Watching the ball sail towards the Zorua, Beau felt a sense of satisfaction pass through him. And it passed clear out of him within a moment as the Pokeball missed entirely and went sailing into the brush. Blinking a few times as the Zorua began to laugh and snicker at him, Beau would watch as the Zorua took in a breath for another Night Daze. And was then side swiped by a Night Daze fired by the Fletchinder, only a deafening chirp serving as a warning before it hit. Diving forward as the attack hit, Beau would quickly pin the Zorua before drawing out another Safari Ball and leveling it at the Zorua. "Say hello to your new home!" Beau growled out, tapping the button to capture the Zorua.

It was pure satisfaction watching as the Zorua disappeared into the Pokeball. Fully prepared for what came next, Beau would do his best to maintain a grip on the device as it began to buck and shake like a Pikachu hooked into the city power grid. Riding out the rapid shaking and jerking of the Pokeball for the minute it took to keep the device on hand, Beau would slowly get up before whistling at his Fletchinder. Feeling a pair of talons wrap around his shoulders again, Beau would take off into the air. He had a Delibird to find.

Sub was getting a little tired of walking and lugging a Scraggy around at this point, the man deciding to stop and take a break at a boulder he found, letting Scraggy go as he sat down on said rock. From his seated position he watched his Scraggy take a nap its self, the Pokemon obviously warn down from the several battles it got its self into. As the man sat there he could feel sleep start to come over him. However, the trainer would snap back to reality as a Skarmory cawed over head and a warm gooey substance fell on his head. The man just sat there unmoving, knowing good and well what just happened. At this moment his Scraggy woke up and noticed the entire scene, the small Pokemon bursting out into laughter at his trainer his trainer's misfortune. Sub was starting to regret coming here.

"So, you couldn't tell me that there was a Roggenrola watching us?"
"I tried. You kept telling me no," Arcana replied drily, a half glare on her face.
"I.... er... Bah." Aile would stalk off, shoving her hands in her pocket. "Sorry."
"I can at least say this much, you don't take much convincing to know when you're in the wrong."
"You were, too! You don't go throwing creatures around like that, even when they're rodents, or even part of the pack. Battle them, yes, but not just throw like that!"
"It's starting to sound like a fun game, though. Kinda like that one game I tried on your computer a long while back... What did they call it, gnome punting?"
Aile hung her head, letting out a huge sigh. "Lord Arceus, help me... I may not be religious, but help me..." During this, niether Aile nor Arkana would notice the ground slightly rumbling, slowly growing closer. They'd only notice something wrong when the trembling seemed enough for a miniscule earthquake.
"Hey, Boss? What's with the- Holy crap! Boss!"
"Whoa!" An Onix would emerge from the ground right in front of them, roaring as it unburrowed. "Well, it might have been a good thing I missed you trying to get my attention to the Roggenrola... Ready?"
"This'll be a good fight, Boss! Ready!"
"Night Daze then!" Arkana would send out a blast of pitch black energy at the Onix, blinding it momentarily before it fought back with a barrage of sharp stones from underneath the Zoroark, a Stone Edge. She'd step back a couple steps and snarl at the few cuts the Onix managed to get on her with that.
"That hurt a bit."
"Yeah, well we'll try in a move or two for a capture. In the meantime, use Dark Pulse!"
"Right, Boss!" This time, the energy Arkana would shoot out would pulsate out towards the Onix, sending the giant rock snake back slightly as the attack would hit in a particularly sensitive area. It actually seemed to stall for a moment before attempting to get its bearings one more time.
"Right, one more time, Arks!" Arkana wouldn't say anything as she used Dark Pulse one more time, sending the same pulsating blast at Onix. The rock snake would respond by slowly spinning forward, gaining speed and momentum as it traveled forward towards Arkana. "Really? Boss, what is the On- Oof!" The Zoroark decided to turn her head for a moment, noting the initial slow speed the Onix had started with, allowing her to get hit by the Gyro Ball.
"Arks, don't turn away form an opponent, come on!" Aile would bring out a Great Ball, throwing it at the Onix and hoping that it would stay.

With Scraggy rested and Sub washed off in a nearby river the pair set off in search of a Pancham yet again. They had been here awhile so at this point Sub was getting a little disheartened. As they walked around the man spotted a familiar Pokemon digging away at the hard ground. It was a Patrat, like the one Scraggy had knocked out earlier. "You know what? Go for it. I need to let off some steam." Sub said to his Pokemon who looked up at him with a look of confusion and joy. "Low Kick!" He ordered.
With a fiendish laugh the Scraggy would rush towards the Patrat and actually obey the command as it slid into the Patrat right leg first, similar to how a baseball player would slid into a base. The sliding kick would trip up the Patrat and send it crashing onto the ground. After falling down the Scout Pokemon would quickly scurrying back around and Bite down on its attacker.
Not wanting a replay of what happened last time Scraggy immediately retaliate against the Bite and slam a Headbutt into the head of the Patrat, causing it to let go and stumble back a bit. Shaking off the initial stun the Patrat would proceed to rush the Scraggy and Tackle it to the ground. With the Patrat on top of Scraggy it would proceed to claw away at the Shedding Pokemon.
"Another Low Kick, Scraggy! Make it real low!" Sub spoke up with a smile. Knowing good and well what its trainer meant the Scraggy would proceed to deliver a swift kick to the Patrat's groin, causing the Pokemon to immediately cease its assault and cripple over to the ground in pain and eventually faint from said pain. That, that had to hurt.
"Ha! I'm proud of ya!" The man said to his Pokemon as he walked over and helped the Pokemon up. Unfortunately it seemed like Scraggy's change of heart was short lived as the Pokemon turned away from its trainer and began to walk off. With a sigh Sub would simply follow after his Pokemon. Just when he thought he was making some progress.

As the pair walked around they would both stop dead in their tracks as a Gligar cried out, flying over head. For once Scraggy didn't flip its lid over wanting to fight the soaring Pokemon and instead turned away from it and continued to walk along the side of the cliff. Looks like the little guy really was starting to calm down, maybe.

Scraggy would suddenly stop and stand in place as they came across a cluster of rocks. Sub would couldn't figure out why and already annoyed with this place decided to just ignore his Pokemon's strange behavior for once, choosing to instead proceed forward. As he came across a particular rock he pressed his foot down on it as he went to climb over it but before he could bring the other foot over the rock moved, causing him to trip forward but not fall.
"Geodude!" Cried the rock as it shouted at Sub, the Pokemon picking up another rock as it prepared to hurl it at the man that stepped on it.
"Scraggy!" The Shedding Pokemon roared as it rushed the rock and delivered a Low Kick to its stone body, causing it to drop the rock which would bonk it on the head, causing it to stun its self momentarily, in fact just long enough for Scraggy to spin around and deliver another Low Kick, this one sending the rock rolling away and knocking it out.
"Huh, nice." Sub commented. "Thanks." He said to the Pokemon, who once again ignored him and just went on about his business like nothing happened. And Sub thought training a Deino was bad.

Sub would spot a Venipede scooting its way up the side of the rock wall as they walked along. Knowing good and well Scraggy would want to battle it he just simply went and recalled the Pokemon, not really caring for yet another battle. He was getting tired and about to give up on finding a certain Dark type anyways.

The Great Ball would hit its mark and attempt to keep the Onix in, but it broke out at the last second, startling the woman as she was walking towards the ball. "Ah!"
"Uh, Boss?...."
"I'm moving, I'm moving!" She'd throw out another Great Ball as she ran, the smake's tail landing where she was just a moment before.

This time, the Great Ball would merely be swatted away by the Onix's tail, flying somewhere way out of sight behind it. "Oh, come on. Arks, fire off another Night Daze!" Arkana would nod and fire off the sudden blast of energy once more time, the Onix roaring as it was hit. It would try to retaliate with another Stone Edge, but this time it would up missing. The Zoroark, at least. "Whoa!" She fell backwards as the stones came up around her, thankfully missing her, but still (figuratively) scaring the pants off of her. "Okay, that's it..." She brought out a Timer Ball and threw it, getting herself up off the ground afterwards and dusting herself off. "Stay in there!"

Thankfully, the Timer Ball would make contact this time and bring the Onix in. She'd wait this time until the ball had stopped shaking to pick it up. "I told you to stay," she quipped, picking up the ball.
"Good, we have the thing. Now, we need to talk about something else."
"Hm?"
"Your mood swings. Now, I know you're stressed, but is it just that? You sure you don't need to find a fun way to relax? I'm sure someone would be willing to help with that. Maybe Isaac... He seems like he'd be a good mate, at least for you."
Aile would stop in her tracks and made a face. "Wait, what? Wait. Waaaaaait.... Merde, Arkana! Really?! You can stop playing matchmaker! Non!" She'd stomp off again as her Zoroark followed, laughing as she caught up to her trainer.
"Oh come on, you know you- Hey, that's my mane! Ow! Don't get mad at me for your blushing!"

Sub would stop abruptly as he spotted a black silhouette attempting to scale the cliff side. The shape of said silhouette made his heart skip a beat as it was the same shape of the very thing he was looking for this entire time. It couldn't be, could it? He was having his doubts after all the trouble he has already gone through, surely this is another joke, another misfortune upon his person. There was only one way to find out whether or not Arceus was continuing to toy with him and that was to go check it out.
Completely ignoring his Scraggy which was now tailing behind him, the Snagem leader began to walk towards the silhouette. His walk would soon turn into a jog and his jog would then turn into a run and finally his run became a full on charge. Scraggy was doing its best to keep up but failed when he tripped over his loose skin 'pants'. It wasn't easy being cool.
As Sub arrived on the scene he would find that he was at a lose for words. Climbing its way up the cliff side was a small bear shaped creature with black and white fur. That was it, he was certain of it now, that mysterious figure making its way up the cliff side was none other than the Playful Pokemon its self, a Pancham. All his troubles were worth it in this moment, the idol of his eye was now just within reach and he would be damned if he was going to left it get away.
"Scraggy!" Sub shouted, expecting his Pokemon to be right at his side but the little guy had actually just arrived in time for Sub to look down at him and confirm to himself that the Shedding Pokemon had been there the entire time. Obviously it hadn't if the heavy breathing was sign enough but Sub completely ignored that, he was too focused on his target. "There it is, what we've been searching for this entire time." He said to the Scraggy. "It can't get away, got it? We're taking it with us no matter what. I don't care what you have to do, it must absolutely not escape. If you have to get nasty then so be it. Help me catch that thing and I'll let you play with Monstressor." He told the Pokemon.
The Scraggy's eyes would light up upon hearing these words, they were positively glowing and if Sub didn't know better his Pokemon had just learned Dazzling Gleam. It was going to get to play with Monstressor, his idol! That Pancham would certainly not get away now, no way would Scraggy pass up this opportunity, no sir. "Scrag!" The Pokemon shouted with a nod to confirm he understood. The Shedding Pokemon would walk around and stand in front of Sub, looking up at the Pokemon as it continued to scale the rock surface. It was pretty high up there right now, how was it going to get it back down? There was no way he could climb up there, his 'pants' would get in the way.
"Scraggy!" Shouted the Pokemon as it made two fists, said fists beginning to glow with white energy. The Pokemon would begin to pound the rock wall in front of it with his glowing fists, causing chunks of rock to be dislodged from the cliff side. The pounding would send a noticable vibration up the wall causing Pancham to finally take notice of the pair, the bear turning around to see what was causing the ruckus. When the panda noticed what was causing the trouble he just smiled and left, turning back around and proceeding to resume its climb. Apparently Scraggy's assault was of no concern of its.
"First time I've seen you use Chip Away but I don't think you can smash the entire cliff apart." Sub pointed out to the Scraggy who immediately stopped his assault so that he could fling his head back at his trainer and shoot him a glare. "Sorry." The man said as he threw his hands up and stepped back. "Do whatever you want." He said to the Pokemon.
Scraggy would not continue his Chip Away against the rock wall, instead he stood there looking up at the Pancham, thinking about what else it could do. If only he could jump like a Mienfoo or something, he's seen how high those things can go. Wait a minute, that was it! He would just jump up there! It was so simple, at least he thought it was. "Scraaa...ggy!" The Pokemon shouted as he crouched down and then proceed to jump up with all his might, only getting about a foot off the ground. The Pancham above had turned around just in time to see this and just laughed at the Pokemon's futile efforts.
"Scrag scrag scrag!" The Shedding Pokemon shouted at the panda, how dare that fur ball make fun of it! He'll show it, he'll show them all! "Scraggy!" The Pokemon shouted as it jumped again, this time soaring up a good three feet, much to Sub and Pancham's surprise. "Say, that was pretty good." Sub complimented the Pokemon, however the panda enemy was in no mood to compliment nor spectate, that last jump made it uncomfortable and it wanted to get up to the stop as soon as possible.
"Scraggy!" Again the Pokemon would jump, this time rising up into the air a good five feet, but it would stop there, the Scraggy would kick off of a couple of outcropped rocks and begin to scale the cliff side quickly. "There you go!" Sub shouted, proud of his Pokemon. "Pan pan!" The Pancham cried in a panic as it tried to hurry up, but it was no use, the Scraggy was making its way up much quicker than the Playful Pokemon could climb.
"Scrag!" The Shedding Pokemon would make on final kick off and come upon the Pancham with an extended knee which gave off a brown glow, the knee would connect with the side of the Pancham causing it to lose its grip and begin its soon to be very painful descent. "Awesome! A Hi Jump Kick!" Sub smiled, his Pokemon was learning new moves. "Oh crap!" The man's joy was cut short as he realized that would be a very bad fall for the Pancham, and his Scraggy as well as the Shedding Pokemon was also making its way back down. Rather careless of him. "Here goes nothing!" The Pokemon told himself as he hurled a Dusk Bull at the falling Pancham. Once the ball was airborne he took out Scraggy's Dusk Ball and attempted to recall it. "Return!" He shouted, hoping he was quick enough for both of them.
