If your clan provides a bonus to chakra control, can I assume you can use it to bypass a Chaka control requirement for a profession benefit.

Thank you.
Also aside from Somnis, is there another moderator in charge of Bloodline Approval?

At what level would a Ninjutsu Specialist be capable of creating his own Taijutsu style?

Martin Spiralwave Thank you. Also aside from Somnis, is there another moderator in charge of Bloodline Approval? A list of crew and their jobs can be found on the main forum. This is most likely up to date. In the event that the assigned crew for an area don't respond to PMs and such, you may contact any VC to go over your custom. (Side note: Much like professions, I believe Shay has been wanting to temporarily close bloodlines so that the old ones can be reworked rather than adding new ones all the time.) TvIaMsOqTuHeYz At what level would a Ninjutsu Specialist be capable of creating his own Taijutsu style? I believe there is consideration towards making custom styles an exclusive benefit for taijutsu and weapon specialists. Other than that, I believe chuunin is the current minimum rank for anyone to create a custom style/technique. For aesthetics, I'd also increase that if you have the less styles weakness, making it jounin rank. (Honestly less styles should probably also come with a no custom styles penalty, but, eh.)

In most cases, so long as it doesn't make major alterations to the character background you can apply for a bloodline later, yes. (We have also had people change bloodlines multiple times in the life of a single character, so even that seems to be flexible.)

Note: do not expect to be allowed to change your bloodline or clan later. It can happen, but isn't likely once your character has actually been developed.

Note that Hikaro said "change", not "add". If you're just a plain old shinobi, you could add a bloodline/clan later on. That would actually be pretty awesome for backstory, and give your character some drive to see if he has more powers/learn about the history/seek the rest of his people/other character development stuff.

HadoKennie what happened to all of the uchiha clan jutsu? Are you referring to the katon? If so, they're just in the katon ninjutsu list. There was no point in having them under Uchiha when they already also existed in the guild-wide katon list.
