So what I see here is essentially a Idea Bin for roleplay ideas (sort of like the dartboard of a Hollywood exec's office, with famous names and genres all over it, and they just let fly and do whatever). A brainstorming of intentionally half-baked ideas meant to be nurtured into fully baked crusty goodness drizzling with the honey of a well-made idea sauce and topped with the warm fruit of drive and ambition served to the hungry masses with a milkshake of random variety.

I need lunch.

And then the other idea is pretty much the mentorship program, but used outside of the guild as a way to...build up other people's roleplays...I think.

What I glean from it is taking people from here to go invade and improve other people's roleplays and ideas and guilds, sort of like a "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" only it's "RP Nerds for the RP Newbs."

Not bad, but it needs refinement and a way to tie-in to the guild-at-large. Taking away action from the guild would be fine...if the guild had any action itself and it's currently aching.

Now, the idea that people, let's call them "Scouts", are out there in the roleplay forums, looking over RPs and characters, and answering questions and sending PMs to potential members who may be looking for help (or are in dire need of critique), giving them help, while at the same time promoting SDRP as a community in which they can receive more and focused help, as well as being able to roleplay in a nonjudgmental, uplifting environment, would be an idea to carry out.

In this way, the guild receives advertising, as well as good lip service (the best advertising) and gives people something interesting to do while at the same time not confining them to the windswept halls.

Scouts could also be responsible for identifying and acquiring people who would come in here and proliferate roleplays like no one's business.

I realized i forgot to update the topic situation, but i finished writing up the two roleplays i was doing while i was away. I am just working out the rest of the details, because I did not feel like putting up under construction topics until two i was working on were ready to go all the way up.

Haha. I need to find a random picture, so i hit up google. Trust me that is on the very narrow end of the spectrum when you type in "anime maids" but that was my favorite. I even kept a copy.

As for the images i use for my profiles i always draw those by hand. I recently finally finished Lady Windermere.

I finished the banner but i am not happy with the info posts (i.e. the profile skeletons, and the gossip post and rules and so on and so forth). The intro is done and I was working on something else. Windermere had ALL of the writing done before-hand. I just copied-past-formated all of the intro and info posts all the way down to the gossip post. All the graphics were also made before-hand with the exception of Enora's profile picture, which had no background until yesterday.
