While Aerith fought valiantly against the silver overhead Mercy tried to focus on what was happening here on the ground, a flash of green and bronze caught her attention and she recognized one of the Weyr's wingleaders...being assaulted by one of her former students no less.
"Ralla!" She shouted at the girl, sprinting across the ground and diving at her feet to try and trip her up "What on Pern do you think your doing ?!?" Unfortunately the greenrider seemed to be faster and slipped out of the way.

Attacking A'nos
H'tag saw the rider lash out with his whip and struck while he was distracted with that. With any luck, the Bronzerider wouldn't be so wily this time. H'tag knew from his time at Benden that words were wasted, so he didn't bother. His actions so far had shown him to be unwilling to consider his fellow riders-- or he had and had no desire to help his own peers.

Kloth
Attacking Acriculeth
The Bronze may have moved his tail aside, and he may have a Crimson suddenly attacking him, but he was no fool. The Crimson looked fresh; Acriculeth had taken more of a beating. He was the easier target for the moment. Kloth hissed as the nasty atypical slammed into him, her claws digging in more deeply than he had expected, but he lunged for the Bronze again shortly after the Malvren Blue. He had to assist the Blue in getting rid of the Bronze quickly; the White was small. She wouldn't last long unless she was a much stronger fighter than Kloth expected.

Z'fer (Ground): Attacking Ralla
"She's attacking a Sharding -grunt- Wingleader!" He met the girl's charge, grabbing at her and shoving her aside, hopefully her own momentum would throw her to the ground.
Why she even thought she could take him was beyond his comprehension. Firith was small, her size and speed could understandably land hits on the powerful...but slow Calanoth. Human's weren't so easily matched though. He was 6'4" and had been a rider for 8 turns! He was a young man in his prime and she was a slight little girl. There was no comparison there.
"You'd be smart to stand down now girl."

Calanoth(Ground): Attacking Firith
Calanoth dodged her first strike, whipping his tail around to smack her when she missed. He wasn't worried about His. Z'fer was strong and Aerith's was with him.
Aerith concerned him, for their bold words earlier it was still hard to see the white dragon with oozing scores marring her delicate hide. If he managed to stop the weyrling he would go to her aid.
(Cal...why do you fail me XD )

Opth(Ground): Attacking Kloth
She preened. Opth liked hearing that. A Bronze, in HER debt. This was a good feeling. Though they were far apart, Opth felt Bade responding to her feeling of satisfaction. ~ Anytime my dear. Let's clear these unwelcome pests from our Weyr. ~ She thrummed to Acriculeth and lunged forward, snapping at the brown hide before them with relish.

Firith (Ground); Attacking Calanoth
As her rider joined the fight, every bit as overmatched as she, Firith was filled with savage satisfaction. They would both fight for their future, and they would win it! No matter what they looked like they could do, they would find a way to do more.
Looking more eager than ever, the green went for Calanoth again.

Ralla (Ground), Defending Against Z'fer
Though she was fast enough to avoid her teacher's grasp - and was too preoccupied at that moment to respond to her question - avoiding Z'fer's was a different matter. He managed to grab and shove her, but she fought to keep her feet. If she went down, she'd be unacceptably vulnerable.
"Not gonna happen," she answered, staggering but managing to retain some of her balance.

Ateth (Flying with S'orl), Attacking Aerith
This was going very well, very well indeed - for him, at least. Their allied dragons on the ground seemed to be running into a bit of trouble, and the riders had begun fighting as well. Shall I let you off? Ateth asked His in a casual tone even as he tried to bite his smaller opponent. Or am I doing all the fighting today?
You're doing so well, though, S'orl replied, but upon disapproval from his dragon, conceded. Fine.
Banking away immediately after his attack, he skimmed just low enough to allow his rider to jump safely to the ground.
S'orl is now on the ground.

S'orl (Ground), Attacking Mercy
S'orl's landing was...a little less graceful than he had intended to make it, and he stumbled for several steps and nearly fell. After just barely managing to keep himself from faceplanting into the ground, he took a moment to appraise the situation down here.
Opting for a tactic similar to his dragon's, he looked for someone who would be easy to pick on. Naturally, that meant one of the girls, and since one of them had a knife, she was easily eliminated from the options. The white's rider, then, seemed like a safe bet.
Once he'd gathered himself, he approached and swung his fist as soon as he was in range.

When the Silver dove for the ground to unload his rider Aerith turned to take advantage of the opportunity - ignoring the wounds along her side and tail where the silvers teeth and jaws had opened up deep gashes the little white dove at the silver with claws extended from above, shrieking with anger and fury. How dare this silver...this so called prince of the Weyr turn upon them all, how dare his rider attack her's, how dare any of this happen at all!

Attacking S'orl

Mercy was still distracted by Ralla and barely noticed the thud of hitting the ground as the girl slipped through her grasp, watching in horror as her former student attacked a bronzerider - someone who might have been her wing leader some day if thing had gone according to plan. But then..when was the last time that had happened? It had been a very very long time since anything had gone the way it was supposed to.
A shadow from above caught her attention and rolling over she saw the silvers rider swinging at her? She hadn't even noticed the silver land, she kicked out at the man as she scooted backwards to try and avoid the blow but the strike hit anyways and sent her sprawling sideway's into the dirt, rolling with the blow she tried to gain her feet.

She...she actually hit him! What if that scarred?! Roaring his indignation, Ateth twisted in the air the grasp at the white with his claws. He'd make her pay for that!

S'orl flinched as his dragon was finally struck, even as the whiterider fell to the ground. As furious as the silver at such a blow, he kicked out at the assistant weyrlingmaster while she was down. They would both pay!

Calanoth (Ground) : Attacking Firith
Calanoth sidestepped her next attack, swinging his arm wide with claws out as she drew close enough. Her enthusiasm for the fight made his uneasy. It was bad enough to be fighting a hatchling but for her to want him dead so badly!
