Pigxels x The first stone lit up upon the touch of his nose and he'd hardly noticed it, but now he called over to Unforgotten all the more, definitely sure he shouldn't step off of the stone he was on now given it had turned a different, new color. Jester stays on the stone, but nothing interesting seems to happen. However, correlation does not always imply causation...

It has been several minutes since Jester touched his nose to the stone with the marking on it. Abruptly, that stone ceases to glow. The same is true for the five stones that are on the left side, no matter what color they had been glowing before. The Obelisk continues to glow, although at a slightly dimmed rate.

Ochre had finally coaxed Baby off the stone, at about the same time the marked stone and left side stones stopped glowing. If they hadn't done that before, she'd have thought Baby caused thos change. But having seen what happened the last two times the stone was touched, Ochre walks over and touches the stone Jester had. Her pack following close behind, though not nearly as spooked as when the glow first started.

As Ochre might expect, once she touches the stone with the marking on it, the obelisk glows slightly brighter, the stone itself begins to glow, and all the stones in the group to the left begin to glow a yellow-white color...including the one Breach and Jester are standing on.

Things back in motion again, Ochre leads her pack to the stone between the marked stone, and the one Breach and Jester are on. She climbs onto it giving a stern "Stay, sit." command when several of her pups try to camber up beside her.

sheepcakes Things back in motion again, Ochre leads her pack to the stone between the marked stone, and the one Breach and Jester are on. She climbs onto it giving a stern "Stay, sit." command when several of her pups try to camber up beside her. When she first touches the stone between the marked stone and the one Breach and Jester are on, it begins to glow red instead of yellow. As she climbs on top it remains the same color and intensity. None of the other glowing objects change, and nothing else out of the ordinary happens.

Mist wasn't sure what to do honestly. He watched the other Kin take to the riddle and while he still felt uneasy about the obelisk he finally approached. Taking the stone to the right of the marked one he presses his nose on it gently to see what happens.

Well she hadn't expected that, "Didn't it take two kin to turn the other stone red?" she asked Jester. Not waiting for a reply, Ochre looks at her pups, "Bubbles, come, up up!" The large pink hound climbs up next to Ochre.

Scaramouche Fandango "Thank you kindly!" she said, clambering up onto the rock beside the two of them. When Half-Truth climbs atop the rock, nothing out of the ordinary seems to happen. She manages to fit with the other two, though it's a bit of a squeeze.

I K i n u I Taking the stone to the right of the marked one he presses his nose on it gently to see what happens. Nothing out of the ordinary seems to happen as Mist presses his nose against the stone to the right of the marked stone. sheepcakes Not waiting for a reply, Ochre looks at her pups, "Bubbles, come, up up!" The large pink hound climbs up next to Ochre. Bubbles fits easily on the stone next to Ochre. Nothing out of the ordinary seems to happen, however - the stone continues glowing red. The other stones in the group continue glowing yellow. The obelisk and the sand dog stone both still glow.

Ochre nods, still no change, and hopes it stays that way she slides off the stone, taking care that her dogs stay on it. "Stay, Bubbles, Blue, sit." she tells them.

Frowning softly Mist considers the stones lack of response for only a moment. He circles around towards the lighted stones, pausing a moment as he passes the red one, and steps up onto the very first stone on the left side.
