She could make out the familiar feel of Kaisen's chakra among the mix, but the rest was something different and foreign to her. She saw Lucifer making a set of clones and knew exactly what he was doing. She herself made only one clone before sitting down on the ground. It felt good to be in the lightning country again, and she slowly sucked in energy, storing it away inside her body. As she sat, she also sent a mild pulse of chakra into the ground, slowly gathering up iron sand that began to slowly cover her body from head to toe. Another layer also began to cover Schnee. "I can recognize Kaisen's chakra from the group ahead, but the rest are a mystery. I can't even tell you how many are up ahead. Simply put, there is a large volume of chakra up ahead. Gin, when we approach, I suggest you stay hidden. With the mixture of Lucifer's chakra and my own, they will be unlikely to notice your presence until we need you to jump in and attack. You'll be our sneak attack."With that, she would return to gathering energy.

With Gin's head down she felt rather comfort in where they were. She listened to Lucifer talk, then Toshiko. Gin sat down on the ground. She was the surprise attack. Failing this and beating herself up will be an understatement. She needed to plan. She breathed in and out once fixing her mask. Gin began converting the dirt below her into iron sand. She converted enough sand and put it in pouches under her cloak. Flashing two of the same hand seals and one different, Gin created two lightning clones and one earth clone. Lastly creating little hand signs, she would begin to feel energy surge through her body. They were her eyes for around her. She make sure that some iron sand was covering her heart to make it difficult to strike. Gin stayed seated collecting her thoughts. With her father in her mind she felt more ready.
Bentley would arrive in Kiminari no Kuni a few miles away from the base of the mountain during a light thunder storm and could see the peak from the distance. he knew he had to reach the top in order to speak to Raijin at the highest point in the world. He closed his eyes and used cloud wisp jutsu as a cloud formed and floated high in the air, scouting out the mountain and surrounding areas; which revealed that this mountain was home to several rogue ninja camps scattered around the base areas. He made the cloud get close and all of them were former cloud ninja who have stuck around as bandit clans to survive with no village. He did not want to have to confront his fellow cloud rogues but wouldnt back away from a fight if needed. After doing recon he undid the jutsu and tried to sneak up to the mountain without being seen by any ninja. He snuck by one small group without a problem but he wasnt as lucky at another camp a few hundred feet away. Three shinobi sat around a campfire talking and laughing and one spotted Bentley and alerted the others. They jumped up and ran toward Bentley, drawing their swords saying “fork up some cash or we'll take it all from you” Bentley smirked and drew his hilt and activated a white shortbow with no string to develop from it. “come and take it” He said as held the bow up and touched two fingers on his right hand to the hilt and pulled his arm back quickly, creating a white chakra arrow from each finger. he would uncurl his fingers and the arrows would launch out at one of the shinobi. The man tried to block by holding his sword sideways where one of the arrows would hit, causing the blade to shatter and send shrapnel of metal into the air as both arrows shot through the man, killing him. The others were stunned by the power of this bow and stopped in their tracks. They both did some handsigns and one shot a small ball of lightning, the other a small beam. Rai easily dodged both with one swift movement to his right, drawing back on the bow again as he stopped, aiming it at one of the men and releasing his middle finger as a single white arrow shot forward and struck him in the chest. Rai smirked at the last shinobi as he stood there unsure of what to do. The man went to make some more handsigns but half way trough Bentley simply raised him right hand and shot a large ball of raiton chakra that electrocuted the man to death after impact. He would continue walking towards the mountain quietly hoping that was his last fight on the way to the mountain.

After becoming a full-time ninja, Deni felt that the village was limiting his power and controlling his freedom. He decides to leave the village on a journey around the Lightning Country. Not knowing what dangers are ahead he heads out headstrong. Deni then spots a small farm, and with his food rations depleting, he decides to head over. Deni then senses that something is wrong and sees the farmers neck slit and all of his crops stolen. Fueled with anger, Deni promises the dead farmer's revenge on whoever did this to him. Starving, Deni goes into the farmer's house to look for any food and finds a letter from his tax collector. The note said "If you do not repay your debt by the deadline, you will truly regret living." He finds out that the tax collector hired a bunch of thugs and sets off to find them. Jumping from tree to tree, Deni then spots the tax collector and his thugs. He then uses his Demonic Illusion genjutsu on the thugs to knock them out. Not knowing what's going on, the tax collector freaks out and runs off in a panic. Before he can get away Deni uses the Demonic Illusion and confronts him for his crime in killing the farmer. Deni makes him relive every murder, and every crime he has ever committed. Now feeling guilty and sorrowful, he gives back everything he has stolen from the farmer. Thinking that an apology isn't enough of a punishment for his crimes, Deni knocks him out and returns him to the village for judgement. Deni then goes to the farmers next of kin and returns the crops. The family felt depressed, but also felt closure. The family thanked Deni and told him "Nothing in this world can ever repay you for what you have done for my family." Feeling humble Deni replied " As long as justice is brought to the people who deserve it, you will always be at peace." Word Count: 345
As Bentley walked on the road to the border of the Lightning country he saw a person that looked familiar in the distance. He smiled knowing that it had to be Deni, Raijin had foretold that he would reunite with him that day and he didn't doubt it for a second. And they walked toward each other he'd greet him first. “Yo, what's good Deni? Its been months!” he'd wait for his response but would not really listen to him as he continued his thought. “I just had a conversation with god himself, Raijin, and told me so much but the most important thing is that we would meet today. And now were here, so I guess everything he said is true... You seem like you've gotten a lot stronger since ive met you, Ichijin has been helping you train well... are you B-ranked now too?” If Deni would say yes a large smile would grow on Bentley's face and he'd fully explain the reason behind the questions. “Well Raijin and Ichijin want us to fight each other to honor them, and I'm not sure about Ichi, but Rai promised we would get rewards. I don't know about you but thats a win-win to me.” he said chuckling as he started walking away. “Yo, if you wanna do it follow me, I know the perfect place in the fire country to duke it out.” He hoped Deni would follow him to the fire country so they could take the first large step toward their destinies together.

Magnus appeared out of a burst of speed with Shikayumi in his arms and came to a kneel as the gates came to a close. "We....made...it..." He said as it became hard to breath and he was extremely tired. He placed her down laying on a tree. "We...are somewhere...in the middle....of the Valley of the End. The border...between the Cloud and the Leaf." Be sat down for a moment as wings formed on his back. "I can fly the rest of the way."

Shikayumi felt herself being placed on the ground. She had not seen much outside of that cave for a long time; leaving her dazed, and confused of the world around her. She could feel the grass against the back of her hand as she brushed against it. Magnus would notice some severe changes in his cousin that were almost savage like. The cave was cold, and coarse, in comparison to the world she would be reintroduced to. The soft grass, the warm breeze, and the cool colors of the world around her was something she had longed for in a long time.
Personality wise she still seemed like the same Shikayumi; calm, calculated, and aware. However, there had been some tolls on her body due to her attachment with Shukaku. Staring with her eyes, a thick, black ring was around both of them due to the limited sleep Shukaku aloud her. Second was the persistent gourd made of sand that had latched to her back. A lot had changed since she was sent to hide away the one tailed beast.
"Magnus, tell me..." what has become of the Kech Marah?" Seeing how her task was to hide away the beasts chalkra from the Kech Marah, and that she was now a visible target, there must have been a reason for Magnus to come get Shikayumi.
Magnus shrugged. "I have not the slightest clue. A string of natural disasters caused the economy of the Sand, Leaf, and other villages crumbling down and now they can't support a militant force. That is why I have brought us here to the Lightning Country. Currently, the only surviving countries are Lightning and Sound." Magnus stated bringing Shikayumi up-to-date on the news. "I know most shinobi in the leaf went to the sound and I don't know where allies might be or enemies might lurk within the sound. So, I choose Cloud as our new home. You stay here and rest. I will scout out Cloud and return." Magnus said as he vanished towards the village.

Magnus returned at dusk with not even an ounce of news about the Raikage. "I didn't see much, but did meet a genin. He was a nice guy and a Jashinist follower. He was very calm and cheery after I didn't judge him on his beliefs and gave me some information, but nothing the could say what kind of person the Raikage is. I did, however, see Michael's Airship in the distance. He might be here or he might no longer be in control of the airship, but it is something to go on."
