Thank you all for signing up to run a booth at the House Cup!

You are eligible to hand out prizes from right now this second until December 24th, but you may open and close your booth at your discretion at any time in between to catch up with prize handouts, if you're going on vacation, or for any other reason. If you need to close your booth, just put [CLOSED] or something similar in the title to let people know not to play your games.

If you haven't already noticed, each student on the sign-up sheet has a grey heart next to their name. When sign-ups close, these hearts will MAGICALLY BURST into seven lively colors that you may use for flavorful RP assistance. Don't make your games biased toward any one color or anything (especially since people who aren't participating in the House Cup won't have them), but if you want to use them to single each group out for separate but equal cutesy reasons, feel free 'cause that's what they're there for. The colors are red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, and purple.

If you would like a booth-themed Kindle to give out as a prize, PM proof of five game wins from your booth, a color scheme, and a name for your pet to TiH Student Council and you will receive one soon! (disclaimer: i am bad at pet color)

Competitor sign-ups are now closed though booth sign-ups will remain open throughout the event! RA nominations are now open as well!

Please take a moment to look over the spreadsheet to make sure your characters were not missed and their stats are correct. Column J is the sum of your stats. If it does not equal the number of points you were permitted for your year (Y1: 20, Y2: 25, Y3: 30), PM TiH Student Council with any changes you'd like to make. If characters with a point total over the allotted number don't ask to have their stats altered before the end of the first event, the excess points will be subtracted from their highest stat.

You will notice that each student has a heart color in the column next to their name. These were generated randomly and assigned after alphabetizing all student names following the close of sign-ups. They may not be swapped. Heart color has a minor effect on the flavor of your House Cup experience, but not its content, and may be used by booth runners for the same purpose. The hearts manifest themselves as small, glowing lacquered pins that are included with your swag. Speaking of swag...

All competitors will find a full set of clothing and accessories themed with their house colors and mascot when they return to their dorm rooms after signing up / being signed up. These items will also be on sale in the stands for spectators. You may RP purchasing them from an elf or simply assume that happened at some point along the way. The available items are: sleeveless shirt, drawstring pants, long-sleeved shirt, yoga pants, bow, glasses, horn cap, headband, wristband, and sneakers.
