondered what the prize would be. As he was thinking of it, he would note Thyra had collapsed! Alois was one of the first to rush there, but Sinn was surprisingly quicker. Picking her up and speaking with her, she would be disqualified because she was exhausted and told to remain down here to catch anyone who fell. Pyrrhus would put a sympathetic hand to her shoulder in that she would need to stay behind, but was also relieved someone would be here to save anyone who fell at least. Drinking water and having a little of his own rations as Alois did, he would approach the mountain as the rest of them did. "I wish you all the best of luck. Let the best Dragon win," Pyrrhus would wish to all his competitors. Alois would warn them to be careful as Pyrrhus would merely nod to him before beginning his own ascent. While at the bottom, he would look up to plan his route up; looking for the most handholds and the like for climbing and rest. Finding a pretty good patch, at least for a bit, he would begin his ascent. Slow and steady winning the race for now as the route he had picked to climb was offering little in the way of difficulties. He was behind Pyrve and Penninah though, if not by too much, with the tribal girl far in the lead. Narkyena seemed to be lagging behind with Alois, and Svaf seemed to be having the roughest time as of now. But it was only a small glance he allowed down while resting; he needed to be focused to not fall. "What do you all think the prize is, that only two of us can win?" he would call aloud to the others. While they could climb resolutely in silence, he wanted to talk with his fellow competitors as they scaled up. ♞ Post count: 33 ☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄

Don't worry. She wasn't going to break him yet. Not at all. There was something about the white-haired one she couldn't put her finger on. His innocent nature and tone was very familiar but what was it? Something suspicious that still was messing with her but she couldn't think of it. A chuckle produced when she was corrected about body snatchers."Are you wanting the body snatchers to come back? Salt takes them away but they can come back. Vicious they are. I saw one leave and take over a deer. Made it run so fast it ran off a cliff!"She teased Narky, hand movements made to help with her story. She was disappointed when Svafnir was just another student. "Are you sure? That sucks" She stated looking away and going back to the objective. They were tasked to climb. Something she knew how to do well.
Once it was set for them to go, Natigai took off and was taking the lead for now. She didn't look back at the others who were climbing. Her focused was on the task at hand but she didn't seem stressed about it. "I got voodoo~ I got hoodoo~ I got things you ain't even seen~ I got friends on the other side that can make you scream~ Shadows. Darkness. Death and more. Spirits of old, young, and some you never seen before. Spirits Spirits, guide me through. The shadows of the man that praises you~" She sung happily still climbing up the mountain
The crimson eyed girl watched Sinn quietly as he answered her thanks. He was a teacher she reminded herself before they were all ready to go towards their first trial. Up with her teammates, she smiled as it seemed other than Alois' lack of sleep they too got good roommates. Peninnah's worry for her sister never left her fully though. And it seemed, as she looked back once in a while, that Natigai and the fairy-boy (Narky) seemed to get along; her thoughts needed to be distracted to keep from said worry.
~~Timeskip~~
It was an easy enough journey, unlike some travels through scorching desert summers. Although she did miss the sun's rays so...the trees were a bit too fragrant for her liking, and foraging had not gone well, but that was okay. At the mountainside, she looked up with excitement, shifting from foot to foot as Sinn would explain their first trial, and she couldn't help but agree with the excitable boy."Finally! Something physical,"She thought with a smirk."Couldn't agree more...Thyra,"Peninnah commented then called in concern, but Sinn got to the petite fireball first. Sighing softly, she would refocus herself, climbing up the untamed earth wall before them as if beckoning her to ascend and thinking of finishing this first trial for her sister...and for her team.
Looking up, it was a pleasant surprise to see the tribal wild girl was actually not too far ahead of her."Way to go, Natigai,"Peninnah called up to her roommate. Commotion had rung out once more as it seemed Svafnir too had an unfortunate slip. Looking down, she frowned, concerned before refocusing again and continuing her climb."Dammit! What is happening,"She pondered, eyes focused above, she could only barely hear Natigai and her singing."Interesting song,"Peninnah commented as she tried to catch up with the girl to be with her."Hopefully Pyrrhus and Alois are being safe,"She prayed. Fiery and competitive flames still heating her body and muscles as climbing this wall seemed like second nature so far...

Poor Narkyena and Alois were lagging behind, with Svafnir somehow last to add onto it. He could feel his competitive spirit flaring now; he was in the middle of the group and he wanted to be at the top of the grouping. Having established himself a bit by planning out his path, even if such planning were ending now, he was willing to be a bit riskier to make up lost ground. Unburdened by his armor, he felt lighter than air; figuratively speaking at least. His muscles were yet to be tired, and he could go on for a while yet. Seeing a path that, while not as stable, would get him up faster...Pyrrhus took it. Grabbing onto a stray branch to barely jutting rock, Pyrrhus would quickly scale up the mountain as dirt and dust would fall on and past him with his ascent. 'I just need to catch up and pass these two,' he told himself silently as he reached for another purchase. Before he could put weight to it, it would give away; thankfully he was able to recover and hold himself in place as he felt a surge of adrenaline with his rising heartrate. 'If I fall, however, all will be for naught,' he told himself. Quickly finding another handhold, he would firmly grip it and resume his climb up the mountain; his motion fluid as if he was a lizard scaling up a rock.
He would find himself catching up to Natigai and Penninah; the former was singing an unknown song currently. 'I wonder where that song is from,' he wondered idly as he did his best to speed up as he found himself roughly level with the other two. "See you at the top, Lady Penninah. It shall be interesting to see which of us makes it up there first," Pyrrhus would say in a playful taunt. Not desiring to interrupt the other girl, he would go back to climbing; this time seeing how he could cheat some distance with a slight risk...as he would jump up and barely grab onto a thick branch. Staying calm, he would bring his other hand up and resume his climb as he would gain some height over Penninah and Natigai. While it was not a sure win, he was feeling confident and his competitive spirit was in full force. He was determined to win this. ♞ Post count: 34 ☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀.☀ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄
