I'm probably the only one in my school who knows what goth lolita fashion is xd .I'm a guy and although I do like goth lolita fashion, I don't want to dress really feminin (not that there's a problem, it's just not me) and I'm a little too young to go overboard with goth lolita, but I try to add little bits and pieces when I can biggrin .And I do get a lot of stares which I sorta like blaugh

xd Oh boy, that must be TERRIBLE, gettin' caught on your backpack like that! I have a messenger bag, so sometimes I can feel the skirt being hiked up, so I have to readjust myself...
A thought occured to me the other day...
My loli-ish fashions usually have VERY SHORT SKIRTS... I'm rather SUPRISED I haven't gotten in trouble...! redface

i'm sure it depends on how others around you dress as to wehter or not you get in trouble and how much attention you tend to attract, if you're running around screaming your head off they might notice what you're wearing.

FuzzyPeacock Luckily in my school; while small and redneck; people stopped staring and asking questions years ago! I think the worse I got was my english teacher saying I looked like an "amish girl on her first day out". That makes me rather happy... However, outside of school I get alot of stares... It doesn't bother me that much because I like the attention. sweatdrop But I'm sure others arn't so lucky... Share experiences and we can console each other! 3nodding People stare at me all time time (I just stare back sweatdrop ), i'm used to it cause people always did that even when I was little. If it isn't for my attitude or clothes it's something else. As for school I went to a privet school that had a strict dress code so I didn't get in trouble for what I was wearing ( mostly my attitude and month got me in trouble). My friend on the other hand kind of did, she went to a different school and my school was going to knotts and I asked if she wanted to come and my school told me that they didn't like the way she dressed (she was more gothic) and told to tell her that she couldn't come unless she doesn't even wear black! I thought that was unfair so I didn't go.

I was in L.A. visiting a museum and I wore this one cute lolita outfit I made and I was walking and my mom stoped me and told me that my backpack lifted the whole back of the skirt! (lucky thing I wore bloomers or it would have been more emberessing).

3nodding 'Cause bloomers offer more coverage! I need to make a pair that are shorter... 'Cause I have a pair, but they a cut for longer skirts. Not the short ones I wear.

As for me, I wore Gothic Lolita (a crappy outfit, but GL nontheless) and someone thought I was dressed up for a Renaissance fair we had a week before!
And then, there's the never-ending 'Goth' thing.
I heard someone muttering I was a whore once. My enemy. She's most likly going to spread a rumor.
But I shall wear it even so!

Every friday for the last two school years I've dressed up, so its not really a big thing for anyone anymore (except I started high school this year, so I got stares from upperclassmen, but thats okay.)
I don't remember ever getting in trouble... except for durring the middle of the year I decided to wear my headband to school and I was asked to take it off because it was considered a hat. Its not like it was a big one, but oh well. I was fine. My head just looked a bit empty that day because I didn't put anything else in my hair. lol

I showed up at her work last week in my greeen dress, full crin and everything... everyone just kinda stopped and stared, she asked me why i didn't dress like other girls my age, and i told her, have you seen the way girls my age dress? A girl my age is more likely to spend her summer or spring break winding up on girls gone wild than not, so i think i'm doing pretty damn good ne?

Just yesterday (or the day before), I was wearing sort of a gothic aristocrat outfit, and my brother was trying out his toga I made him for a party (we were both outside). My neighbor saw my brother and said to me,"Holly, who are you supposed to be?" xd xd xd
