The Avalon fairies hosting the Back to Nature hike did not distribute maps, so it's unknown which map the Pae'il called Shizzle was following. The campsites are also not marked in a way Pae'il can notice, due to keeping the "mystery" of the jungle intact for the tour. The fairies also do not really care who is passing out the fake maps, because anyone Pae'il dumb enough to skip any proper directions where fairies are concerned, deserve their fate.
From the jungle below Shizzle, a loud "SCREEE" can be heard followed by a loud *THUMP*
Shizzle's ears perked at the loud thump. Eyeing his little flying buddy in question, he turned around and made his way slowly toward the ground. His curiosity was getting the better of him. Something was trashed, by the sound of it but that also meant he might get a reward in helping. He liked rewards.
When he reached the top of the trees near where he had heard the decided thump, he stopped and tried to peer through them. Unfortunately for him, that also meant his bag readjusted it's weight suddenly and threw him foward through the trees, his little magpie friend following a reluctant pursuit.
After finaly making it to the ground with only a severly knocked noggin, he managed to sit up and look around at the forest. Which was still moving.

Delfin was wanderinng around the boat when he came across another who was all alone. THe little faunie was merely watching the trees. This was his moment. His chance for victory. Puffing up his chest and checking his feathers, he sauntered over to the poor, unsuspecting victim and gave her a grandiose smile.
"Hola, mi amor. In this beautiful day, how are you?"
Zecora was surprised when she saw the paddle boat sitting in the water. She had not realized there would be a boat involved in the voyage. It wasn't an issue, just unexpected. She quickly got on the boat though so she would not get left behind. "Curious." Zecora whispered at the mention of Dragnid, she did not know much about this Dragnid or this taint. Zecora made sure both of her bags were secure. Zecora looked up the cliff as the boat traveled along beneath it. Her eyes grew wide when they stopped. She was supposed to climb this? She would certainly be getting quite the work out during this trip if she was supposed to walk up one of these paths every night to sleep. Zebra's were not mountain goats. She came up to the top of the path with a slight pant in her breath. Zecora was used to the flat level grounds of the forest and jungle, not a path like this. She was quick to settle down once she got to the top.

Failing to turn back to stay within the protection of the fairies on this tour, Shizzle has fallen through a hole. In the other side of this hole, he is in a dark and dank room. There is no light, save the hole at the top, which is many, many yards above his head. He cannot fly higher than 6 feet for some unexplained reason.
Shizzle cannot escape. He's to remain in this hole until someone finds him and rescues him, or there is a group prompt that would allow him a chance to escape.
He really didn't have the patience to play babysitter with a pae who wasn't even related to him. He barely had any for the pae who were. So when she left, he made no motion to follow. What ever havoc she wrecked, he was content on simply not being a part of it. At the call to board, he re positioned his pack on his shoulders and started his way over. Rules were created for a reason, and he always was sure to follow them. Without them after all, society would crumble.
The male sighed softly, shaking his head when he caught sight of Lira. Left to check things out. Should've known. "Only I can't readily keep you safe right next to the danger zone." A pointed look. But he wasn't mad, after all he had gone to see what had happened. Didn't help his initial worry though when he looked to where she was supposed to be and didn't see her there. "She's fine. A rather childish prank was pulled to startle her and it worked. But no one was hurt and the pae responsible isn't readily recognizable." They'd just have to keep their eyes peeled for him or her now. His ears perked up at the sound of the fairies announcement. "Oh, it looks like we're finally getting started." The green male flashed a boyish smile to the female. "Are you ready?"
As the female known as Celestia started to leave, she knew it was only a matter of time for the others to leave as well - effectively destroying her cover. With a quick nod to everyone for letting her stay, the demonic quickly slipped into the throng of pae heading to the boat. She could only hope that eventually they'd spread out far enough that she wouldn't have to hide. It wouldn't be fun at all if she had to spend her entire vacation hiding from family members.

Lira sighed a sigh of relief "thats good though lets hope that trouble maker won't do anything else" she said as she giggled "well, I might be a sheltered Pae but I do also have to deal with the outside world some time whatever it may be" she said as she picked up her backpack and put it over her shoulder "and not only that, I have you here with me from now on so I think I can handle being watched by you" she said smiling at him and nodded "and yes, I am ready...well, that is a lie, I still wish to return home to Arik but I did promise I would come with you so I will keep that promise" she said as she started to walk over to the boat they were meant to be boarding.
Applebloom was not about to miss the boat because she was too busy trying to hide from her brother (which, let's face it, was probably useless anyway.) So when she saw Big Mac and Rarity head for the boat, she slipped on as well. She was trying to be sneaky still, but she turned to look behind her to make sure Poma was following when she slammed into someone else. "Oops. Sorry!" she said and reached out to steady the other pae. He looked like he might be about her age, and he was kinda furry. "You okay?" she asked him.

"Mi amor... Mi Amore...?" Celestia said to herself quietly in response to the other apparently standing behind her. Should she turn to look and risk being cornered by one of the blood pae in a location where a push to a watery grave could easily be mistaken for an accident? Or should she just ignore them and cause a possible offense.
Well... They probably wouldn't leave anyways...
Very slowly, she turned her head, relief filling her body as she noticed him to be a fae. "I am sorry, you appear to have mistaken me for my cousin, Mi Amore Cadenza. I do not believe she is present on this trip. Did you need to speak with her?"
Following the fairies' announcement, the small groups that had formed to socialize began breaking up, everyone flowing now towards the waiting boat. "It was a pleasure to meet you both," Jarek bowed again to the two ladies, then went to retrieve his own pack before heading towards the boat. Pae'il of all types had signed up for this trip, and the Fae's enthusiasm, while subdued, was no less given the oddly disruptive start than it had been when he'd arrived.
On his way to the boat, he passed by a yellow teenager, one of the hooved Pae from the look of it. Bright yellow with red hair, she wasn't exactly easy to miss, though she seemed to be a bit jumpy for some reason. A similarly bright red ball with wings was perched on her shoulder. How odd. Not a Mellon. A large bug of some sort. She didn't seem to be trying to swat it away, so he could only assume it was welcome to its perch. In passing, he offered her a smile, thinking it might help ease her nerves. "Hey, ready to go?" he asked, adjusting the pack on his shoulder. "Looks like everyone's ready to move out," he commented, looking towards the boat. "Guess we'd better hurry if we want to choose where we get to sit, eh?"
He looked down...and noticed the teen already taking off for the boat, having not even heard or seen him. He only smiled, chuckling to himself. "Ah, the energy of youth..." he mused fondly, following after to find his seat on the boat.

The surge in activity in the area was contagious, the lupine-esque teen practically bounding from here to there on the toes of his paws. "Hey, Dad, come on! Everyone's leaving!" He certainly didn't want to get left behind.
Faroth chuckled, waving his son off for a moment. They still had time. "Think nothing of it," he answered, nodding to the pair. "I think we may have met when you all first arrived on Telrunya, but...there was quite a lot going on. I'm not sure we really talked one-on-one." That, and there had been a veritable herd of the colorful Faunies arrive at the time. "It's really fine, really," he replied in regards to 'coming to her rescue'. It wasn't as if they'd actually done much, but the intention had been honest. "We all need a little saving now and again, am I right?" he chuckled.
He offered a nod to Big Mac as he took off ahead, noting with some interest the ease he'd hefted all those bags before trotting off. Heh. Not that he couldn't do that too.
'Faroth, are we doing this or not? 'Cause I'm perfectly fine with 'not'.' The spirit wolf shot him a look before taking a few steps forward.
"Alright, Raina, I get it," he made a face at the wolf. For all his teasing, something the fairy had said earlier had caught his attention. He wasn't sure how many others had caught the note about Dragnid creatures not being seen in the area yet, but he knew both he and Raina had heard. It wasn't enough to deter him from going; they'd just both be keeping their wits about them. Just in case.
It seemed that Big Mac had taken care of the luggage, at least for the pair, so Faroth hefted his pack easily, pointing to remind Ranuin to grab his. Before he could say anything though, a far-off noise had the hackles slowly raising on Raina's back again. Ear twitching, she shot him a look without saying anything. "Yeah, I heard it," he muttered under his breath, frowning. "Just...keep an ear out," he said, knowing the warning was needless. Raina was always on the alert.
Turning to Rarity with a smile once more, Faroth held out his arm to her. "Come on. Let's forget all this and have a nice trip, hmm? Guess we'd better catch up!"
Ranuin grabbed his pack and bounded off for the boat on his own. Let his dad drag his hooves, this Faun wasn't getting left behind! He rushed past several Pae making their way for the boat, long, fluffy tail swishing eagerly from side to side and likely swatting several of the Pae'il he passed. He squeezed between a dark blue demon and a pale pink fae, pausing to stretch up on his toes to look towards the boat. He was going to grab an empty seat, perch upon it, and peer over the edge of the boat as they took off. Adventure!
About that time, someone bumped into him instead, sending him hopping forwards a couple steps until he felt a hand on his arm. Blinking, he turned towards the brightly colored Fauny, then laughed. "No blood, I'm good!" He grinned widely; he wasn't sure he knew this particular Fauny, but he had lots of friends in the Tree afterall. "Didn't wanna' get left behind!" he offered, wondering if it might have been his fault. He'd been daydreaming and not paying attention to where he was going for a second there. "Come on, we should go!" he said, grabbing her hand and tugging her towards the boat lightly. Didn't matter who she was; she was here for the tour, right? And a new potential friend!
Ranuin liked new friends.

Coronus watched Celestia with a worried look. The way the princess reacted to the demon made her wonder what had happened to the princess. She fingered her hourglass that was on her belt before she froze. No she would not use her powers she was not going to break her promise. Coronus turned and went to the ship she wanted to keep her eye on the princess but also she was here to have fun. Getting on the boat she headed for the front wanting to see what was coming up ahead.

Delfin smiled at the young pae. "No, my beautiful faun. I was speaking of you. Though someone with the name Amore sounds interesting." He paused to look her up and down. "The pleasure is all mine with this meeting, believe me." he purred.
"The pleasure is all mine. My name is...." Stepping back, he gave the poor faunie a elegant bow. "Delfin, conquerer of unknown lands and vanguishers of dark, cold, and lonely nights everywhere."
When he paused to look up, he was staring at the arse of a rather male faun with a furry tail. Blinking, he peered around said unmentionable and gave the faunie a another laviscious grin. "There seems to be something between us..." he joked.

That would Ranuin's bumbum XDD
Pelagious sighed as another faerie escaped his grasp with a swift smack to his blue head. The boat wasn't moving nowehere near fast enough to suit him. And the faeries wouldn't stand still long enough for him to get the measurements of their clothes. This trip was starting to sour. Throwing his measuring tape around his neck, he wandered the ship, looking for another faerie to measure.
Shizzle slumped down into the hole. He wouldn't admit this to just anyone, but he was terrified of the dark. Dark, dank, and dreary was what this hole was. So Shizzle was near ready to pee on himself. If it hadn't been for the hole at the top of the...hole, he would've been having a panic attack.
Just then, a sudden dark shape flew down at him. In reality, it was his magpie friend. In Shizzle's mind, it was dark predator coming to gnaw on his bones. Poor Shizzle. In all his manly glory, he did what came most unnaturally to him.
He screamed at the top of his lungs in a most high pitched tone.
Sapphire's hand slid into Baliel's, and he could feel the callouses on her palm; she was a Pae who worked hard and didn't lounge around with nothing to do, and that showed in her skin. She gave him a firm handshake before letting go. "I was more curious to learn more about m home's 'backyard'. I was raised here, on the island, by my parents, but I know I haven't learned everything about the place."
Shifting a little, she adjusted the bag on her shoulder and looked around, noticing all the commotion that was suddenly going on. She fell silent, but her eyes were focused, picking up on all the activity and causing her to have a very alert-like look.

During the first camp's dinner, the tour-leader Avalon fairies started telling stories of the jungle that was once a peaceful forest. He spoke of days long past, and the regal Faerie Pae'il that inhabited the forest, and the legacy they left behind. The tour guide purposely left off any and all information regarding the Avalon's presence in this forest, with the exception that they become fond of the Faerie Pae'il, and made the decision to help them.
Any information regarding the War with the Ancients was not brought up; however, the Great War between the Angels and Demons would be a theme among many fairy stories.
As was tradition with camping fairies, the first story has to be a ghost story. The story was of a messenger. A devout faerie, diligent and spiritual. He wanted to please the Guardians, so he become dedicated to mending the rift between the Angels and Demons. A little too dedicated. He started kidnapping the Angel and Demon children, wanting to "re-educate" them, hoping the future generation could fix the current one. But something was wrong with his methods and way of thinking, and no other fairy or faerie Pae'il had experienced such a unique way of thinking. It had been assumed his spiritual connection might have been something a little on the crazy side.
The faerie Pae'il did terrible things to the young Pae he captured when they misbehaved and did not follow directions. Many died while in captivity, and he tried to bring them back, pleading with the Guardians to give them life once more, even offering his own to not have the children's blood on his hands. The Guardians ignored his prayers, so he took to trying forbidden magics to bring them back. He knew of a secret place filled with scrolls and remnants of an old, dark magic, so he started reanimating the children, but they weren't the same. He had to create a place to keep them locked up, and away from others, so he wouldn't get caught, and so they wouldn't hurt anyone else.
The tour guide paused, glancing around to see who was paying attention and who was doing their own thing. He smirked, knowing those who weren't paying attention were in a real treat during the first trek into the jungle. "Tomorrow, we're heading towards the rumored site where those odious children were kept. The faerie Pae'il is said to have been killed by those monsters, leaving behind his collection of ancient magical relics. As our first hike, we're going to explore and see if we can find the location and any of those old remnants of history. So everyone make sure you get enough sleep, we head out after breakfast. And don't forget your backpacks."
((as a reminder: fairy & fairie = the Avalon, mellons, Solamir, etc. The little ones that are no taller than a chopstick. Faery & Fae & Faerie = Pae'il
The spelling is different on purpose; for recognition purposes.
Spiritual connection = the concept the fae was based on. In this case, the concept obviously included a psychopath.
Edit: The next prompt will start with leading into the jungle, so wrap up any conversations or activities that will occur before bed.))
Miela had made camp with the rest of the group, but so far hadn't found anyone to talk with. This was turning out to defeat the purpose of her coming on this trip, so far. Although, the night sky under the canopy was so beautiful and awe-inspiring it's almost worth it just for that.
During the campfire, she listens intently to the story told by the little fairy. Now, Miela wasn't normally the skittish type, and she appreciated a ghost story as much as anyone, but...jeepers. This story was so unsettling and tragic that when the fairies sent all the campers off to bed, Miela laid wide-eyed in her tent for what seemed like several hours before finally succumbing to a restless sleep.
