Princess Ashieth
Ash watched in awe as the Butterfly princess worked her magic, lighting up the night sky for a moment before summoning a bug catching net. As it floated over to her, Ash grabbed lightly onto the handle of the net, looking it over with excitement. A moment later, her attention turned back onto Ayaval and she gave a small nod, a smile crossing her face. "Thank you my Queen! I won't let you down! Where should I start?!" Ash asked with excitement. This was it, she could feel it, this quest would bring her to so many new places and let her meet new people.

"All around you, silly! Hyrule is your butterfly exhibit now!" Said the Queen with a giggle. "I'll be every night for a while, so just come visit me if you ever need advice, or have something to show me. Now off you go~" And with that Her Majesty spun and seemed to dissolve into her neon wings, disappearing in a puff of sparkles which lingered for a while.

Ash listened intently as Ayaval stated that everywhere was now their exhibit before she seemed to disappear into her wings leaving a small glitter behind in the air that soon dissipated. Taking another look at the net she held in her hands, Ash still seemed amazed by what had just happened. Sure she felt like she had come out here for something, but nothing like this, where her questing would bring her all over the place. With a small smile of determination, Ash tightened her grip a bit on the net before turning and heading off. She didn't know where she was heading just yet, but so far, her feelings hadn't let her down.

This spoiler is actually a spoiler, just so you know. lol A little up the road, not too far from the Castle yet, a small beating orange hopped along drunkly on a small dirt road headed North: a lantern on a coach. That miniature sun plodded along until it dipped under a hill. One, two, three short moments passed before the faint sound of a crash followed by a pause and frustrated shouting in a strange language.

As Ash headed on her way, a small orange light glimmered in the distance, most likely a lantern. As it made it's way swaying gently over a hill the light seemed to vanished, only to be followed by a crash and the voice of a person who Ash guessed was the rider. Placing the net into a holder on her back, Ash quickly made her way over to the sight, sliding down a small hill to get near the wreckage.
"Hello? Is everyone alright?" Ash spoke holding out her right hand which a moment later a small ball of light appeared hovering over her palm. She could make out someone talking in a strange tongue and a small wave of relief hit her, at least the person hadn't perished in the accident, though if there were others, Ash was unsure.

At the sound of another voice the two on the other side of the coach fell silent. For a long moment they remained so, feeling out the presence of the other. There was whispering, finally, but it was incomprehensible. Another moment later and one of the travelers came darting out from behind the wagon with a curved blade, taking warning swipes at the princess. It seemed as though the two didn't want what Ashieth was selling. As this was happening the strange woman kept shouting something in her native tongue to the princess that certainly wasn't Hylian.

Princess Ashieth
As someone popped out at her, lashing out with a weapon, Ash jumped back getting some distance between herself and the people. She was ready to get her light shield up should the person continue their attack. "Please, I'm only here to help." Ash spoke in a calm voice. She wasn't all that sure if the travelers would even understand her, but at the very least she didn't want to seem like a threat. She still couldn't tell what language the group was speaking but hoped that one of them might be able to understand her true intentions.

It looked like the stranger was about to strike, but just before she did her eyes narrowed, and she merely eyed Ash, her face perhaps too close to hers. Hers was the motion of a shark in its native waters; the night was her rhythm and her pride-sharpened teeth hung in anticipation for a long, tense moment before,
"... So you're Hylian." Blankly laid down and surely forgotten, she began looking at Ash anew, with hips stacked much comfortably. "You don't look like you're ordinary, as far as they go. ... What a fun night this is." Sarcasm might have been wasted here, but it remained that for all intents and purposes this girl, speaking some language as well as Hylian, looked to be a member of the latter race. Why, then, was she so obtuse?

As the girl seemed to relax a bit along with switching to hylian tongue, Ash felt a small wave of relief. Giving a slighy bow Ash spoke in her normal soft voice. "I apologize if I startled you. I wanted to check that no one was hurt. My name is Ash, it's a pleasure to meet you." Ash spoke looking at the girl. She wasn't all that sure what the girl meant when she stated that Ash didn't seem ordinary, but pushed that to the side. The night had brought Ash a lot of things as her journey began, and Ash had always been one to be rather flexible when things started happening.

"Forget it," said the girl flicking her long pony tail over her shoulder. "These days it's not as safe to travel out at night, so we have to be alert." Something seemed to click in her mind. "Wait... You're out all alone? Honey, you really aren't too bright are you?" Said the stranger in a concerned, almost motherly tone.
"Now now..." From behind the over turned cart what looked like an older version of the first girl shuffled up to the conversation, waving a hand as though she would be able to pet her daughter's shoulder with some kind of extrasensory touch. "You mustn't be so inhospitable... The goddesses should be so lucky to give as many chances to make friends." Then to Ash, "I'm sorry, hun... Please forgive my daughter. She's frustrated because she caused the wagon to tip over again."
"I did not--"
"It's really not such a big deal, dear, but I do wish--"
"I only lost control because you chose the toughest route on the map!"
"... As I was saying," said the older lady with a phony cough, "it might be better to ask this girl nicely to help us out. We could certainly use it..." She wouldn't look at Ash as she said this, but somehow the impression of a wink was felt.

Ash let out a small giggle as the mother slightly scolded her daughter. It was nice to see that they were alright after the accident, even seeming to joke about it. However, she was slightly embarrassed for a bit as the daughter seemed to question her being out this late on her own. Granted, Ash could see the girl's point, but there wasn't much she could do about that right now.
Noting the wink impression from the mother, Ash smiled kindly and gave a small nod. "I'd love to be of assistance, madam. Where were you two heading?" Ash asked curiously. With any luck they weren't heading back to the castle. There was still more Ash wanted to do before heading back, it would be a shame if her journey was cut short.

"Uh... North," said the daughter after exchanging a side-glance with her mother. "You really wanna come with us, huh? Well..."
"As long as you can pull your own weight we shouldn't have any problems." Another glance. "... What! She's going to help us," snapped the mother with her eyes only half-turned away from the princess. Clearly this was to show her dominance--or whatever. It seemed to work, too, as the daughter couldn't respond but to tilt her eyes down at an angle for a moment and bite her thumbnail absently.
"Well, then..." The mother started to walk back to the wagon, but turned back to say, "Oh yes. You may call us Oriel--that's her--and I'm Elmot. It's a prettier name if you know the language... Anyway, I think it's about time we get this old thing riding again, mm?" When Ash was ready they would all make an effort to tip the wagon over again.

Ash was a bit surprised when the travelers stated that she could go with them so long as she helped out. Of course she'd help, who wouldn't? The two seemed like a pairing that would butt heads rather easily, both at the moment seeming to be a bit stubborn. Though that's not always a bad thing. At their introduction, Ash bowed "It's a pleasure." she spoke softly with a smile before heading over to the wagon and pushing once the other two were ready."I think it's a nice name by the way... Elmot. If you don't mind me asking. What language is that?" Ash asked curiously.

After pushing the wagon upright again, not to mention a look at the wheels to make sure the thing would roll, the two were sitting on the front with the horses out in front of them.
"... Gerudo." Elmot didn't have as much pride in saying it as one might think normal. True, she was a bit darker than her daughter, but the two of them seemed to share a silent telepathic hug for a moment after the word was uttered.
"We don't have much options these days," said Oriel taking over for Elmot. "Either try to make it out in the desert or... This." She gestured to the horses. They looked wonderful in the moonlight normally, but now there was something so sad about the whole picture: mother and daughter forced to travel the countryside--"selling whatever we find to whoever will buy it. We were just heading up to Eldin to trade and find a bed for the night, when our wagon went over."

As the wagon was pushed back onto it's wheels, the group climbed up into it. Ash could see the emotion in the woman's faces as they mentioned that they were Gerudo. She hadn't seen a Gerudo in over a year now that she thought about it. "Why are you limited to only those?" Ash asked curiously. She was hoping that she wasn't overstepping any boundaries, but from what she could recall, the Gerudo's were a strong race of mostly women. Ash had actually grown rather fond of reading about them and their stories. Had something happened that she wasn't aware of?
