The only explaination blaugh or, ya'know, he put the needle through the top layer of his skin... usually when they do that they have fake skin type stuff that they stick it through and put it on the face.... the skin on his face is too thin to stick it through and you can see the whole safety pin, glue and tape would show up on the face.....hmm idk.

yeah, he deffy didn't stick it in his skin, ebcause the whole thing's visable. It's probably some of that good old holywood-make up-glue stuff they use :3 .
