Michael watched as Otoku was sent flying, his body fell limp, and exploded from the attack. But he had no time to worry about that, as the kunai were flung towards him, he said, "Well, I guess I have to use this." He held up his other arm which the chakra strings disappeared from and just said, "Human chakra shield." Michael's arm opened up and a shield formed from the arm to the ground as well as over his head. He also kept the laser circus fireing with his other arm. Michael knew he couldn't hold this shield up for long, but his puppet arm could hold for a few minutes against some kunai and other attacks. "I was hoping to keep this a secret for a while, but I guess against the Kazekage, i would have to reveal my puppet arm."

Daro was ready to make his combo take its form as he would eliminate the puppet the temp.kage used to guard the jointed attack from genin and himself. There was a dissension to make as the puppet was launched at him from the rabbit like some kind of fist first camakazi of sorts, but unlike the genin Daro had a plan and had no thought to losing his current advantage of having his gold sand around the temp.kage.
With a Spin of hi hand and a clinched fist the sand that had hit the panda climbed the panda puppet with in seconds due to the electrical current that was in the area due to the other genin`s lighting water mixed attack. The gold dust soon Pressed down with rock breaking pressure that would easily crush the panda puppet making it useless for a future guard;for what he knew. using his other hand he rise it up to make the gold sand around him rise of to make a shield and so it did, but.. this wall was weaker due to the lack of time to build it self up, at most the little wall would break the direct hit but if there was a following attack. Daro knew when he attacked the panda he would have to encounter the puppet in close combat but what tricks was there in that puppet that has only been hitting with its hands and no weapons.

His two shinobi seemed to be pinning him down, something that eh felt was a great feat, but Darello was disappointed in the two genin. Despite this though, he a good feeling about these two; the feeling that even their files couldn't dish out. "You two... Have failed." he boomed, the sound would bounce around the training grounds. "It's good you two aren't on the same squad, you had no teamwork. No understanding of each other. Fine Daro, you're Gold Sand is a pain to me. And Michael. Laser Circus is a wicked technique. And yet, you didn't put them together. You could have beat me by now."[/b
As he spoke, his puppets would fall to the ground one by one, he planned on fixing up his puppets before going back to his office. His eyes were dull, and he was bored of this fight. He was hoping to meet a new VIP anyway, plus he needed to assign some missions to his lovely little Suna Genin. All his puppets would simply disappear and would then appear in his workshop, the man winked at the two genin, one in the air and the other on the ground before he disappeared and he would appear at the Kazekage's Office.

Michael realized that he was right and sulked his shoulders. He contracted his human chakra shield and then used his strings to bring back, Otoku's, parts back to him. "Hey, Daro, I thought that was fun. Let's do this again sometime." With that, Michael, left the training ground and headed to the, Kazekage's office, to ask if he could use the puppet brigade's workshop. (exit to kazekage's office)

Daro swatted his hand at the kage and said to him after a second. " yea, yea. team work is not my gig if they can cover my back, ya know?" He said with a relaxed voice that seemed to flow like a rime. Daro put his hands in his pockets and left the are in search for a place to chill and recover his chakra from the little spar. exit: ----------------------------------------------------------------

The Uchiha walked into the training grounds; instead of climbing onto a higher level, however, he stayed on the level where the chuunin trained. He would have gone up to the jounin level, but the chuunin level gave him a greater view of the genin. There were only a few left, and most of those few looked like they were about to leave, but it still comforted Katsu that the genin of his village were trying. Smiling, he nodded and suspected that he, too, should try to become even stronger.
Katsu knew, in particular, that he could very well train his taijutsu to be even better. His body was fast, though not as strong as other shinobi. While the sharingan did allow a person to copy one's movements, it also helped for your body to have the same speed and strength as that of the victim, so copying the movements would be made easier. Katsu, looking around, frowned. While the emptiness of the Sunagakure training grounds were advantageous in some ways, it didn't leave much for imagination. Shrugging, the jounin pulled out a few senbon from his pouch. These needles were particularly strange, however; each one had a bell attached to them. Grinning, Katsu decided it best to work on his new battle technique, one that would allow him to combine his genjutsu with his shurikenjutsu. The jounin threw a senbon quickly, then attempted to focus his chakra on the sound that the bell made. As expected, however, the senbon moved too quickly for him to get an accurate read on the location of it, and, as a result, he couldn't focus his chakra in enough time.
"Ah." The jounin made the sound in frustration and attempted to do this again. This time, however, he made the bell move much slower, focusing all of his power in his arm to let the senbon go at a much slower pace. He was able to catch the location of the bell this time, but still couldn't focus his chakra quickly enough. He frowned in frustration. This technique seemed almost impossible. One had to incorporate chakra into the sound of the bells as soon as they sounded off, but the sound was happening too quickly. Katsu muddled over a solution for a few minutes. An idea then came to his head. Shrugging, he activated his sharingan. I might as well try this. As soon as he did, the man definitely could tell the difference in his vision. He could sense the genin in the training grounds more clearly now; their chakra signatures, their muscles tensions, they hand seals. Looking at the senbon in his hand, he threw one. The movement of this needle seemed to be equivalent to a snail's pace, and Katsu could easily tell when the bell was going to sound off. Focusing his chakra yet again, the jounin located the sound of the bell and implemented his genjutsu abilities in it. This time, he felt as if he succeeded, but he wasn't convinced that he had mastered the ability or technique yet. No, he still needed to work on it. He repeated the exercise for a while, throwing the senbon with the bells, and channeling his chakra threw to the bells. He did this for every special senbon he had, and when he reached for another one in his pouch, he realize that they were all thrown. Sighing, the jounin went and picked up all of them, a chore that took quite a few minutes. However, once he recieved them all, he was back in business.
Taking a senbon from his little pile that he had acquired, he threw it and focused his chakra on the bell. This time, however, he noted it was much easier than before. What the...? Katsu tried this for a few more times, and each time he noticed that finding the sound and focusing his chakra into the sound was easier than the last. It didn't take long for the Uchiha to realize the nature of the technique. It seemed that once the genjutsu chakra was already incorporated into the bells, the illusory effect that occurred when the bells sounded always happened because the bells were coated in chakra. "Good lord, this technique is genius." Katsu threw each senbon again, and before long, channeling his chakra into them was a piece of cake. He realized that as long as he coated the bells in chakra from the beginning of the technique, they would be usable until the end of whatever battle he was in. The Uchiha smiled at the prospect of his new technique; there were so many practical uses for it that it excited him to no end.

Katsu's smile still held firm as he took another look at his special bell senbon. With this technique, he would be able to move while performing his genjutsu, a luxury he normally didn't have. He opened up his training scroll to train of his next jutsu when he looked downwards. Katsu's smile grew even bigger. "Oi! Manta!" Without hesitation, the Uchiha jumped down to Manta's level. The former anbu, Katsu thought to himself, was probably the only jounin - aside from the Kazekage - that was able to defeat Katsu in a one-on-one fight. Or, at least, he was able to before the Uchiha had journeyed to Mount Myoboku. Giving his fellow suna-nin a warm smile, Katsu spoke in his usual calm and lax voice, his words exuding out at the pace of molasses. "What are you doing here?"

Manta smiled at his companion, waving his hand to him.
"Well, a little bird called intuition told me that you would be here wearing yourself to nothingness to learn a few measly jutsu; just like you've always been. How goes the training?" Manta said, chuckling as he spoke.
He had known Katsu for quite a few years, and to be brutally honest, it was very possible that the young Uchiha had already surpassed Manta in sheer ability. Since they were both young, Katsu had held a slight edge, what with his incredible genjutsu abilities and Sharingan, but Manta, practical as ever, had simply pushed through and simply made sure he was always faster, sharper, stronger. Now that he had passed his prime, if only by a slight margin, Katsu would probably beat him.
When Manta had first heard about Katsu's training on Mt. Myoboku, he had been thrilled. Sunagakure would have not one, but two young, extremely powerful ninja to protect it. Manta felt a personal responsibility towards the village to make sure that Rikuto and Katsu both became strong so that by the time he was old enough to consider himself an elder, the village would be in good hands.
At his friend's remark, he snapped out of his musings. "Ah, well, I'm actually just here to train, but seeing as you're here and the place is mostly vacant, we could probably work on a little side-project I have planned, a technique requiring two people."

Katsu's eyebrow nearly raised at Manta's comment about the jutsu. "Two people, eh?" To be honest, the two jounin t the training grounds were quite a pair on the battlefield. Katsu, the Uchiha, was naturally skilled in stunning opponents with genjutsu. His abilities were best suited for one on one battles, but he held a slight disadvantage against multiple opponents. Teamed up with Manta's taijutsu, however, the pair made Sunagakure that much stronger. Katsu had remembered the countless missions the two had been on together. The first one, in fact, was Katsu's first mission as a chuunin. His inexperience showed quickly, but, from then on out, he turned out to be a critical ally and asset of Sunagakure.
Katsu was intrigued by this new jutsu that Manta had been planning. "Well, what is it?" If Katsu had to guesss, it would have been something that used ninjutsu.

Manta sighed, breathing in deeply. "Well, basically, it's like this. Whilst on the shores, I spent a lot of time training on my Raiton, but basically neglected my Fuuton. Now, I know as an Uchiha, you're quite adept with Katon Jutsu. I say we combine the two together to create a new form of jutsu. I have no idea on how to create the specific attack itself, but the general gist of it would be for you to create as large of a flaming projectile as possible, and throw it. I would then either follow the projectile, or throw my own wind jutsu at it. Mine would basically enhance yours, creating an even bigger attack. I don't think the Training Grounds could handle such an attack, but this is a good place to at least draft it and work on the two techniques on their own before combining them. What do you say?" Manta finished his little speech, sitting down. He had learned the rasengan, but he had much work to do before he could refine it, or add his own wind release chakra to it.

While taking in all of the information stated by Manta, Katsu's face remained stoic. Hmm... To be honest, it sounded great in theory, so Katsu was willing to give it a shot. The biggest problem he saw with it, however, was making sure that, upon impact, the two attacks actually combined and didn't collide and cause a huge explosion. The technique would take a lot of chakra control, Katsu knew that. Looking back at Manta, the man opened his mouth. "I think what you're getting at right now is for my fire to surround your wind attack, giving the attack scorching strength yet blazing fast speed. That, and make the attack big as hell...I like it." Katsu nodded at Manta's suggestion. Honestly, it made pretty good sense, and Katsu was eager to work with Manta on this. "Where should we start?" Katsu, to his knowledge, only had one fire projectile move: the Great Ball of Fire. It might be best, Katsu decided, if he were to learn some other ones for the jutsu. The jounin's mind began to scour through the total list of fire jutsu available for learning.

Ryuu made his way eventually to the training grounds. When he got there he noticed his sensei talking to another, what he assumed to be, jounin. Ryuu figured that he shouldn't interrupt them. Anyways he had training to do. Ryuu made his way a little bit away from the jounin and got ready to do the training.

Manta nodded in agreement. For right now, it could only be of a relatively small size, simply so that it wouldn't lay waste to the training grounds. When he saw Ryuu from the corner of his eye, he raised his hand, waving to his young student before he left.
"Well, right now the most usable techniques I have are the Rasengan and a new technique I had trained on the Shores. It's called Great Breakthrough, let me show it to you."
Manta motioned for Katsu to stand back slightly. He unbuckled his katana, carefully putting it behind him. The Jounin drew in a deep breath, making the correct hand signals. Tiger, Ox, Dog, Rabbit, Snake. When he was done, Manta swung his fist in a half circle, thumping his own stomach as he exhaled. A massive blast of wind came from his mouth, blowing down just about everything in it's path. The blast itself was almost as wide as Manta's line of sight, and the sheer destructive power of it could probably even break down a wall, if Manta tried hard enough.
"Now, that's the wide range version. It's good for stunning or incapacitating a large amount of opponents at once, but the cutting power is reduced because it's such a large attack. There's a second variety, where it's much thinner. Watch."
Manta stood a little straighter, walking around to find a very thick stick. When he found one that satisfied him, he stabbed a hole in the ground with a kunai and put the stick into the hole, standing almost perfectly straight up.
"Now, when I compress the chakra in my stomach more tightly, and breath out a thin stream instead of a belch-like motion, you get something like a small ball. When I blast it, throw a Fire Release jutsu at it."
Manta made the same hand signals, but held it in his stomach for far longer, until his face began to almost get blue. When he finally exhaled, it was a very thin stream, from which shot out a much smaller ball of wind, a sphere-like shape, about five feet in diameter. Manta waited on bated breath, for Katsu's part in the technique. Their actual technique would be much, much stronger than this, but this was a good size to start with.
