Zuri Zuri smiled at her husband. "Yes, as soon as I'm done here I have to go to get ready. I just wanted to check in with you, but it seems you have your hands full." she said with a nod. It was good to see that he had plenty of people around him, and being so assertive. It was attractive, if they weren't in the middle of a war...
Turning back to her brother she laughed. "Yes, it has been much to long. I'm sorry I've meant to come back and visit you and and Kayin, but the tournament and than I had Ikkio and Ikuri, and now this, I haven't had the time. And do not worry, it seems we were both hiding. At least we are together again. Biroki, my husband, will be in charge over here. So you will be in good hands." she said with a nod. She knew that her husband would make sure to take good care of her little brother, even if this was the first time they were actually meeting in person.
"Yes, I don't see Kayin being all that happy with you fighting, I am surprised she isn't here though." she said, giving him the opportunity to say that she was just somewhere else. "Yes, I've had lots of practice, and I couldn't sleep soundly if I wasn't out there protecting the people I loved."
When Freya spoke she nodded, looking around at the people that she would be fighting with. She was sure this could be done, they would go to war and they would come back victorious.
Ikuri She smiled, sure that her sister was right behind her. As she approached the four boys she realized that although she knew Samoset and Kennet she had never met the other two boys. They had hair like her and her sister, well more like hers than her sisters, but their skin was different. That meant that they were like her, they were halflings.
Reaching the boys she waved. "Hello Samoset and Kennet, who are they?" she asked cursorily. "Oh this is my twin sister, Ikkio." she said realizing that she didn't meet the boys with her twin sister by her side. It was one of the few times she had escaped and been able to play without her sister.

Briella Briella smiled, putting her hand on Kadriye's arm. "I know you will, I know that you will be most likely one of the best out there. Those magic earthlings aren't anything compared to you." she said with a laugh. It was true, from what she understood most earthlings that did magic didn't know how to actually fight, but Kadriye could do both. She was a sister, and one of the most important of them. Plus Briella knew that she was one of a kind, she would be fine.
As Yansa and the other leaders appeared she gave them her attention. The words spoken by the ice woman weren't the kind that she thought should be given before a battle, but that was just her. She was sure that Yansa would have done a better job, but there were more earthlings than sisters so it made sense that Freya would talk. "Do you know anything more? Anything more than what the rest of us know?" she asked curiously. There was a chance she didn't, but than at the same time maybe Kadriye knew something, preferably something like that Briella and Ilyra would be able to stay by Kadriye and that they wouldn't be separated for the battle.
Finnley smiled as she was welcomed into their little triangle of sorts. Natsu, the one that had been playing, seemed really calm. Way calmer than the other, Viveka. Viveka reached out to her though, and she took his hand gratefully and sat down in front of the pair. "Yes...I-I'm here by myself. My siblings are too young and my parents aging. Honestly....this is the first time I've been away from home." She looked away shyly. It seemed that Natsu and Viveka were close, maybe a couple? It would be rude to ask though, so she refrained from it. That was when Viveka said his brother would be fighting. "I would be terrified to fight, and even more so if I knew one of my siblings was. I-I understand your fear. I had come to try and help with healing, but I must confess I know little so I'm not sure if I'll be in the way more than I'd be a help..." Finn fiddled with one of her pigtails nervously, though obviously better than she was just wandering alone.
That was when the elders came out to speak to them. The one that spoke was quick and to the point, only furthering Finnley's anxiety. "I hope our fighters are ready. I f-fear that even all of us together may not be enough..."

Kelina: post 2 | Sauron, Lasarra, Ray, and lots
Kelina was glad when Sauron finally found her. She had been looking for him as well, but it had been he who found her first. Gripping his hand tightly, she started walking in a random direction. "I want to find my sister before everything starts. I would rather have her fighting by us so I wouldn't have to worry about her." She stuck close by Sauron's side, which wasn't difficult considering the amount of people that was in this small area. It had grown even more crowded once the elders stepped out. It was Freya who spoke, the one Kelina had questioned at the tournament and still felt bad about that. "I don't know where she will be..." She turned away from where the elders were and went out a little way. It was then that she remembered the little sprite sleeping in her pocket. Putting a hand in there to slowly bring her out, "Nibby, see if you can find my sister for me." Nibby had taken to Lasarra quicker than she had herself, but Kel put that down to Lasarra's expertise with animals. Nibby left her hand and flew over the crowd. She was gone for a little while but came flying back quicker than she had left. Sitting on her shoulder, Nibby pouted directions with her own little squabling. That was how they found Lasarra with a mass of other people. "Oh Lasarra! I'm so glad I found you." She said, rushing over to her sister with Sauron still in tow.

Ethelfleade: post 2
((if anyone wants to interact with Ethelfleade, just quote me!))
Ethelfleade wandered through the tents and somehow found herself among a throng of people around the elders' tents. She listened quietly until the one elder was done talking and then wound her way through people. It was sad how uninformed their people were about their enemy. Surely they had scouts going out to collect information...right?

Aysun Post 3
Half bug lady, huh? That was kind of interesting Aysun thought to himself, then gave a happy smile, "We are mixed a bit, our Daddy is a Shifter and our Mommy is a Leaf Tribeswoman." He said proudly, loving both his parents very much so he really had zero reason not to be proud of what he was. This boy, he wasn't so bad, was he? Even going so far as to apologize for his brother's rude question. Aysun liked the first of the boys pretty alright, the second one though he could take or leave... that was until he got on Chandra's case. Going so far as to call him weird just because of their white hair!
It was something that made his eyes narrow a little, instantly falling into protective brother 1mode, "You leave my brother along, bug eyes! Or I will punch you!" He said, standing up tall, trying to imitated his intimidating mother best that he could. Were she to tell anyone that she was gonna punch them they would run for the hills! As such he would do his best to try to emulate her and maybe this brat would leave Chandra alone! If not then he would just take his twin elsewhere, there was enough going on that might make Chandra cry, he didn't need some other kid adding to it!
Before Aysun could actually throw down, probably a good thing since he'd yet to get into a real fight, the heated moment as interrupted by two girls showing up. They were rather cute ones too so it drew his attention away from the boy he wanted to punch and he lifted his free hand, waving it at them, "Hello there!" Hopefully, since they too had white hair, they would be the sorts that were easier to deal with as well as being some that wouldn't go off insulting his twin!
"Yes! That place! The beach!" Nuawhan said, giving Ogbonna a hug. Nuawahn had liked the beach. It was sandy, and the water splashed against it so nicely and rhythmically. You never knew what you would find next on a beach.
"I've been to lots of places!" said Nuawahn, drawing back enough to see Ogbonna's face, "I've been to Jahuar, and the Tale, and even Zena!" he laughed, "And now I'm here! What about you, Oggie? What have you been doing, 'cause its been years!"
He looked, distracted briefly, at Freya, Besian, and Yansa. and listened to what they had to say. He turned back to Ogbonna. "I think its really neat!" he said, smiling with all the good nature he had, "The three of them together? I think its nice!" people getting along was always nice. Nevermind this talk of enemies. "I like how this brings everybody together don't you?"
[Kaalnia -> Bhima -> around]
"Well, I'm supposed to look for a bunch of people. Dyakida - you know her? The artisan? I'm supposed to find people for her and, well... She didn't exactly give me a description... Three of them are sisters, so I was hoping..." Kaalnia was briefly distracted by the leaders talking, "Aww hell, sounds like we're getting close to it.... And I'm supposed to get them to her before the fighting happens. You wouldn't happen to know sisters named Bhima, Yaholo, and Rishima, would you? I don't want to let her down, you know?" Letting Dyakida down meant it would be harder to get on her good side later, which would make hitting on her a lot harder. That, and Brie wouldn't be happy with her if Dyakida wasn't, and Kaalnia wanted her older sister to be happy with her. "If you could help me get to them, that'd be really, really awesome."

Rishima Post 3
There was a moment where Rishima wanted to scold Gerraden, to tell him that he didn't need him to keep him safe, that since he was older it was him that should keep Gerraden safe! It was one of those thoughts that never got fully realized though as suddenly he found himself getting scooped up off his feet as though he weighed nothing. Her turned his head quickly from side to side, trying to figure out who had hold of him... until she finally spoke. The voice was one that made his mismatched eyes go rather wise and the moment he was able to do so he turned around to face her then hugged her tightly, "Jerarda! I have missed you so much! Where have you been?" He asked, clinging to her tightly.
Realizing after a moment that they weren't alone he took a half step back, smiling up at her, his antennae twitching, "It's really good to see you again." He said, so glad that she was back. It seemed as though it had been ages since they were last able to talk like this, a shame that it had to be during such times.
Turning slightly as another Alkidike joined them, one that seemed to know Jerarda, he gave her a smile as well, "Greeting, sister." He said, then glanced at Jerarda and gave a soft laugh, "She has always called me sister, as have many of our other sisters, so I don't mind you calling me that as well. My name is Rishima though." He introduced himself, giving Gerraden and his adopted brother a glance as they glanced. He'd have to see about introducing Gerr to Jerarda soon, though given there were so many people about it might have to wait. Especially since others that knew members of their growing group continued to appear.
This time it was a rather pretty, dark all over sister that joined and greeted them. Rishima's antennae twitched once more and he said, "Hello sister." Were their group a rather popular one he thought to himself.
The peaceful chatting though was soon cut short as the elders arrived, drawing Rishima's attention, and started to speak. What they said caused his hands to tighten on the weapon he carried, feeling a bit of worry fill him once more. They didn't know much about their enemy it would seem, something that meant that they didn't know what they were getting into. He was going to have to keep a really close eye on Gerraden then, he didn't want him getting in over his head in his rush to try to protect Rishima. He would need to keep him safe he thought to himself before giving Jerarda a glance, hoping that he could stick close to her as well. They just found each other again and he didn't want to lose her again so quickly.

Ime post 3
"Like my Papa!" Ime chirped. She released Gaddok's hand and admired his sailscales before turning back to him. He was the focus, not the reptiles that crawled over him. "Do you know hi--?"
There was another blue person speaking. Ime was beginning to notice more and more blue in the crowd. Her Papa could be here! When Gaddok mentioned that he had to go, she simply nodded. "It's okay! I'll be alright! I promise I won't go any further." Even if she really, really wanted to. "My Mama is somewhere near. Soon she'll yell for me and then I can find her!"
Her poor mother's frustration was like a game, it seemed.
"Try not to get hurt!" she told both men, hand on her hip, pointing.
Bhima post 3
"Ah, I am Bhima. The bald one." She offered a small smile and peered off in the direction of the tents, listening to the announcement. She turned back to the sister and nodded.
"Dyakida, I do. I mean, I met her briefly, and her little sprite. I'm not sure just how long we have to search, though. I have never met the others and would not know where to look. It seems we might be leaving soon." She shouldered one of her blades, and her chest heaved in a deep sigh. Soon there would be blood.

~Kiana_Nala~
[Ikkio -> Ikkuri, Samoset, Kennet, Aysun, Chandra -> Around] Ikkio and Zumurundi loped up behind Ikuri. "Hi." she said, looking the four boys over. So, the brown ones were 'Samoset' and 'Kennet'. She wondered which was which, and how you could even tell. She bet Zumurundi could tell - he had a sharp nose. Better than Loxy. Always better.
It looked like they had walked into a confrontation of sorts between the boys. Ikkio flashed Aysun the charming smile that had always gotten her out of trouble. Confrontations were interesting, especially when you could manipulate them one way or another. "Whats going on over here?" she asked resting a hand on Zumurundi's soft fur, "You all looked like you were having fun, so we decided to join in."
Dyakida heard one of the other crafters enter the tent and start working. It felt good to be around other people doing what she had been doing alone in her room for a good chunk of her prenticehood.
She perked up as someone - more a customer this time - walked in, asking about ribbons. "Hello! Yes, I can handle..." she began, before being cut off by the sounds of reuinion. She blinked uselessly and laid back, trying to sort out what the heck was going on through all the shouting.
Apparently, the newcomer was a friend of Ilyras - one she hadn't met, but she hadn't met many of Ilyras friends. And apparently she had betrayed her in some way? By leaving? Dyakida wasn't sure what was going on, but her ears began to throb. Not that she wasn't used to shouting, but right next to her ear?
"Its allright, Ilyra." she said, "Who is this?" she asked. If her ears were going to hurt, she might as well know who the other party was.
Sauron trailed after Kelina, he too would feel better when she got tabs on her sister, he had a feeling if they were going to make it through the coming mess that they would all have to look out for each other. Protect, Save, Cherish. This was family, or..he hoped would be if it wasn't already. He would do his best to skewer whatever threatened them, that is if Kelina didn't pepper them into pincushions before he could get there.
He wondered what the beast charmer would have up her sleeves...hopefully something overly toothy with a bad attitude. That would be fun.
In other news she was still holding his hand and that made him glow with exaltation and joy. What an odd mix of feelings the coming events brought. Fear, Fierceness, Pride, Love, Strength, Joy, Protectiveness all in one little shifter ball.
He smiled in relief as Kelina found Lasarra. "Congratulations on becoming a beast charmer," he said.

Kiyelt nodded and smiled at Gaddock. " I have your back man. Mind if I travel with you? I don't know that many around here."
Kiyelt grinned at the impertinant little miss telling them not to get hurt. He bowed deeply. "I'll do my best, be safe yourself little princess." He winked at Gaddock.
Who knew what would happen out there in the maw of the beast of war? Some where chewed and spit out like so much carrion to be consumed later by the scavengers, others miraculously came out the other end mostly or completely unscathed. Luck, experience, choice. That was what mattered. One could only try to keep away from the teeth, and Gaddock too.

Iroia wandered around, letting her shiney blades glint in the sunshine, oh what pratice was to be had in a place like this. So full of warriors it was like a fairy dream. Now who was to be her fairy grandmother and make her wishes come true?
She accidentally bumped into a girl right when the talk was going on, she apologized and smiled. She stood next to the gorgeous ice woman while they both listened to the speech. So...everything was ready...why were they not moving? Needing more intelligence perhaps? "Do you think they have more scouts out looking for information?" she asked the other girl.
She heard some interesting calls on the wind and after listening to the others answer she started to sidle that way. "Follow if you like, but I'm heading over to where the interesting noise is."
She strode away not looking back to see if the other was following her, all the hubub was coming from the animal pens, her eyes alighted on an Iceling tending to his aldabuck..perhaps this was her fairy grandmother, he certainly had a lovely scowl. "Lovely fighter you have their? What can she do?" She asked curiously, it would be a cold day in Jahaur when she let an aldabuck fight for her. It was too much fun to foist off on a vegetarian. Not that she was opposed to familiars but they could get hurt and few were dangerous seeming enough to suit her particular...tastes. She twirled a blade in her had getting used to its heft, balance and feel. You must always connect on a deeper level with your weapon, both her parents had stressed to her. The bond, the piece of you that only theoretically could be separated from you, in which case it was imperative you got it back.

[Kaalnia -> Bhima -> Around]
"Oooo, great!" said Kaalnia, somewhat relieved, "Well, not great that you don't know Yaholo or Rishima, but its great that you are one of the people I'm looking for! Thats a whole lot of help!"
Kaalnia sighed, "I wish I could go out to war with everybody, but my sis wanted me to stay behind and help Dyakida out, so stay I am..." that and the stomach bug. "I mean, War isn't a good thing and all, but I feel kind of, you know, off staying behind." Kaalnia smiled, "Anyway, with time as it is, I should go off and see if I could find the other people. You mind dropping in on her?"
[Hijil -> Yaholo, Rastian -> Around]
Hijil listened gravely to the charismatic leaders as they spoke to the people. "Soon..." she murmured, feeling ill at ease. She would be going to war soon, turning her fists to dealing injury and death not in self defense, but in attack. "Too soon." she turned back to Yaholo and Rastian. "How do you two feel?" she asked, "About this war?"
Ruelash was just finishing up Direk's barding and was checking the straps once again when something tripped over his foot. He whirled around, snarling with the ferocity of a wild animal. "Watch where yer goin'!" he snapped at the wind boy, "Or I'll have my Aldabuk kick yer a**!"
He was distracted from the wind boy by a leaf girl. He grinned slightly, not too pleasantly, but not overtly hostiley either. "She can beat up some Oba,'s what she can do." he said, giving Direk a pat and tightening the straps, he looked her up and down. He knew a fighter when he saw one, being a rabid b*****d himself. "Ye fightin' in the war?"

Bhima - 4
"Well, where is she?" she asked. It was all well and good to assist the blind sister, but sooner or later she'd need to head for the battlefield. Didn't her blades make that slightly obvious? She did know one of those names, she had looked for him once... but hadn't found him.
[Not Counted][Kaalnia -> Bhima -> Around] [Moving to Ethelfleade because Kaalnia sucks at finding things]
"Over in the weapons tent!" Kaalnia pointed, "Over there!" She waved at Bhima before trying to find the next person she had to, well, find.
"Damn..." if only Dyakida had described them, but she couldn't, Kaalnia supposed. She was sort of not quite happy that Bhima was someone she was supposed to find, not someone to help her find. Honestly, the sister wasn't her type, not that that was a bad thing. It just would be nice to run around with someone... sexy...
"Hey, excuse me?" she said, running up to a good-looking ice woman, "Can you help me find a few people before, you know, the fighting breaks out?"
When the young leaf prentice asked him what he needed help with, it really struck Biroki that he was in charge. "Okay." he started, "First, we should prepare a big pot of"tea Biroki loved tea. Tea made the world go around and soothed the nerves. But what they would need was fresh s-salve. Lots of it. "healing ointment. We have a lot of raw materials, but it would be good to set up a few fresh batches, and clear up some of these b-bags... We'll need the space.. You know how to do that? The salve, I mean..." Biroki asked, messing with the fire a bit with his magic, "I'll show you. After we get it co-cooking, we'll get bunks ready. We..." he hesitated, "We'll p-probably need them." He straightened up, "And theres, uh, probably more things we'll need to do, but just those for now, then we'll get to the rest. ... Any questions?"
