Kazuhiko looked blandly at the so-called Konin that tried to be buddy buddy with him, what was her name again? Oooh yess, Aardvark or something. He mentally shrugged his shoulders, then looked at her again after looking away. What the hell was she doing looking at him in such a manner, he hated women being this close to him. So he took a few steps to the side and put two arms length distance between him and her. "At least I'm working hard, unlike you. Who is hardly working" He stated in a low monotone voice, then stood near the Genin, leaving the female Konin about five foot distance away from him. "They have more potential than you do" He stated with another bored look, narrowing his eyes, then he ignored her for the rest of the time.

"I work hard just not on trivial things like bureaucratic bull s**t, and if they have any where near my degree of potential that puts the leagues above you maybe you should go stand around some more watching them so you can learn to be at least semi useful" Eve said after the last genin had left. "Listen I don't really give a damn about you what so ever but at least be civilized in front of the new trainees. We don't want them under the impression the leadership they will be working with is dysfunctional" Eve approached the kages clone after she was done. "Any thing come up that requires my attention?" she asked once she was about three feet from the desk.

Kazuhiko looked at her again, this time, his eyes looked like he was p*ssed. "Listen, Aardvark, or whatever the f*ck your name is.." He stated calmly, sighing as she wandered into the Mizukage's office, he stood beside the desk and narrowed his eyes.."You may be the same rank as me, but you are nothing. You know no respect and approach the Mizukage as if he were some kind of normal person. He is the leader of this village and you dare to question the authority here. Look, if you think you're better at being civilized and better at having some kind of leadership.. Perhaps you should walk away right now, because no one gives a sh*t about your opinion on everyone else or what you have to offer the new Genin." He stated darkly, his voice changing a few octaves. "The Genin could give a sh*t how strong you are. Think you're better? Cool, get the f*ck out and tell someone who cares" He stated with a smile, then looked at the Mizukage happily, his demeanor changing instantly.

Waiting for the bickering between the two konins to stop, the clone merely rubbed his temples as it finally died down. At least they waited till the genins were out of the room. Looking up at the two of them, he shook his head before speaking. "One, a proper introduction is a better first impression, Eve." He said flatly, as he never met the woman and yet she already is asking for directions. While it's good she is ready to work, he doesn't know who she is besides what the paperwork stats. Then he turned to Kazu, slightly amused by his quick and sudden change in attitude as if her had multiple personality disorder or was bi-polar. "Addressing others in such a manner is also disrespectful and a way to start fights. If you two have a disagreement, then feel free to take it to the sparring grounds and settling it. While your in my office keep in mind you represent part of the military's power and mind. Can't be having you two acting like two jealous teenage girls. Now then..." He said, feeling much better having to say what was on his mind. "Eve, you as of yet do not have a squad. Once we build our numbers in genin or even chuunin you'll be assigned. Meanwhile, see to it that those in the sparring grounds are not screwing around and get to their senseis. Those who do not have a teacher, feel free to offer them your guidance until one is assigned" He said, giving her an objective before turning his attention to Kazuhiko. "I trust you have an interesting report..." He said softly, waiting patiently for him to begin while Eve got onto the genins in the sparring grounds.

Kazuhiko nodded his head happily, as if he were the most loyal dog to the Mizukage. He was very loyal to Mikoto, time after time as he'd began coming here.. He always had some kind of hell to throw down in his office, but never once had the guy ever actually got upset with him. He just meekly chuckle and give him an excuse that shows he was mad, but inside he was laughing. He gave the girl a rude sneer, then looked at the Mizukage with happy eyes and a little boy smile. "A very interesting report indeed, Mizukage~" Perhaps he was the Mizukage's village favorite? Or mortal enemy? Haha~♥

As Eve left he looked towards Kazu, no signs of anger expressed on his face as he was relatively calm now. In truth he wasn't angry or anything, merely had to say what was needed much like a parent to a child. However, that was in the past and he folded his hands together upon the desk and nodded to the Konin. "Very well, then let's hear it" He said, quite interested to hear what had to be reported. Especially since, in actuality, Konoha was the only remaining village besides themselves.

Kazuhiko smiled cutely and set papers down on his desk, as well as a few photos. "Observe, my lord~" He said softly, pointing to the angry red eyed man approaching him. "This mother f*cking douche bag approached me, supposedly, as he told me.. The village was under lock down, no one comes in and no one goes out. So, I can only assume someone, or something is attacking them at this very present moment" He said in a bit of a sing-song voice, he wasn't sure why he was acting so weirdly, probably the stupid adrenaline. "Plus, the shinobi I met was in a very tense mood, he wanted to fight me. He was very rude and a total a**hole." He said, looking into the Mizukage's eyes with a dedicated puppy dog look, but in a manlyish way. He moved away and off the desk, since he was sitting on it, then stood in front of the desk, smiling. "And for some reason, I couldn't feel any source of powerful chakra greater than mine. So I'm assuming they're on alert because something is wrong with their leader" Why else would the village on alert? There were no akatsuki, there was no other village than their own. Kiri wasn't attacking Konoha, so yes, something like a sick leader would send the village into a lock down.

"Or they're attacking themselves." Hirose commented from the corner of the room. He'd entered a moment before but his movements didn't make hardly any sound. "If they were attacking something there would be forces mobilizing outside the village to keep whatever threat there was, outside the village. The fact that you didn't mention seeing any of this plus what you said about none of the konoha ninja being allowed out of the village suggests a civil dispute, perhaps one they don't want the other villages to know about." Arms casually wrapped over themselves in front of his chest, 'Mind-Reader Hanzo' approached the Kage's desk and noticed the photographs. "His name is Tensa Nara, the konoha ninja you met." He said with a glance towards Kazuhiko before continuing, "He was elected the head of the Nara clan some years ago, before I left the village. As you might already know, Mizukage, the Yamanaka and Nara clans have held friendly relations for generations, so I'd recognize him anywhere."

Kazuhiko groaned and looked at the boy. "Thank you for the information, but please don't barge into conversations where you're not involved" He stated slowly, a calm smile on his face.

Looking through the pictures while listening to the rather amusing attitude Kazuhiko was exerting, he looked as he studied the angry red-eye man who seemed as if he had salt thrown into his eyes. He then looked back, into the eyes of what seemed to be, er, puppy-dog eyes of Kazu. Despite the ridiculous yet somewhat amusing sing-song voice coming from the Konin, the man was making sense. More then likely, their village was either kage-less or the Fire Shadow was sick and thus incapable of leading his village more properly. It was then he heard Hirose's opinion from the corner of the room. "Ah, Hirose. It's good to see you..." He said to the Yamanaka. What came from his lips made sense as well, as a matter of fact perhaps tied into what Kazu was saying. Internal affairs would make a village on high alert, not only aiming to prevent enemy shinobi from attacking or even entering the village; but to make sure nothing was leaked out. To which would explain the matter of them preventing anyone from entering OR leaving. When Kazuhiko spoke the clone raised a hand to calm him. "It's fine, a previous member of Konoha and having relations to those within is important and would make it his business as well" He spoke softly, the clone rapping his fingers along the desk while he glanced back down at the photos.
He couldn't help but wonder, what is going on within the village? The only reason he was curious was the fact that if something was going on, it could be of advantage to Kirigakure. If they were in a weakened state, they could easily be overran. Putting Kiri in the position as being potential aid for a cost, or an enemy which will face little to no resistance. But as of right now, there was no point in doing either. It was more important to build themselves up, rather then depleting their resources and efforts over another village. "Kazuhiko, any other points of interest? You said you couldn't detect any sources of chakra higher then your own. What of the shinobi who confronted you?" The clone inquired, rubbing his chin.

Kazuhiko smiled happily back at the Mizukage, feeling calm when he was given to order. "He was at least my level, but his a**hole persona put his entire manhood into a null" He stated, twirling his finger happily in the air, as if trying to draw picture to Mikoto. "In other words, he was a crock of sh*t to me" He stated softly, if flowers and pretty things could pop up around his head, they would right now. He was acting like a real character.

"You're welcome." Hirose said to dismiss Kazuhiko's reply, not even bothering to glance at him. He instead was more interested on what the Mizukage had to say about this situation. Perhaps, Hirose thought, this kind of scenario required someone more experienced with Konoha. "Mizukage, if you'd like, I'm confident I can talk to Tensa Nara and extract a more comprehensive report about Konoha's condition."

Kazuhiko looked at the Mizukage, his patience getting very low. "Well, it looks like my presence is not needed anymore, sir. So you can have this Jounin take my mission and he can just sh*t all over it. Mostly because, I work alone on missions. So he can do this mission with someone else" He mumbled, then flipped off the red head and walked out of the room. {Exit}
