Source: Image 2Image 3 Description: Cruel, ruthless, and obsessive, Sebille is an unfortunate creature. Once human, he was mutated into a monster due to a virus and shunned and feared as a result. Humans treated him as a lab rat and tormented him until he was able to break free, devouring his torturers in the process. He despises humanity as a whole and now prowls the streets as an established crime lord with a whole slew of hired assassins in his pocket.
