"Yes, Raust I am perfectly fine," Northland said in a calm tone. He than paused and examined his mate closer. "What about you Raust? Are you okay? You didn't seem to be okay with that so that I stopped."

Perfectly cheery he looked at his mate. “Of course I’m ok. I’m with you.” He answered completely honestly like it was the only answer that could exist in the world. He looked at his mate and tried to figure out what Northland was talking about. His ears? “um I think that just happens.It feels different. It's not bad or good, just off. I like you giving me attention though. I really like it when you do this.” He leaned over and started to nuzzle and nibble on Northland’s neck like his mate had done so many times for him. Perhaps it would take a while to find out what one another liked and didn’t like but they had plenty of time.

Northland watched and listen to what Raust said intently. Some might not think that these things they were talking about or mentioning was important but for a relationship to work and function you had to stop listen and learn from your loved one. A smirk spread a crossed North's muzzle as Raust began to give his neck attention so he laid back so Raust could continue to show North what he liked that North did to him. With a chuckle North gently pawed at him and they continued to test things for the rest of the day.
