Malodore used the hat to wave away the stench of failure, then sighed and held the hat out to Jericho. "Medical science proves that most heat is lost through an un-covered head," it said, by way of explanation.

Shivering again now that he wasn't moving as much, Jericho tilted his head at the hat that was held out to him.
"Ah.. thanks?" he said while taking it and putting it on his head. He was now shirtless and wearing a tophat.
Also, he went ahead and rolled up another snowball and did the healy thingamaboober.
Then he lobbed it at Riley.

Riley was hit with a snowball. Sure, it was a healing snowball, but it was a snowball nonetheless. She stood, feeling the effects almost immediately, but her tentacles still slid around the snow, doing mysterious things.
I am, perhaps, confused. Did putting on a dapper hat make you a mischievous gentleman? Riley asked Jericho plainly, her tentacles still very mysteriously sliding around in the snow behind her. Because I am pretty sure you could have healed me without the snow.
But.
She shrugged.
Let us hope that hat does manage to keep you warmer. You'll need it.
Her tentacles rose, four of them curled around a perfectly formed snowball. Riley's face, devoid of a mouth, still managed to rise in a wicked grin.

Jericho grinned at Riley.
"Maybe. But snow is the easiest thing for me to use right now. I don't have many other choices," he said with a devious look. He had eaten a healy snowball earlier himself.
"And of course I need to be warmer. I always need to be warmer in this damn... snow..?"
The dragon stopped and stared at the large snowball that Riley was raising up now.
"..Tiamat's s**t"
He quickly wrapped his wings around him to try and cover himself.

The wings would save him from the siege at hand, as she flung the snowball with a warriors cry, hurling it at the dragon. It splattered into a million pieces against the leathery skin of the wings, but it was satisfying enough to see the snow sliding off and leaving wet trails of frigid water in it's wake.
There are always alternatives. Riley murmured in an oddly sing-song voice, as she turned her hand up and inspected her nails. If you look hard enough.
She walked with a purposeful stride, her other hand sliding effortlessly into Malodore's claws when she passed the plague doctor. She slid it's arm underneath hers possessively, after bringing the claws up to her cheek and brushing them against the skin.
That was kind of fun. I sort of hope we will have more chances to, ah, get to know these creatures from Christmastown. Her eyes strayed back to the auditorium. Except that one. That one annoys me. I wish it would die already.

And then something stampeded out of the theater - something JOY-ful. And noisy. The small group of creatures turned sharply, heading off to another part of campus...
"... That. That was new," Malodore said after a moment, its eyes narrowing behind the lenses. "I believe we should investigate further... and perhaps stop by your dormitory, Jericho? It's not as if we must stay out here in the snow, after all. I would not have you catching frostbite." As the plague doctor spoke, it placed one hand lightly on the dragon's shoulder, concentrating on using its FEAR to heal.

Round 1 First you hear a squeaking noise. Shortly after, something comes rolling right toward Malodore. The white ball stops at the doctors feet and pops in to a furry little thing. "Gurrrgggggg~?" It bounces up happily on to the doctors head and perches. "GRUUUUUUURGGGGG!!!!" BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMA part of a wall falls from something HUGE and FORCEFUL. Dust swirls about the carnage of the wall and soon reveals WHAT exactly was the cause. GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGRRR!!!Mama yeti does not look pleased to see you. Feeling the cold hit his wings, Jericho didn't unfurl them just yet in case Riley was waiting for him to lower his guard to unleash an even larger barrage. After feeling Mal touch and heal him, he finally relaxed, grinning a little deviously at the Mindflayer. He looked like he was going to say something, but then an odd noise caught his attention. Blinking, he turned to see a little yeti thing. "... Um."Once more he was cut off by a MUCH LOUDER NOISE. Followed up by ice flying all over the place! A much larger yeti had appeared and it looked kind of pissed.  HP: 39 - 0 Damage: none! Status:

Deciding that big momma yeti was a larger threat right now, Jericho soon inhaled a deep breath before unleashing a large plume of FEAR-infused flames at the JOY beast. Either the Yeti was fireproof or he had missed. HP: 35 Damage: n/a Status:

Malodore blinked as suddenly a little fuzzy thing rolled up to it through the snow.... and then, suddenly, the thing was right in front of it.
... And then the thing was on its hat. "Pardon me!" the plague doctor yelped, startled; it reached up to try and pry the thing off, only to halt mid-motion at the sound of something else approaching. Masonry crashed into the snow; one piece smacked Malodore on the shoulder, making it yelp in momentary pain.
"I think... this species has a strong... parental instinct!"
The baby was still clinging on to its hat.

Parental instinct or no, Malodore was not going to stand for being beaten on in its own home. "Cease this at once," it demanded, plucking free one sharp feather and letting fly at the mother. Nevermind that the baby was hanging on tight for dear life, making meebling noises.
The feather just barely nicked the mother, but Malodore hoped it'd be enough to stop her enraged charge. Then it could return the infant in peace... as soon as it let go of its hat.

Delightful. Riley flinched as a piece of wall slammed her directly in the back, and she turned to get a good look at the new attacker that had come to say hello.
It was a monster. A yeti. Wait a minute..
Who's side is she on, anyway? Riley murmured, reaching out to thrash against the yeti and try to scare her off. Unfortunately, she slashed her claws against the mother yeti in the process.
HP: 35

Round 1 The yeti made some sort of happy chirping sound as it hung for dear life to the plague doctors hat. It then went ahead and jumped to Jericho's head. The baby seemed to think this was some sort of fun game Mean while, Mama Yeti was pretty serious about getting the baby back. Attacks were flung at it though. The yeti paused for a moment trying to figure out what exactly was happening. Its arm hurt. RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!The big mass of white fur and muscle charged forward to the highest attacker who just so happened to be Riley. Its big ape orcish like arm lifted and swung at the demoness. It struck the purple ghoul and then leaned in close to her to give her a nice smell of Yeti breath. There was a snort, and then the yeti turned to Jericho. HP: 69/75 (lawl) Quote: * Riley took 3 damage * You are free to attack this is still round one. * Riley can add plus two to her attack this round only if she lands a hit because the Yeti's back is turned. * You are free to god mod the baby and play hot potato or even attack it if you want.
