 Ellie Troit, Heroine! Another peaceful roll, amidst the chaos. Ellie walked around the area quietly, looking.
"Not quite as colorful as Harutopia." she mused lightly to herself, walking along. She kept along the path, thinking about bringing out her new demon.
'Cerberus..' she thought, closing her eyes. It was powerful...Powerful enough to handle anything that got in her way...

Seika Murakami  "Hey, you!" The man turned around at the sound of her voice, and stopped to let her catch up to him. "I am looking for someone... Have you seen a guy this tall... dark hair... magenta eyes?" The area was overrun by demons here... and she had also seen that huge monster looming about... And if Hatsu was around, it would be better to continue together. Yes, alright...she was worried for him.
"I saw him heading in the direction of the Septentrione earlier...you might want to be careful if you're going that way. It's not an enemy any of us can defeat alone." The man warned, and Seika felt the rage boiling inside of her. That Hatsu... if that Septentrione thing didn't kill him... she would. "I can go with you-"
It was the last thing the redhead heard before she darted in the direction Ronaldo had given. She had no time to waste. Right now... nothing else mattered but him. She felt her heart beating fast... and she felt like dying when she saw him there trying to fight the thing off. "Kobold, go! Do something!" She was desperate... but the demon had done just enough to redirect the attack just a few meters away from where her companion was at. She yanked at his arm to pull him out of the way, the explosion throwing them to the side. She broke the fall, and she felt something cracked under her. But at least they were both alive.

Ellie Troit, Heroine! Another vicious assault...as she glanced around. The summoners had teamed up with random demons...and, as she glanced around, she smiled.
"I'm surrounded." she called to herself, before holding up her phone."Unfortunate for you."
Flames roared to life, Chenorborg's sword tearing through, and chaos generally ensued...
But, after a while, with some backup from JPs agents, Ellie was able to defeat the rioters.
"Thank you for helping me." she called, bowing to the agents."Just repaying the favor, Lady Ellie." one of the agents called, bowing. "After helping us in Troitown, and taking us in..We're all too happy to help."Ellie paused, remembering that phase, before smiling lightly.
"Thank you...." she called, before the Ghost demon she had following her tossed down a top Hat. Did it really suit the uniform? No.

 "Hard Luck" Hatsu Harima, the Heartbreak Kid"Aa, I'll stand my ground...I'll help you."Out of the frying pan, into the fire!
Seika's last-second rescue had saved Hatsu from the explosion that was sure to end him, but even as the Septentrione passed by and their shelter was saved, the demons that had been following in its wake (as seemed to be the case with those big beasties) were numerous and ready to take advantage of whatever was left of the humans foolish enough to challenge Phecda. Hatsu slowly regained his strength and tried to stand, taking Seika by the arm and gently raising her from the ground with care towards whatever injured part that might have been that cracked just now. He wanted to be gentler...to perhaps wait there long enough to enjoy a few quiet moments with her however he could steal them, but he could hear the demons coming...he had to summon the strength to fight.
"Aa...thank you," he nodded gently, before turning and stepping out to the front of the duo and between his companion and the devils, "I'll return the favor. These ones are mine..." Ellie Troit, Heroine! Timing was imperitive...
And, just after she picked up the hat to put on, the blast Roared through the area. She dived out of the way dramatically, glancing up at her foe.
"Him again.." she called quietly, frowning. She lost some of her tokens from this....But, she would have to make them up somehow.

Ellie Troit, Heroine! Ellie had been called to help once more...
A familiar seal...Though, this one seemed to pulse with even more energy than ever before. She paused, holding her breath as the agents looked at her.
"S..So...this one's a Celtic god.." she called, the agents nodding."Yes...It's dangerous, but with your potiential....We believe you can manage it."Ellie gulped, but held out her phone, closing her eyes.
Lugh...Lend me your power...
A quick flash flowed into her, and she swelled with radiant, glowing energy. It was...overwhelming! Enough to make her feel like she was ready to explode..!
But, as she felt this power...as she held up her hand to gather energy....she could feel it...she could control it...
"Face Divine Retribution!" she called, a brilliant flash dashing through the Iwatodai area...and tearing through a powerful demon that had escaped it's seal. She floated towards it like the God she was empowered by...and Between flashes, she could feel herself smashing her fists and weapons into it....
Until eventually she came down from the empowered high...A little dazed, but no worse for wear. Seika Murakami The redhead took Hatsu's hand and stood up... her shoulder popping loudly. A little smile curled at the corner of her lips as he stood up in front of her, taking care of the demons that followed the huge monster. He was always like that... and even if she wasn't one to show it much... she was thankful for it. She was thankful for him...
Her eyes widened when she saw the beast turning back, ready to destroy the shelter Hatsu had worked so hard to rebuild... ready to finish the job it had come for before. "Like ******** you will, b*****d!"
The redhead shielded Hatsu as the attack came their way...the pure energy of it throwing her away like a ragdoll. All her back was terribly burnt...and she could feel her vision fading. "Hats... r-run..."

"Hard Luck" Hatsu Harima, the Heartbreak Kid"Aa, I'll stand my ground...I'll help you."The relief of finally seeing her again today was short-lived...Hatsu should have known that he couldn't let his guard down during the mist of all of this insane chaos. His eyes wandered over his shoulder when he caught the raw panic in her eyes, but he couldn't turn fast enough when she tossed him out of the way and shielded him...couldn't grab her to pull her aside and out of the way of the blast. She was hit...she flew and landed, rolling painfully upon the ground, burned...and all he could do was watch until at last she came to rest, not dead but dying...the foe, that monster, still coming back towards the shelter he had put so much of himself into. No...that girl, Seika, the people...he couldn't! He had to...had to fight!
And nearby a summoning terminal flashed...and Hatsu's eyes seemed to burn with a crimson flame! In his fists there was a burning anger, and as he turned to the Septentrione, this time he knew that his punches would have weight...even if he couldn't kill it, he would let it know his pain!
"Don't...touch...Seika!" he struck the beast with flaming fists, again and again...feeling the flesh give, but not break...knowing that it wasn't enough but the sight of her burned back too much for him not to keep punching. And it was winding up again, for one more attack...a decisive attack. "Aa...! Aa...!" he struggled all the same...unwilling to give an inch...unwilling to give up without a fight no matter the foe! "Hard Luck" Hatsu Harima, the Heartbreak Kid"Aa, I'll stand my ground...I'll help you."He punched and punched...the fiery strikes landing, chipping away at the monster...but it wasn't enough on its own. Why? Why couldn't he finish this monster the way that Kyuzo had finished Dubhe? When Seika was hurt...when Seika needed him...he fought, but inches gave...the dirt beneath his feet and the blacktop melted away...his power fading...no, he wouldn't stop even if it killed him! He wouldn't...!
"There you are! You must be Harima, the one the people at the shelter are talking about! Allow me to lend you a hand!" a deep, honorable voice called out...but as he launched an attack that helped Hatsu stymie the Septentrione's advance at last, he noticed a more pressing matter...a girl, red-haired and burned badly upon the ground. She had been looking for someone a few moments earlier...was this guy the one? Ronaldo had heard the rumors and knew that if this was Harima, they had a lot to talk about, but now wasn't the time for talking! It was the time to fight...to save the shelter, the people, this girl! "You keep fighting! I'll try to cast some healing spells on this girl!" he commanded sternly, not needing to say it...that boy wouldn't stop attacking, wouldn't stop defending this girl, until his fists bled down to the bone and his life gave out.
...And Hatsu did, he punched and punched, he fought...never giving up...never giving in...until at last, the monster seemed to lose interest. The little bites whittled its patience down and at long last, it turned away and began to move down the road and away from the shelter. And still, Hatsu kept punching...attacking until the monster had made its way out of his range and was gone...and only then, then did he collapse to his knees a heaving mess...out of breath...drained emotionally and physically...turning in that moment towards the girl who Ronaldo tried his best to keep stable with his magic, long enough for someone to lend a hand in bringing her back to the world of the living.

 Nix Gallen Nix stepped off the terminal only to see a chaotic scene. That creature was back and someone was fighting against it with all his might. A girl was on the ground, barely clinging to life.. Without a moment of hesitation, Nix rushed over to start aiding the other man in healing her wounds! "Hang in there!! You can't die yet! "Hard Luck" Hatsu Harima, the Heartbreak Kid"Aa, I'll stand my ground...I'll help you."His body and mind were spent...and yet as he watched a figure run up to them with gorgeous snow-crowned hair, her soft voice calling out towards Seika and magic pouring from her fingers to mend her, all he could think about was the girl on the other end of the healing. His red-haired companion...who had saved him twice already, now on the mend once more. How much longer could the two of them manage like this? Could they endure anymore of these near-death experiences without the help of strangers coming to their aid at the last moment? Would they be able to keep the base safe? Keep the citizens safe? The shelter needed them...but were they enough for the people of Iwatodai to survive? Were they enough for just the two of them to survive?
He was afraid for Seika...but he knew at the same time, he couldn't stop fighting. He could never stop...no matter what threat stood before them, insignificant or impossible as it might be. This was who he was, but Seika...had he drug her into this? Did she want to fight the way that he did? "Aa...Seika, it's all right..." he calmed her as he set a hand gently on her mending shoulder, "Rest...leave the rest of this to me..." Seika Murakami That had been close. Too close... Her eyes fluttered open...the wounds mending themselves slowly. The pain reduced to a muffled echo. She could hear voices... two unknown to her...and his voice. He was scared for her... she could hear it in his tone...and more than anything she wanted to reassure him. Ashen eyes finally opened...a stranger with white hair kneeling beside her...healing her wounds. Eyebrows furrowed slightly, her still dizzy mind trying to come up with a name to that face. But no... she couldn't say she knew her. "Thank...you..." the girl finally whispered...her eyes shifting to look at Hatsu. Her fingers brushed over his lightly...before taking them tightly on her hand... if she weren't so weak, she'd crush them. "Are you... an idiot?" She sat up, hissing at the lingering pain. She would be alright though. Her strength was slowly returning to her.
"I am not leaving you alone..."

The fact was, though, that she was weak...that she was hurt, and it was his...

As he had that thought, a frightening coincidence came to pass as a corner of the top of the building beside them crumbled...at last jostled loose by the Septentrione's escape and attack, falling dangerously down directly at them! Hatsu couldn't see it...couldn't hope to see it! And the two of them were right in the line of death!
"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAWR!"
...A large club smashed the stone in the air and scattered it into dust and debris! Looming over the two fallen SEES-2 veterans, an ogre looked down at them with a protective and relieved smile. And looking up, Hatsu knew that he had been saved once again by his friend...
"Aa...! Po! Thank you...again..."
...Even from within that Ogre, his Poltergeist was still such a bro. Two fists bumped once more against the backdrop of the fading sun. And it was undeniably, completely, and totally BADASS... But they weren't any eagles...they were an escort for something much greater, much more...AMERICAN! It was the Freedom Griffin, flag cape, pulling a flag banner, wearing a 'Don't Tread on Me' T-Shirt and cawing the Star-Spangled Banner with every cry.
The sight was beautiful, even if not exactly appropriate to the region where it was taking place...being Japan and not America, and all.
