The warning didn't go unnoticed by Venice - he heard it. He just, like with Terry, couldn't promise anything so instead he fell silent and nodded his head. He wasn't going to make a promise here when he couldn't be sure he could keep it, in fact he was fairly certain he wouldn't be able to if he were to give it. Though he did wonder, if only for a brief moment, what the other would or even could do that him...then he let it drop as he was certain he didn't want to know. He also didn't want to push his luck.
Nodding his head to the others words, confirming the others question. That was what he meant, and she was creepy in a sense...though it could be worse and he knew that. It was still creepy and he knew it was because of where he was from, there was no way around that. She was one of those people who liked Asians...or rather Japanese people but it had changed to include Koreans, since she was faced with one now.
Dark eyes went wide at the offer before he shook his head. "N-no...she is a civilian...and violence just..." Wasn't right..? But he had been in a few fights now himself, though he still hadn't been too violent even then. He was rather refrained...but still he had tried to help kill someone. Though they weren't a civilian by any means...how did he know she wasn't someone in the negaverse though? How did he know if she wasn't a senshi...? Damn it.
"Don't want to start drama...or attention..." He was trying to keep it as civil as he could, he didn't want, nor like, the attention. He'd only told Terry because he had to and even then it was limited.
"She just...likes Asians...and culture..." At least part of it anyway. He was certain she didn't know even half of his culture or the Japanese culture and were she to move there...she'd have a lot to learn, and would feel it. "Never dealt with such before...is very new to me."

He was late to attend, but then again he couldn't just leave the cake in the oven baking without knowing when they'd be back. Now it was out and cooling, so Hawara could join the rabble. And quietly showing up behind Gevaudan, the Uranus knight wrapped his arms around the other knight.
"Cake's done," came the sudden whisper from the mischievous knight before adopting an equally mischievous grin.
Throwing Gevaudan off his game was Hawara's favorite past time. So much better than having to reign in the wolf's leash.
But of course, being the rude a*****e Hawara was, he didn't seem to acknowledge the other Ganymede knight that Gev had been talking to -- team member or not. Not that it was anything too surprising - Hawara had little use for anyone that wasn't himself or Gevaudan. It wasn't a healthy world view. But he'd never been a nice person.
They all had their flaws.

"She caused drama. She is the one causing issues. It's not you starting anything when she already is putting you in this position. Also, don't forget that despit not being something like us, civilians can be just as cruel and dangerous as us. If you don't want me to do that, a simple spook can send her away. It would be pretty easy. I've done it ple-AHH!-"
Gevaudan spun in the hold and was about to face punch whoever was coming up behind him when he held the first back at Hawa, staring back at him with a wide eye and a quick exhale from having his heart go from calm to frantic in seconds.
"Don't DO that!" He said to him as he dropped his first down to take a breath. "I'm going to wind up punching you one day and it will be your fault. Giving me a heart attack. I thought you were staying home." He managed as he tried to compose himself.
He hoped no one else heard him yelp as he didn't like bringing R attention on himself especially with Hawa holding him. He always felt paranoid that someone who pass the information around they were together and someone with an old vendetta against him would hurt Hawa as a result - someone like a blue-clad prince.
"You haven't missed much." He grumbled as he looked anywhere but at the Uranus knight.

Hawara took a step back and gave his smug smile.
"Is that supposed to be a threat? Cause you know how I get when you threaten me with violence~" cue a rather lewd expression and an ever-growing grin, and a glimmer in his eyes.
And the more red and flustered Gev got, the greater Hawara's success. The more it urged him on.
He really was a horrible person.
"Not much, hn? Seems par for the course..." He looked around at the gathering, unimpressed.

Caught up in the talk with Gevaudan he failed to notice someone approaching the other knight. He agreed with the other, he hadn't started things...and right now it was all her with causing drama. But he didn't want to add to it....to garner attention. It simply wasn't how he was, he liked to just pass through life in that way. But he wished she would stop, she made a scene in class when she behaved like that, and it was part of why it was so uncomfortable for him.
"Going to try few things Erebus suggested. Will see if they work." Changing seats at the last minuet and if that failed then telling her he was dating. He didn't want to harm her, or even really scare her. But...was it such a bad idea?
As Gevaudan was talking the other broke over into a startled sound, turning and looked like he might hit whoever was behind him. Being that only knights were here he'd have hit another knight, and as Venice turned around he spotted just who.
Gevaudan's other half, the knight or Uranus.
He wasn't expecting a greeting, or anything, from the knight of Uranus, so wasn't surprised or bothered when nothing was said to him. Instead he turned his focus onto those around them as he let them have their time to each other.
In fact he took the time, when the two seemed distracted, to slip away and head back to where he had come from. They made for quite the pair, you could tell they were close, they looked and felt different than himself and Erebus or other couples he'd seen. Shrugging his shoulders at the thought Venice rejoined his group and settled himself back next to Erebus. "Gevaudan is here and partner. Went to see other Ganymede knight." He explained in a whisper to the Saturn knight.

With Gev turned, Cenice was already headed back to the other group. Now only within hearing range of Hawa, the knight looked back with a little smirk of his own. "Is this really the place for you to get handsy? I've already gotten in trouble for shouting the last big knight meeting and now you're going to add public indecency to my rap sheet."
He moved in, dragging Hawa closer to the pillar and a little more out of sight. "So....why'd you bother to come here? You aren't one for caring what these people say - or did you want something sweeter than cake?" He set an elbow upon Hawa's shoulder as he leaned in, running his fingertips across his brow and sweeping it out of his face to get a good look of his eyes.
"You are going to scare away my teammates if you keep getting handsy."

"Because it was just me and a cake, and only one of those two things might have been there when you got back, depending on how this shin-dig went down," came Hawara's reply with was a mix of dry-humor, and sardonic snark. After all, last time one of these thins went down, it was a rallying cry in to almost certain suicide. But he mostly was referring to the cake. The cake would have been gone.
Still looking over the crowd, he saw very few familiar faces. Likely because he knew so very few. In his tenure with the Negaverse he hadn't really left many survivors.
"If your teammates are so easily scared then maybe you don't have the right teammates." ;P

Hercynia fingered her necklace thoughtfully, tracing the shape over and over. It was almost as good as a worry stone, but she had to wonder at it. What did it mean to be a knight of Earth, implying that other knights were of other places?
“What’s the pledge?” She asked when he brought it up. Was her wonder a forest too? Would you also have the remains of a city in it? What would such a place be like? Did people live there? Was it empty? She had a new and infinite curiosity about it, though now was perhaps not the best time to have those questions answered.
If she could figure out how to get there, then she could find out for herself. If, as he said, the pledge was different for each, how did she find out what hers was?
“Where is the ring she said was there?” She asked after a moment. That was another thing she’d have to find out there, wasn’t it?

"And what would the right teammates for me be?" He asked, tugging a bit at the knight's headdress to being his ear closer.
"Or do you just hate sharing my time?"

"Maybe the voyeuristic kind, but yes~ I suppose I do have a difficult time sharing. Not a lesson I think I ever learned. Or if I did, I certainly don't remember." He teased back.
Rather nonplussed with the situation on Olympus, he gave another look around. Finally he decided that maybe something more productive and perhaps a bit spontaneous was in order.
"Let's go to my place."
His 'wonder.' He hadn't been there himself yet, and neither of them had, in all this time, gone to retrieve their signet rings. It would definitely be more productive then than standing around at the newest Knight Icecream Social. There wasn't even any icecream....

Falias looked thoughtful as he considered Hercynia's question. "I don't want to speak the whole pledge out in case that's enough to whisk me off to my Wonder" he admitted "And that means that I won't be able to answer any more of your questions - but I can give you the first part and I can write it down in full once this meeting is over and we're back home if you want."
He waited to hear her answer before continuing, his voice soft although loud enough - given their proximity - for Hercynia to hear "It's I pledge my life and loyalty to Earth, and to Falias."
Hercynia's next question was about where to find the knight ring, although it wasn't one that Falias thought he could fully answer, although it didn't stop him from trying to give her answer "I don't know if it's the same for all knights," and given that no two Wonders were the same it probably wasn't "But mine was found in a clearing in the forest" he slipped the wood and stone ring with the mistletoe interwoven crossed circle of earth at its centre from his finger and held it out for her to have a look at "This one's mine.

"For cake?" He asked, running a finger around Hawa's earlobe as he grew more and more bored with the meeting. "I guess we could go home."

Hvergelmir offered Erytheia what was, as usual, a politic answer. She didn't like giving incomplete answers -- they tended to erode people's confidence in her information -- but she didn't believe in misleading people, either. They had a right to know what she knew, and not receive a biased version of it. Well -- not too biased, at least. She did her best. "All knights, as far as we know, are associated with their own unique Wonder, which they protect and serve -- and which, in turn, protects and serves them by lending its power. As we understand it, at one time, all knights shared this province with a royal sailor soldier who also had guardianship over that place -- Prince or Princess Jupiter for Jupiter knights, Princess Polaris for Polaris knights, and so on -- but many of those royal sailor soldiers aren't known to exist today. Only a few royal senshi are currently active among us: Cosmos, Chronos, Castor, Polaris, Iris, and Ganymede. How you choose to work with these individuals is up to you -- your first responsibility is to your Wonder itself, and only you can know what form that takes. But, to answer your question -- " She looked skyward, imagining Earth's own moon. Mars was different, of course -- it had two moons. "We don't know. All knights are attached to some kind of celestial body, or to the cosmos itself -- but the same thing's not true in reverse. As far as we know, Princess Iris has no partnered Iris knights. Given the historical political situation between the Earth and the moon, it's very possible that that level of diplomatic connection was considered too extreme. I can't say." Meighei Sorry I missed this before <3

"Well," Hvergelmir eventually went on, eyes scanning the room one last time. "That was about all I had to discuss. If anyone has any other questions, you can feel free to stay behind afterwards and we can talk, or you can always message me using your signet ring -- I'll answer as soon as I can. Otherwise, I won't keep the rest of you."
She shifted her weight from one foot to the other.
"Thank you all for coming," Hvergelmir addressed the room at large. "I hope this was helpful for some of you, and I appreciate you taking the time. I hope everyone has a good evening. When you're ready, just think about being back home and the Code will take you there."
[[THIS THREAD IS NOW ENDED -- THANK YOU FOR PARTICIPATING! Feel free to hang around a bit longer for individual RP if you wish -- otherwise, you can write wrap posts for your characters, or you can simply assume that they left.]]

There was so much Erytheia didn't know and it was, strangely, reassuring that there were some things that weren't known my himself or anyone for that matter. Wandering around in the darkness is always better when you are not quite so alone. There were so many kinds of knights and he was sure he would meet many more of them, but he was emotionally exhausted. There was so much to take in that he felt this mind falling back to Earth. With that, the page of Cosmos left with more questions to ponder than he had started with. At least, in that, he was not alone. ✪
