"Y-yes, yes, you said your room was ah... 115, right?" Jerry shifted the box to a safe place in his jumpsuit, trying to shake off the previous feeling. Nothing happened. Things were fine. Walk it off. He hefted Roar back up, "One more stop then, c-come on, here we go..." He gave Wash a pat on the shoulder before limping forth. His leg ached faintly with the added weight of weapon and guitar, but he was fine. He'd be fine. Ignore it. Try not to show the limp.

As the monster was dispatched, Rep looked nonplussed at Jerry, the guy had to have some kind of death wish. "Yeah. ******** hell man. I didn't come up here for you to leave me to ******** die you know." As always, it was less about other people's safety and more about his own. He wasn't keen on people he needed nearby to help cover his a** from huge dangerous monsters running off on a whim. So what if he had like three other people there. Four was better.
"Next time you want to go on a ******** wander, say something."
Rep nodded. "Yeah my room's like..miles away and all I'd want are clothes. Which I have. So just Wash's room"

"Get your head screwed on," Harrison growled. He wasn't in the mood to die either, and even with the blindness fixed, Jerry was acting like he was a deaf amnesiac.

The monster chose a very bad time to run out into his way. A very bad ******** time indeed. He had no intention on dying on a run to get a pair of glasses and with Tracey crooning in his head his patience was short. Very short ******** /off/" he snarled at the thing before with a charged swing he killed it off with one swipe, hard enough to leave a swipe in the plaster of the wall behind it.

And then there was a monster. And then there wasn't, as Rep quickly dispatched the beast. Wash made note never to get on his bad side. And soon enough, they arrived. He opened the door- which he'd left unlocked- and slipped into the yawning darkness. It was like stepping into one of his childhood nightmares, shapes merely suggested, moving by memory, trying not to stumble. He felt a chill creep down his spine. What if it wasn't there? What if it was all gone-
"OW!" He slammed his knee into the nightstand. He'd forgotten how small their dorms were. He slid the drawer open noisily, fishing around until his fingers dragged across a familiar, worn leather surface...
He snatched it and pocketed it. "Ok, I got it," he hissed hoarsely. He hoped they could escape without incident, and he moved foward hastily, eager to escape the choking stillness that reminded him of things stale and dead.

Jerry took the verbal lashing quietly and sullenly, ghosting behind the others a she clung to his weapon. There was barely a flinch as Rep cut down whatever was in their way.
Find his voice or they'd really think something was wrong, "M-make sure there isn't any-any-anything else um. While we're here." He murmured softly to Wash, hovering just outside the door. Almost done. Almost back. Just keep moving.

Just the thought made him almost stumble over a missplaced chair, and he grasped it for balance- oh! His spare scarf.
He grabbed this too, and reappeared into the hallway.
"No, man, I think this is it. I'm uh. I'm good, yeah." He glanced around somewhat nervously. He'd never look at the Deus facilities the same again, that was for sure. And there was no way he was brave enough to dig around in his own closet. He knew as a kid that was where the monsters liked to hide.

"Got everything? Just mine left, then." Jordan moved cautiously down the hall. He'd left his door unlocked, on the morbid but practical thought that if he didn't come back, it'd be easier to clean his room out if they didn't have to track down the master key or pick the lock. He didn't have much in the way of valuables, anyway. The point had been rendered moot, but it was still handy not having to fish around for his key.

Jerry was ready to meekly follow, his head lowered and arms still wrapped around his weapon like a comforting toy, until the claws suddenly landed on his shoulder.
With a sudden strangled yelp, he staggered around, hauling Roar as he went and the light and sound ripped through whatever it was, leaving only the ring of it's memory in their ears.
"Ah... w-we.. we should hurry I think ahahaha..." His face was positively green.

"Whoa, you okay?" Jordan half-turned to look as the door came open, and it was only the motion in his peripheral vision that alerted him that something in the room was on a direct collision course with his face. He jumped back; it skimmed past, claws catching across his ear, and he swung Ferros mostly on instinct.
Ferros roared gleefully and incinerated it.
"Dammit, Ferros!"
