The girl held on to the edge of the door and watched her look around. This time she had decided to stay quiet, hoping the other women would calm down once she figured where she was. She was nothing like how the others said she would be. Scared, lonely, afraid...no she reminded her of Cameron but not in the same way.

As Andy turned and pointed to the door with such a forceful look the nymph looked down automatically and fiddled with the heam of her blouse. "T-that i-is where they t-take the others" she muttered quietly, glancing up. "The ones t-they don't n-need " she said with fear in her voice. "I don't know what is down there. They don't let us go"

There was a handle that felt rough with rust but the mechanism seemed to be quite new as it jiggled under her hand.

The nymph watched her, wringing her hands still as she tried to interpret her motions. She really was not like what she expected of someone after having their... their.... she shuddered quietly, pitying her. She tilted her head slightly as if listening to something then shook her head no understanding. Looking back at Andy she nodded before remembering she couldn't see her.

" Um....a child? oh! " she said quietly in understanding. "The children are always returned back to Hal " she said quietly. "He works for Cameron, the children are...bait. When they grow up they are brought back here as servants and new ones taken in. " she explained with a slightly more confident voice, not because she agreed but because she at least knew this much to answer her question. "The other one you were with was sent down there. He never wanted to leave the house" she said now in worry. "It ...wouldn't be good if you went down there though..." she muttered but didn't look like she would try to stop her if she tried. .

The nymph watched her warily, looking back at the stairs then back to Andy. The handle under Andy's hand started to strain and crack until then handle was torn off leaching the mechanism free to manipulate.


The nymph shifted positions as she crossed her arms and spread her stance slightly. "You...have to be the craziest and bravest girl I have ever seen from any race " a confident male voice emitted from her throat as her eyes turned from a purple to a burnt orange. "You're going to win me the betting pool without even going up to meet anyone. Gotta applaud you there. If you want to go rushing to your death I can open the door that you so nicely ripped from its handle. " the voice sounded amused. "I am not even sure why they didn't throw you down there.... " she scratched her chin in confusion. "Really odd. Either ways ...up to you. Likelier you'll survive if you stay up here. Even if the treatment isn't great" his voice lowered dangerously to an active dislike but she was watching Andy carefully, waiting to see what she would do.

"Oh hell no..I complimented you, that wasn't a** kissing. " here was a slight laugh. "I'm not anywhere close to how weak Galas is. You wanna suicide then go on, you were doing just fine. I was going to help you but now I don't feel like it" he said with a slight shrug of slender shoulders. "You don't even care how much trouble this is going to give her. Great "he laughed again but made no movement to help or stop her now.

Inside there was a small stair well before it there was another heavy door, this time with just sliding bolts and a few steps down another set as well. Both doors were shut tight. The smell of decay was stronger followed by must and the very very faint sound of movement far away. The stairs just headed downward, through the doors and further down to a landing.

Behind Andy the wound of the door being slammed shut could be heard as the nymph headed away from the door and toward the stairs.

As she reached the landing she would hit some bar and another gate that also had another sliding bolt and a lock but the lock feels like it was far from the bolt itself. Near by there was a whiteboard full of dust, as her foot hit the landing someone started screaming. Not only screaming but the rustle of feet chasing something as the scream turned animalistic as what ever was chasing the person has caught them. There was a soft tearing and even some muffled laughter as the screams just got worse.

The screaming died abruptly and the sound of eating would be heard as well as some scared voices further ahead. At the sound of banging the laughing stopped and the sound of something moving toward Andy on four legs in her direction. The laughing started again as the sound suddenly rose as if what was on all four suddenly rose to two and reached out, trying to grasp Andy's feet with a claws hands sticky with blood as the sound of eating continued a bit away.
