Well, anyways... A 20 foot radius is fine. Well yeah I mean if someone was asked what they'll be weirded out by, more a person using his own blood as ink on his pen or Greek gods live in a different realm? XD Sorry, but for me, that would be the Greek gods more than the blood pen. Anyways, he's approved! I'll go add his name to the list and make his classroom.

I know but, well.. For a gear like his, he really does need a time limit because otherwise he could just block someone's power indefinitely as long as they're close enough to him.. But yea, if you have the time limit, you don't have to have the distance one.

Well he can only use it on one person more people would mean more energy use and less time but I'm just scrapping the character he is just to bothersome seeing as there was problem with his power and bio.
