 Hey, I guess since I've been in this guild for while now, I should actually do something. Ya'll can call me Luck. I'm a full time university student and I also have a part time job, but somehow I'm miraculously not busy most of the time. I guess I must be on the ball.
I started rping when I first joined Gaia years and years ago. I'm pretty much up for writing anything, but I tend to lean towards things with lots of drama and a bit of romance. I'm a sap at heart, what can I say. (●´∀｀●)

My name is Darkhijama, you may call me Darkie or whatever you feel like. I've been on gaia for 7+ years and is really attracted to Fantasy RPs. I joined this guild because it looked interesting [Don't disappoint me] Joking, I haven't been back to a guild in a while and with this many forums to search through, I'll find myself lost. I will not do Yaoi or Yuri, so please don't ask me to TT-TT I'm very sorry but it isn't something I get into easily, nothing against the people who do it. I don't do much, I sit at home mostly and swim in my gaming ideas, my most recent RP was a total failure, but I put so much work into it I wanna bring it back here. It is a dice rolling RP, and I'll recreate it here! So if anyone is interested in it, I'll be glad to restart it back up! Here is that link to that RP. Fabled HeroesIf I get enough people who would like to join I will personally remake it.

.'Tis I~++++++++++ +++++My real name, age, gender, and sexuality is none of your business. If I tell you then so be it, if not then whatever. You may call me by anything, as long as it isn't rude or insulting. You may designate me as either gender, I don't really care. I think it's fun. Normally I'm pretty weird, random, even nice. I ramble, have no organizational skills ( take this post for example ), and can vanish randomly. Not so much anymore, but I have. I will try to give people a heads up, I promise. I am a gamer and can start listing the games I do play. Won't unless you ask though. +++++Heads up, I'm a Yaoi freak. Yup, not so much Yuri though. I tend to play gay guys and rarely girls. I'm not sure what sexuality I'd give my females, but we'll just settle for asexual. I will join any role play as long as it's homosexual friendly. Because ALL my guys are gay, unless I suddenly have a craving to do a straight guy. Doesn't mean they'll hit on every other male character, except when I'm in that mood. The girls... well they are the type to beat the s**t out of you and walk away humming. I don't do girly very well. +++++As for posting... I try to keep a minimum of two paragraphs. Okay, I don't actually try but I like to think that's where I tend to average out at. With no inspiration it's either two really crappy paragraphs or just one. If it's a good role play then I can stay around three paragraphs and can definitely do more. Do not hold me to this though, because it will change. It always does. +++++I cuss, a lot. Right now I'm keeping it clean(ish) but it's bound to start up again. +++++I will do any genre that interests me. School based, werewolves, military, ect. I have never done the action 'dice roll' type and would probably suck at it if I did. Sometimes I just find that reading through a crap ton of rules on how 'fighting' is supposed to work with the dice just isn't in me. That and stats, it can drive me up the wall. +++++PM me, quote me, stalk me, I don't care. If you wanna chat or role play, knock yourself out. I'm not above trying anything at least once and will tell you if I'm interested. I don't do fandoms, except one and that would be Durarara. I don't do OCs because there is only one pairing I even care about and that's Shizaya. I only play Izaya, that's it. The end. Only exception to my no fandom rule. This is longer than I intended. Pfft, not like anyone is gonna read it.++++++++++++++++++++ .

Greetings everyone:
My User name is UnToldLoveStories, rather long I know; please call me Love or Stories, which ever you prefer.
Basics about me:
Unlike most here I am male (and taken), currently working my way through college as a ghost writer. While my hobbies lay in cooking and such I am normally thought of as an older brother to those whom I role-play with (and well people in general, don't ask me why). Though I personally like to dabble in yaoi, I am perfectly fine with any and all genres. That said if you ever need an extra helping hand in a role-play or a slot filled please don't hesitate to ask me! (Yet do keep in mind I will not par-take in one-liners. I am a semi-lit to lazy-lit role-player and that is on a lazy half a**-ing it day.) Other then that I'm pretty open minded, super shy and an oddball (by that I mean player-ish) so if you wish to know more work for it ^_- and talk to me.
P.s.
I mainly love to create dark characters, those who can push buttons and really add some spice and/or challenge the other role-player(s) to do their best! So remember that when you recommend me a role-play where everyone has insta-love for another character and I cause may-ham with mine since I don't do sappy weak-minded characters. . . (as I do not par-take in insta-love, it will be hard and a challenge)

Anywaaays.
My name is Blue! You can call me that, or... Idk what's short for Blue. If you think of something, you're more than welcome to use it. I'm a 22 year old stoner who does hairdressing for a living along with art commissions when I can pick them up. The rest of my free time seems to be spent on the internet.
I have a girlfriend but beyond that, my social life is pretty much nonexistent.
I assume I got invited here because I roleplay on occasion, though I'm admittedly more of an artist than I am a writer. Usually, when I roleplay it's through drawings--I dunno if any of you here do that..? If you do, that's AWESOME! If not, I do enjoy written rps quite a bit, too!
Let's see.... I'm really into Kingdom Hearts. That's my main thing right now. I used to like a lot of anime, but I haven't watched anything new for yeeears. I love video games. Mmmm...

Sorry I'm late for introducing myself. Although I may not be if someone finds two posts on here by me. I'm very forgetful. Anyhow, I'm Amaya and the most epic of them all as I do dare to say. I'm against saying too much personal stuff about myself but I'll let on that I'm a senior in high school but I'm barely past my 16th b-day. I'm graduating in June of this year so yeah. Don't know what else to say about that. Um, I'm actually fairly new to the whole roleplaying thing but I found it's like writing a story with other people. I've picked it up pretty easily and have been enjoying it very much. Kind of lonely though. No one's joined me in my post. Please come and help Kodin track down an evil vampire in the Paranormal posting section. It's called 'Supernatural Academy'. Whoops, totally missed this thread when I joined. Anyway, Paper here. Roleplaying since before 6th grade (~13 years ago)...so I guess that makes me one of those old traditionalists who care about underlying meanings, implications, and references along with grammar and spelling in his posts.
Nowadays I join rps out of pity, but don't expect much. Don't get me wrong--I'm not really a stuffy old timer, just haven't been able to find many good rps recently. (Any fun I put into my posts are more for the reader's enjoyment anyway. ) Just...kinda disheartened.
I also work irl in healthcare IT, so...super demanding full-time job = can't post terribly often. I'm sure that doesn't help.
Anyway, maybe you all can "show me the light." =) Looking forward to writing with you!

My name is Ty, though most who know me online just call me Aero or Aeronathe. I enjoy role playing and I also enjoy creating threads, though all the threads I have created to date have been major flops. I currently have an idea for a very interesting steampunk role play. I am currently working on it offline trying to get everything together and in order and Hopefully I can post it here and have it be a success.
Other things to know about me is that I have a tendency to try and play any and all types of characters, not just my favorite A-typical anti-hero characters that I prefer to play. I am forever trying to come up with and squeeze new ideas out of my brain. I'm ADD and as such I typically have allot of ideas buzzing around in my head. I'm also and active DM in real life, and have managed to create and run at least 3 successful campaigns. I play everything from vampire of the masquerade, white wolf, mage the gathering, airship pirates, Standard DnD 3.5(or pathfinder if you prefer it.), D20 modern(includes past, future, deadlands), and last but not least eberron and forgotten realms.
I am also an avid video game player and like playing nwn2, wow, diablo 3, etc. As for my role playing aspirations I try to take the roles that I find most challenging for me to play, because it helps me get experience with that specific personality/character and allows me to become a better role player in the process... So far I have really only seen one rp that really sounds interesting to me, and I plan to apply for one of the characters, though I would love any help and support that others might be able to give me with setting up my steampunk role play. Hope to see you all in character...

Ahoy hoy, I'm Dire Pious Flea, but you all can call me Mech or Dire or Noah if you want, I don't care haha. Anyway, I'm a senior at Columbia College Chicago, majoring in Fiction Writing ((It's a fancy way of saying I'm an English major :B)), but eventually I want to get a doctorate in Mythology and either be a Mythology professor somewhere or a Mythologist on staff at a museum ((The people who identify the figures on the shards of pottery archaeologists dig up)). I guess I'll start with some of my Gaia history. I first joined Gaia in the summer of 2003, so yeah, I've been around for a bit lol. I first found it after seeing a banner ad for it on Newgrounds, anybody remember Newgrounds? I remember Newgrounds, just sayin.
That said, I was RPing long before that. I started doing it originally in the chatrooms of Starcraft Battle.Net back in the 90's, did D&D throughout middle school, high school and college. My first experience with Forum based RP's was back on the now gone Nintendo.com forums.
In 2005 I joined another RP guild, now defunct called RP's Unlimited. We were pretty big for a pretty long time, probably around 250 active members at a time. I was proud to serve as it's Vice Captain for most of it's life. Any former members here? Hit me up with a PM if you are!
I tend to RP Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Dieselpunk with a dash of Horror and Western here and there, which are the genres of fiction I write too, so it works out!
In real life I'm a massive gamer nerd. I'll play pretty much anything, but old arcade and pre-3D games hold a special space in my heart ((I literally have a game of Metal Slug paused on my PSP while I write this, not even joking, my SNK Arcade Classics Collection came today >u<)). I also love science fiction, television, films and novels. My favorite TV series are Star Trek Deep Space Nine ((But I love all of them)), Stargate SG-1 ((Ditto)), Battlestar Galactica ((The Reimagined version)) and of course Firefly.
I'm the Vice President of my college's anime club and among my favorite anime series are Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Macross, G Gundam, Eden of The East and Ghost in The Shell Stand Alone Complex.
The list of anime films I love are too numerous to list XD.
My favorite game of all time is Half-Life 1, my favorite live action film is Back To The Future and I like long walks on the beach.

Hello, Bonjour, Hallo, Caio to all!.
My name is Dominic, well its my middle name. My real name is Jacob, but I prefer Dominic (to many Jacobs out in the world now hahah). I enjoy life, my cigarettes and all (Plz no h8t lol) Um I come from Florence, but live here in America, I speak a few languages. and I love to Rp. All types of RP, except Vampire ones (Im going to get some flak for that one) only because they dont catch my fancy is all. I do apologize to anyone that is a dedicated vampire fan. I did not mean to offend or tread on them, its just modern day vampires sparkling and living in the woods, they should recall the title and put out a reproduce of it saying: "OOPS! We made a typo, we meant to put pixie or fairy"...or some scheisse (German for sh...you know what I mean people) like that.
Well enough of my ranting, I'd love to get to know some of you in here, all your faults, flaws, skills, talents, so on so forth.
Alittle about me (I know I kinda did this before my raving): I'm 19, I come from Europe, I do speak more than one language, I like hardcore rock, puck, metal, some screamo, and various forms of techno. I go to a military school, live in a dorm, love my computer (I swear I'd marry it if I could), have a girlfriend (THAT ISNT MY COMPUTER), work at a starbucks, am not a hipster, and Im an animal/nature freak

Hey, all. I'm Corvo, and I'm... new? Well, someone sent me an invite to the guild, and since I'm just getting back into roleplaying on Gaia I figured it couldn't hurt. I joined back in 2004 (I think) on my first account, but I was roleplaying prior to that, mostly in Yahoo!Chat before it went bad - well, worse - and on various messageboards. Oh, and I RP'd on Neopets. Anyone remember that?
I like movies, I like to read, and I like nonfiction, which probably means I'm pretty boring. I like music, I like video games, and I like so many genres in the above forms of media that it'd be shorter to list things and genres that I don't like. (Well, I am getting a little tired of the traditional turn-based JRPG, but that genre's been kind of stale for a while now.) I don't watch much TV these days, at least not ongoing fiction-based shows like sitcoms or dramas.
Despite sounding roughly a billion years old, going by the above, and probably making a terrible impression as far as my first post in the guild is going, I am not in fact a billion. I'm 25, which may seem like a billion to some of you, but is decidedly younger than that. I do occasionally feel like a crochety oldtimer when it comes to some of the hobbies I used to love: I still like anime, for instance, but don't really keep up with many recent ones, and I'm not really involved with the fandom. I used to be a big pen-and-paper gamer, mostly Old World of Darkness and some D&D 3.5, but it's been so long that I'm pretty sure I've forgotten everything besides the character-creation. And when it comes to roleplaying on Gaia, I occasionally get nostalgic for the days when you didn't need a post-format to be accepted into an RP, when it was okay to describe your character instead of grabbing some pic off the Internet, and when there weren't a thousand flavors of "literate" you needed to decode. (Advanced literate? Lazy literate? Half-caf triple-tall hazelnut literate?)
I post as many paragraphs as I feel I need to, I don't like writing novels (well, I do, just not in a single roleplay post), and I play both male and female characters because for me, roleplaying is just an extension of writing fiction, and it'd be kind of silly to only include the type of people you have personal experience being. I'm also a stickler for continuity and - depending on the RP - a certain level of accuracy; Canon x OC pairings, drastically OOC portrayals of canon characters, and fake Japanese or 'generic Asian' names are my personal pet peeves.
Again, I swear I'm not as ancient or as testy as I sound. I'm pretty laid-back, actually, and will at least consider joining any RP that invites me. I also have a handful of RP ideas myself, but I'm not sure they'd appeal to many people so I have no idea if they'd find an audience.

I know "Le Gasp!" Someone who doesn't mind giving out his real name on teh interwebz! But seriously I don't see the harm, in sharing a name.
Anyway, I'm 23 years old and live in sunny Northern Ireland. Okay I lied, Northern Ireland isn't sunny, but whatcha gonna do?
I like roleplaying, which is obvious since I'm here in this guild and I was invited because someone must have seen one of my roleplays in the forums and gave me a thumbs up.
Not much else to say other than I'm sure you'll all get to know me more over time, in character and out smile
