Any chance you guys will fix the daily treat? Some users haven't been able to get their gcash after watching a video, and others (myself included) always are out of offers.
And before you give me a typical robotic answer, YES, I have my adblocker disabled when going to the daily treat. We can take a look at the failing gcash grant. Regarding being out of offers, that means the provider has run out of inventory (there are limits to how many offers are available to claim depending on seasonality and region)

Which are the rules of coupon items? Can they be re-released outside of coupons RIGs or do they fall under the 6 months rule...? At this time coupon items are items not eligible for re-release in La Victoire. They do not have a six-month rule and can be re-released at any time in coupon format (whether it's coupon CI or a direct coupon offer). You can, however, request a coupon item with a Perfect Parcel trade-in. I hope this helps!  Zero Omega Hypothecate MiscTo earn gaia cash I usually stick to just videos, however, I constantly get offers from the "watch videos" button that aren't videos. Will this/can this be fixed? Sounds like something that might be up with our offer providers, if you submit a billing ticket with more information we can have our team look into it.

For the past few weeks, Gaia has not disabled third party ads as was promised through purchases of Gaia Cash and Gaia Cash items. The affected areas include Mailbox, Forums, et cetera. These are areas normally clear of third party ads, and I have purchased Gaia Cash and Cash Shop items specifically to clear those ads. What does the Gaia Staff wish to do about this matter, and when will it be solved? This question has yet to see any effective resolution, so far as many have seen. sad We are presently working with our partners to get this issue addressed. We've confirmed people are accurately being flagged on Gaia when they have made a qualifying purchase, but for whatever reason the flag has stopped being respected by our networks, we are working to identify what changed to get the issue resolved.

In the past Gaia had a system where first time buyers had their GC and items purchased with it frozen to their account for a time. Couldn't we just do that? Are you working on the Paypal issue? I'm asking because I bought 30K GC when the Rainbow Ticket was on offer for 29.9K GC and the tier thing was up. But I didn't get my GC, had to file a ticket. So... I missed out on a project rainbow ticket AND the tier thing because of a PayPal error thats now happened TWICE to me.
It's really frustrating, when you buy a huge amount for something and can't have it cause of a error via systems etc. Now I have to wait for the rainbow ticket again and missed out on the tiers :'( We've pushed a patch that might address some of the issues we've seen, we're hoping it fixes that. In the mean time, rest assured that if this does happen to you, simply mention what you were hoping to do in the billing ticket you file and we'll be able to properly credit you with everything you were hoping to get.

Be aware though that we do not necessarily issue refunds without a reason. Narumi Misuhara clarion Features - RunwayWould there be any way to view Runway prize cash grants in our cash history? If you don't have PMs turned on or if they're set to friends only you don't even get the Admin PMs and if you aren't paying attention to your GC amount it can be pretty easy to miss the really small awards. There are periodically glitches around awarding prizes, notably the recently issues with the time change, so being able to double check and see IF you were awarded anything and how much would help people know if they need to file tickets or not. Yup, we can do this. smile

We were told it would finish with Pass 6 in December, and come with an exclusive item at that time. But opening it only gets you a Pass 7, which shouldn't even really be a thing. It's been almost a week no with no explanation for it. The seventh pass will contain the exclusive item when it comes out~ Which should be soon. <3

If you run into this with another offer, please take a screenshot of the page you see as well as of the specific offer you are trying to complete and submit a ticket. I was curious why you list things like the lapis ticket or center stage ticket so high ((In the thousands)) I was curious if you were going to make tickets more affordable. I used to remember when gaia wanted users to get involved and make items instead of trying to milk them dry for the rare chance to Get their avi's drawn or recolor an item. We currently are trying to keep up with the demands of tickets, so either we stop selling them, or put them up at a higher price point. There's a lot of work to be done on our end to tackle the demand issue. We'll keep you informed on what's to come. Could there be some way of going over the videos or maybe a button at the bottom of videos so we can easily report ones that are having issues? Maybe options, in a drop down menu, of what the problem is i.e: not paying out, not loading video...ect. We might be able to add a reporting feature, that's a good idea. The Kitten Star pin was only released as a bonus item with the physical merch, and not available for regular purchase. I'm really disappointed if you've decided to drop them without warning, I always loved collecting them.
