Atticus glanced over towards Ellise's bedroom, seeing that the door was shut. "Maybe we could enjoy this moment a little more." he suggested before kissing her a little. "If you want to, that is."
Atticus would laugh as he had seemed to rub off on Shira a little. "That just makes it all the more exciting." he whispered before taking off his jacket and his shirt, and then went on to kiss her some more. He placed his hand on her thigh and smiled, "I love you, Shira."
An hour or so later, Atticus and Shira would once again be in their bedroom, lying in the bed with Atticus embracing Shira, their clothes strewn all over the floor. Hopefully, Ellise had not heard anything or it would have been weird, "Maybe we shouldn't do this when we have guests over." Atticus joked.
As Shira rested against Atticus, she snickered "Too late." she said with a grin. "She's asleep anyway." she said, obviously she felt her wavelength before hand.
"Shira, your a lot different now." Atticus would say. "You've become more reckless and cunning. Almost like me." he had thought about this earlier, it seems that she really was different than how she normally acted.
As he heard Shira, Atticus gave a little look of disappointment, for some reason he didn't like how she stated that. "That side, huh?" Atticus couldn't help but to think about how he and Shira were different, his side wasn't something he would want Shira to experience. Sighing, Atticus hopped up out of the bed and headed towards the bedroom, "Stay the same Shira who I fell in love with." he muttered before looking back and smiling, "We only need one person of darkness in this relationship."
Shira got up and smiled at him "I didn't mean like that," she said. She got up and walked to the bathroom "I'll be in the shower if you need me." she said.
Atticus smiled and then followed right behind Shira, just as she had entered the bathroom. He was going to take one too, he had already got a towel and everything else he needed, "The day is still young, if you want we can still go and hang out." he suggested while turning on the hot water and letting it steam up a little, before getting into the shower, the only visible thing on him being his glowing black mark. It seems that whatever Ellise did, it stopped the pain, but clearly the mark was still doing something.
Shira stepped into the shower too "Yeah, that is fine," she said in response. She glanced towards where the mark on Atticus was. She was really stumped by it, not knowing what it was doing to him.
Atticus made sure to keep his left arm covered in a thin veil of his energy, making sure that no water seeped into it or risk it malfunctioning. As he did this, he would notice Shira glance at the mark on his chest, "It's no big deal." he told her. "Thanks to Ellise, the pain is gone. So, I'm alright...for now." It seemed like Atticus knew something Shira didn't, but chose to keep quiet.
Shira glanced up at Atticus "Just be sure to tell me if something is wrong alright?" she asked, quickly leaning up and kissing him on the lips. "I don't like worrying about you."
Atticus leaned down and kissed Shira back, "Don't worry, if something happens, you will be the first one to know." Atticus told her before leaning back and continuing to wash himself, "I don't like making you worry." he stated.
