wasn't there a gaia Olympics in 2004? it was before I joined can anyone help me with this?
There was but it was more of a sprite based foot race between the NPCs from the Isle to Durem. The race was hosted by Johnny Gambino. It was Gino, Sasha, Ian, Leon, Moira, and Edmund going for the gold. People thought Edmund would win but he got distracted by a woman in Durem and then decided to go have some fun times with Vanessa in Barton in the Personals building. Sasha got lost several times and Ian just couldn't pass up all the deals in the shops around Gaia. Moira ended up taking the gold. Somehow Sasha came in second. Poor Gino was still a little kid back then and his own father wanted him to cheat and take a viaduct to get past everyone else. Even though he did as he was told, Gino ended up in third.

Beyond that, this is why I love Barton: generally a great group of people to hang out with. I joined Aekea in the 2007 Water Balloon Festival, and since 2008, I stuck with Barton. So yeah, a former Aekean here. lol

Blaize has good fashion taste and i like her avi too.
And I have to admit that I secretly admire Chibi Halo's avi for months as well. emotion_kirakiraemotion_facepalm
I thought she was a he. ._.
Also secretly crushed on iiTaeyung and Randimo cause they just seemed so.. so.. assertive. And iiTaeyung's Aekean avi was ;ASFJDA;.
I'm sure they're both girls. Idk. iiTaeyung's profile is amazing.

Only thing makes me have respect to Aekea is Blaize and few more aekeans. But specially Blaize.
;_; Ya.. i didn't know what to think of them when I first saw a thread saying that they were sending us hugs. I thought they were maybe just you know, idk. But when I met Blaize~ gah. Sparks flew from my eyes.
