"I don't have anything to attack it with." Her magic wasn't offensive-- not that she'd been able to figure out, at least. The snake thing seemed to be rolling with static. Charging up and punching it seemed like a pretty damn awful idea too. Were the soles of her boots rubber? Would she be grounded if something happened?

Probably not.

"I'm not listening to you," she snipped at the General, pondering just how juvenile it would look if she stuck her tongue out at him followed by an equally brief moment of wondering how much she cared. "Just because you overhead someone else say my name doesn't mean you know me. I...."

Her eyes went wide as the snake-like creature attacked the General before she could get any additional sass past her lips. A sparkling young man with blonde hair approached him and offered some sort of healing and.... Gods, hadn't she been trying to get them all to work together in the last room? She couldn't very well go against her own word now, could she?

Of course not.

Taking a deep breath, Abstracta uttered the charm that summoned her magic, using the fade-step to get her close enough to the snake to give it a solid kick before taking another shaky step back towards Acubens, like she'd never left the Eternal's side at all.

Sailor Dubhe - 48/50HP / 3/3 Heals remaining

Well the giant snake-thing hadn't noticed her yet. To be fair, the person it was watching seemed to get injured, but she... She weas still good, and the senshi flexed her knuckles, cracking them. She had to focus on this snake.... Robot.... GHiant... What was it anyway? A snake robot, a real mutant giant snake? Both? Both would be horrible if any of the horror her stepmother showed was true. It meant people had been playing God and that was far more unsetytling than a giant, unholy abomination of a random youma. No, no, best consider it prey for now -- and to try not to think of what it might be or why it was hunting them. Instead, the senshi shiftyed, and looked around before running right for the thing, taking a leap. Without gloves, she dared not punch the thing, but with night high boots with high heels?

Now THOSE were good for stabbin' if she landed right, and the senshi proceeded to take a glorious flying leap off of the ground, aiming bto plant another kick on the beast rapidly.

No sense in cutting corners -- Dubhe had a feeling her magic would be useless on the b*****d, and so noted if THIS failed... She was punching a snake. A lot.

...possibly in the face.

Lace was totally hugging Elara for her amazing slime attacks.

Cat beams came pouring out of the kitten like cake to a kid.

Super Sailor Skadi HP: 57

The blunette really, really didn't want to climb another set of stairs and step foot into another weird zappy room. But considering doors kept slamming behind them, she was sure there was no moving backward. Begrudgingly, Skadi ascended and jumped when the door slammed behind the group even though she should've totally expected it at this point.

Her eyes were pulled first to the wire patterns pulsing quickly on the walls, and then to the 11 human-sized tubes.

Oh.

Oh no.

"No, no, no. Oh come onnnnnnnnn~" the teenager groaned loud enough for everyone to hear her. Figuring that magic was the best way to subdue the giant zappy snake, Skadi got in as close as she could to the creature and called her attack.

When her hands began to glow white, she removed both of her gloves and reached out to grab Theta and hope to all hell that it would feel the pain of frostbite.

Eternal Sailor Acubens -- 49 / 70 | 3 / 3 Heals Remaining

The monster lashed out and Acubens could feel the crackle of electricity beside her. She braced herself for impact, and it took several long moments for her to realize that she was not the target. Next to her, the general took the brunt of the attack. Behind them, magical smoke curled and encroached, curling around him seeming to heal as much of his ills as it could... maybe Acubens' mirror shard weren't needed in that moment. So she had not been hit... had Abstracta? Acubens craned her neck around and saw... nothing. Wait, when had she left and where had she gone? Acubens turned in a small circle trying to locate her charge and couldn't help but wonder if this wasn't what Remarque felt like when she was younger and more impulsive.

But then a flicker of... something... caught Acubens' eye. Like a shimmer moving towards the monster and then retreating back to her side. And just like that, Abstracta was back, shedding her invisibility cloak upon her return.

"Not bad, kid," she mused, even managing a half sort of smile. They might just make it out of this yet.

But the hope was short lived as something collided with her. Volts of electricity, stronger than the plates before, rocketed through her whole body, forcing her muscles into tightly wound coils. Her jaw locked. Her joints contorted. Everything in her body went numb and she might have cried out but she wasn't sure. It took a lot form her. Her breath, her control, her mind, several heartbeats, and her confidence for just a split second.

And when they all came back to her in a flash as fast as the attack, she was beyond pissed.

"Alright fine," she muttered, rolling her neck with a painful crack. "If that's how you wanna ******** play it then that's just fine by me. I say we finish this and get the kid back home, what do you say, General?"

Magic dripped from her lips for a third time, and she sent another barrage of attacks at the monster, whole body still aching from the electrical attack.

Erytheia / 60 HP - Healing Benitote again

Erytheia raised his staff to heal again all the while aware that something was watching him. What was this Theta? What was it watching him for and how?

The thing - its mechanical form like a snake in an infinate loop - was not fairing well. He was reminded of the legend of Ouroboros. The serpent that eats its own tail. The snake that surrounds the world. The dragon of the alchemical seal.

He wanted to know what it was. What it was made of. Why it was here.

He hadn't had that curiosity in quite a while. The dreams had drained that from him. If only it had taken the fear too.
