Jessie blinked a few times before looking from Mary's tail to her pregnant belly. "At the rate you're going, you're going to be a full blown reptile by the end of the day. Had you not already felt a few kicks--" Another kick and another gasp, as had become her habit while adjusting to the life inside her. "--I'd think you were going to pop out an egg instead of a baby. Wow this one's lively." she said rubbing her tummy to try and calm it down.

"Well you'd already felt some kicks, right? Unless the shell comes later in the process, I'd say that's a baby." Jessie said as she led Mary back around to the front of her house. "Come on, I can fix us something right here." On her way to the front door, however she tripped and started to fall. Not wanting to fall on her face,, much less her swollen stomach, she put out all four hands to stop herself from hitting the ground. Four hands that met with the meteor she'd brought out earlier that same day and had given her the hands and baby. "Uhhhh...." She stayed there for a while, scared as to what touching the rock again could possibly do to her when she already had a baby in her.

"You think I meant to do that?? Like I want to risk touching those things anymore!" Jessie said pointing at her meteor. "At least it didn't seem to do anything this time. I was worried for a second there that--" She cut herself off with a gasp and held her stomach as she waddled over to lean against her house for support. She looked down to watch as her stomach stretched and grew within seconds, doubling in size to easily hold a second baby. "....So touching the rocks multiple times adds more babies....Duly noted...." she said breathlessly from the experience.

"No need to tell me twice." Jessie groaned, already feeling twice the movement inside her as she waddled over to sit down on the couch. Her house had a very 'forest cabin' feel to it, with a few mounted animal heads hanging in the living room and a bear pelt for a rug. "There should be some dried pasta in the cupboard opposite the sink. Pots and pans below that, silverware in the drawer to the left, and plates and bowls overhead."

"Two plates? One with a double serving wasn't enough? Or god forbid someone gets up for seconds." Jessie said with a chuckle as she took the plates, setting one down on the coffee table in front of her before starting in on the meal.

"Nah, I'm definitely bigger then you." Jessie said holding her plate up and out of the way to look down at her belly and then over at Mary's for comparison. "Assuming you avoid those rocks like the plague, you should only be having one kid while I've got twins now." One of her other hands that had been resting on her belly gave it a gentle pat as she said this.

"Just....just gimme a sec...." Jessie said through a mouthful of food, having already started on the second plate. She didn't believe it at first, but eating for three now had given her quite the appetite.

Once she was finished, Jessie set her plate on the table and leaned back as she rubbed her belly with a satisfied sigh. "To be honest, I kinda do too. It's the taking care of the kids later that I'm not terribly thrilled with. I'm a single woman that kills animals for a living. What am I going to do, bring them with me?"
