98 ) At some point in your life have a conversation with a toddler. Just make a comment and listen to what they say. Make small interjections to keep the conversation going but for the most part let them drive the conversation. They will say the craziest, funniest, most imaginative, and awesome things. Just remember not to get frustrated with them. Teach them instead.

emotion_bigheart 99) Play video games, but not taking it too seriously. If I start to get frustrated, I just stop.
100) Draw pictures of fluffy bunnies and unicorns... and other calm things.
101) Watching Anime (Besides Clannad, Sword Art Online, and anything gory) emotion_bigheart

♥ 105. Follow your dreams and your heart, no matter what others say, the outcomes are yours not theirs. 106. Spoil your loved ones in anyway you can. Seeing the look of joy on their faces is so rewarding.

108: Learn to play a musical instrument, even if you never get past the point of slightly-better-than-unbearable. Doesn't matter which one, even the triangle, bongo, kazoo, harmonica, tambourine...

mikuhat99 113.Shout it out!Tell someone about your problems and they can discuss it with you. So much this.... 114. Find something you really love (TV show, movie, music) and go all-out crazy over it, the sillier the better. The ability to laugh at yourself is underrated as therapy, and it makes people more comfortable around you.

115. On a clear night, go outside and just throw your head back. Stare at the sky, make your own constellations, watch for comets, make wishes, name a star and find it the next night, wave at airplanes(so I think they can see me, sue me!), take a flashlight and do Morse Code into the sky, do something! The night sky always makes me happy. Just the feeling of endlessness, I guess. And, it'll always be there (unless clouds decide to get in the way).

116. Take out a piece of paper, some markers, crayons, pencils, pens, paints, any drawing material, and SCRIBBLE!!! Use colors that relate to your feelings. Use blues when your sad, try to change those blues to yellows and pinks and happy colors. Change the way you look at art; change it to the way a child would see it. Mot as a masterpiece, but as fun.

117. Watch Disney/Pixar movies. I mean, seriously, how much happier can you be after Marlin is reunited with Nemo? Or when Sully finally gets Boo home? Those movies are so cute, they're destined to make you smile or laugh. smile
