At the sudden accusation of Simon, Jerry's stomach twisted. Alright, so he was terrified of the man. Knew he could be trigger happy about inefficiency, but to betray his higher-ups? That was ludicrous. "Simon was with us at the Haunted House," He suddenly spat, although he couldn't remember for sure... but... he remembered Allan being there, and if Allan was there, Simon was definitely by his side, right? Or was it just his imagination painting in what was so normal? It didn't matter. No Sun would betray the facility.

He didn't want the Sun Assist to hold any more grudges against him, that was for sure. "That sounds very fishy... Dwight's reaction, I mean. Has anyone gotten any other conflicting testimonies from him? Or more questionable behavior like that?" His eyes then went to the man in question. Regardless of Marcus's vouch for Lance, he was still unconvinced about the cripple's involvement.

"Solia, you shouldn't just start accusing Trainee's. If it wasn't a lead, what makes you think it could be a hunter just barely starting out?" Dakota tapped his fingers on the table....

"But since this game said to trust no one, Otto and Sherry were the ones sent to clean up the bodies by H right?.....How did H know about the bodies? Or dead members?"

A low laugh escaped Gale's throat. "Unfortunately," he said to Lucky, pulling down the scarf around his neck to reveal a razor thin, horizontal scar. "Our leaders have a habit of trying to kill us on a daily basis, so that unfortunately is not too much evidence of anything other than normalcy."

Jerry received a slightly sharp glance, Gale pushing his scarf back into place. "That doesn't make him innocent," he said quietly, not wanting to make him upset. After all, no one liked to hear that their division leader or assistant might be the one behind all of this. "Unfortunately, we don't have too much to discount anyone right now."

He sighed and gave Solia a somewhat narrowed glance, tapping a finger absently against his cheek again. "I don't know too much about Dwight," he admitted. "Does Dwight know enough about surveillance tapes to tamper with them?"

Dakota's question made him pause. He didn't want to, but...

"Otto," said Gale, with some resignation. "What did Dr. H say to you when he asked you and Sherry to clean up?"

Jerry ignored the trainee's stupidity, his expression growing dark. "H is always up to something." With that stupid, knowing smirk he had. "If anyone was a candidate for string-pullers, I can't imagine a better person. He's had access to all that stuff." Holding a grudge? maybe. It was H's own fault.

Marcus sighed. "Gale, those scraps of paper we found the notes on, do you think they have any significance?"

Deryk frowned at Solia as she was seemingly trying to grill Lucky on this. That wasn't going to get anywhere. Ignoring that for now, he looked around at the others, listening to their input.

"Could definitely be a collaborative effort. Especially if someone was pulling strings. Doesn't have to be just one murderer."

Though.. H did seem like the manipulative type.

That was a little terrifying to think about. Deryk looked at the two life hunters in question, biting his lower lip.

"Might not be boredom... hope it wasn't. Can assume wanted council out of way but... not sure.."

He was trying to remember who was having issues with the council, if anyone.
