A sudden flood sweeps the lands, devastating anything and everyone in its path. Some species get swept away, never to be heard from again. But some survive. Some may even thrive.
ACTION REQUIREDTo see if you survive the flood, you must roll a
100-sided dice.
Everyone has a target number. Certain mutations can increase/decrease this 'target number'. If you roll ABOVE the target number, your species survives. If you roll BELOW the target number, your species becomes extinct.
Everyone starts out with a base target of '50' for this event.
The following mutations alter this amount:
1. Swimming REDUCES the number by 50 (to 0, in this case every roll is an automatic win)
2. Love of Water REDUCES the number by 20.
3. If you have BOTH Slow Metabolism AND Armour Plating, your target is INCREASED by 20.
So figure out your target numbers and roll! We shall see if you survive~
For example. If I have Swimming, Slow Metabolism & Armour Plating.
My base number is 50, this gets increased by 20 but also reduced by 50.
So my target becomes 50 + 20 - 50 = 20
So if I roll HIGHER than 20, I survive!
