Looking up as Isra flew to scout around, Jericho noticed the of red up there. He frowned at the sight of that, but it had pulled away a few of the boogeys from the areas. He then looked to see Roch joining their little group here. Before he could say anything, he stared as a zombie came by and gave the Grue a headcrab. Well. That could very well come in handy. His wings shifted a bit in anticipation. He had some ideas of how he could go about with this distraction, but it was going to be pretty damn risky on his part. He was going to need to get ready to book it once he made his move. They just.. needed to try and make sure the Grue and Roch could get in otherwise this was going to be moot on his part. Looking as Isra returned, he raised an eyebrow at the mention of the figure being a ToT'er. Good. Then they were on their side after all.

Tybalt made a face at the were-lemurs comment.
"Yeah but... if I go back now, my sister will never let me come back. Not when she catches word of what's been happening here."
As much as he appreciated his sister raising him like she had, she had already taught him all that she could offer. Sadly, her abilities were not his own and she herself had to come to the school to learn and gain control over her own Fear abilities. If the school closed.... how was he supposed to do the same? He nearly blew himself up every time he used his Fear and that was because he had no control! Going back now would just mean all that he worked for would be ruined and it wasn't just that. This was his home now. It was where everyone he knew and cared about was. He didn't want to lose it all to a few cloaked figures and a stupid order.
"Sorry... I know others have it worse off than I do, but this whole thing is pissing me off. If you guys ever need a place to crash, you can come and stay at my place." Nolita wouldn't mind, he was sure. She was used to people coming and going, so long as they didn't disrupt her pack.
The black dog continued to listen, ears perked and alert trying to catch every little detail about the school's fate. Though he frowned when they boogeymen spoke out again.
"Another school..?" That sounded almost as bad as going back home and that still posed the problem of his sister even allowing him to go.
- - - - - - Fell gave the nurse a nod.
"Thanks Nurse Cricket, I'll try not to worry." She assured her.
If Nurse Cricket was sure that everything would be alright, she would trust her word on this. It wasn't like she personally had a lot to lose anyways. She was still new here, she barely knew anyone and even things did turn sour, she would suck it up and go home. Or rather, she would probably crash at Mei's house again. Her own home wasn't very welcoming at the moment. Not after what she had done, making a pact with Kingsbane and all. It would be a long time, if ever, before her parents welcomed her back.
Shortly after talking with the school nurse, the grim reaper listening quietly to the boogeyman's words, before she caught sight of another familiar face and made a move to grab hold of her.
"Mei!" She called, catching the broken doll ghoul by the hand. "How you holding up, hun? They say we're going to another school..."

Desu-chan made faces. They had gone after ninja-san. Oh Ninja-san, why were you so...ninja-y? Ah well, the bogeymen would have just about as much luck capturing him as they did Nox, (probably less, Ninja-san was a ninja after all). But unlike ninja-san she was going to wait. there were two bogeymen left, and she had no table for her defense.
If she was to put on her cloak, it would be at the right time.
And in an explosion of glitter. Just for shits n' giggles.

Moira's mouth fell open in either shock or delight, it was hard to tell which. "Oooooooh you're clever, honey! I think, I think..."... The headcrab zombie seemed to freeze up for a moment as the gears turned. "... mmmaaaaybe? Ooh! Yes, yes yes!" She inched very, very close to the gathered students and spoke in low tones. "Tunnels. I sends my Trashbots around in there to get the trash all quiet-like.... use the tunnels. The trash chutes. In the dorms. Connect to them. So slide on down an~ bam!" Her grin was bright and slightly horrifying.
"And take good care of Gordon~ if you get into trouble let him go and he'll come back to me! Maybe I can find ya! Or maybe not. But maybe yes!" Gordon, apparently, was... the headcrab?

Gene nodded once more to Xiu,mimicking her hand movement with a weak smile. Right, later. Focus on the now Gene, c'mon. The school was closing, she had no where to go, and all of these wonderful people were in an uproar. What to do, little doppelganger, what to do?
Oh, it looked like the Secretary was heading off some place. Maybe...she should follow him?
Turning to Xiu, she pressed a finger to her own lips before turning back towards Arel, starting to float his way. "Come with me if you'd like. She whispered to anyone in her hearing range.

Nahm's eyes widened a little. "That makes it easier," he said, and tucked the headcrab - Gordon, was it? into the front of his robe, patting it affectionately. "I'll take good care of him, ma'am," he assured Moira. "Thank you for your help." He tilted his head and looked to Jericho. "So you wanna join the sneak party if we don't have to go over the wall?"

"Try not to die!" Moira beamed, patting each of the boils on the head. Then she shuffled back to stare sullenly at the remaining Bogeymen. Staaaaaaaaaaare.

"Jack, that is something seriously awesome to know," Roch whispered, looking at Nahm. "It's less likely to get us caught. C'mon, guys, I think undead dorm is closest." Then he raised his voice, in case anyone was listening. "Jackdammit, I can't do anything about boogies. I'm goin' to go pack. Maybe my next school won't suck as much." Then he turned and headed down the path to the dorms, clearly giving up the fight before even starting.

Well that made things considerably easier for them. "Thank you.." he uttered to the janitor before looking to the Grue. "I'll do whatever I can to help. But uh. As a warning I'm not really the stealthiest guy around. If worse comes to worse I can try to hold off anyone chasing us."

Holly rose a brow. Another school? What about all her friends here, she had a feeling they wouldn't be sending them to all the same place. No, she wanted to be here. She scoffed at West. "You think this'll blow over?" The ghoul noted his odd expression. She would have been more up beat because yes, not having classes was awesome. But really, where was she to go now? She saw another familiar face and waved Levi over.

A grimace overtook her features as she turned back toward the boogies. She wasn't sure what she could do to help prevent this from happening, it seemed the other students were murmuring about something. Her ears could pick up tid bits of conversation but there was so much going on it was hard to focus. Even more so when the boogies made chase after a cloaked figure.
For a long while Mitsu watched the retreating figures before she turned back toward the boogeymen who had insisted on staying behind. Where was Hellma? She wouldn't let this happen would she?
It was then that she saw some students gathering and she tugged on Shun's sleeve. She didn't say anything but her line of sight was focused on the students plotting something.

if the mantodae was surprised that he had actually located the zomboil (or vice versa) he gave no indication. He lifted his hand and waved slightly awkwardly, not accustomed to the movement. Alexander's expression matched how Yin Cang felt perfectly. "I concur. This is highly unacceptable."He realized his hand was still lifted awkwardly and put it down. He continued to scan the crowd, eyes watching the bogeymen in particular but trying not to stare. Dropping his voice he leaned slightly closer to the boil. "Do you know why they are doing this?" seussi Phone posts are hard during Christmas programs xD

Even though Shehk said she was fine, Astra still wasn't convinced. She just said she had a constant headache right? That couldn't be a good thing. She frowned as the ghoul knocked her own head to show she was fine, but didn't say anything, instead making a note to keep a eye on the ghoul encase something did happen. The fairy ghoul then turned to Merope. "Where have you been?" She asked him, curious as to where he had dissapeared to and also wondering how much he knew.. "I haven't seen you in ages!"

Feeling a tug at his sleeve, Shun looked down at Mitsu then looked to see where she was staring. A few students were gathered nearby and it looked like something was on their mind. Hm. Curious. Roch didn't really seem like the type to just give up like that without some sort of fuss. His eyes narrowed for a moment before he looked to the wolf girl. Without too much of a warning, he disappeared from where he was and reappeared over by the other Grim. It was easier than pushing his way through the crowd. "That's it? Just like that?" he asked with a raised brow, referring to the way he was giving into things.

After taking Princess Cinders for his 14th walk of the day, Thackery approached the commotion with caution, slowing to a pause as he reached the notice. And the Bogeymen. A chill went down his spine and his fur bristled as he read the notice to completion: suspended? Permanent closure? He glanced back and forth between the Bogeymen who were guarding the doors, hoping that they might grant him some sort on understanding.
Instead, looking at their authoritative figures just made him furious. What made them think they could take the Academy away from them!?
Placing Princess Cinders delicately next to his feet, he folded his arms and stood his ground.
"You can tell us to do this things all you want, but we're not gonna leave! We're stronger than some...some...stupid...! We're stronger...!" Words left him, so he just started to growl. And bark. It didn't sound right coming form his humanoid vocal cords, but it still got the point across that they'd angered the yappy dog.

Reveling in her ability to be a recluse as of late, Shine had been safely holed up in her room, hiding beneath a makeshift fortress of boxes and schoolbooks and trashy odds-and-ends. It was quiet. It was dark. Nothing bothered her, and that was the way she liked it. Of course, it was doing nothing for her social life, but she liked being alone sometimes. And she had her poster of Rain pasted near her, so there was that.
She wasn't sure when it happened, but light flooded into the room, and there were noises, and it was bad and loud and terrible. There were strangers touching her. There was yelling and she couldn't make sense of anything.
The zombie now sat near the gates, rocking back and forth, hands pressed tightly to her face as she sobbed and sobbed, muttering some incoherent cluster of sentences over and over. Any time someone brushed against her, she would shriek and curl into a tighter ball.
Clearly this had hit her hard.

Zixil Braxton, Amityville's resident Arts and Crafts teacher, paced back and forth just along the edge of the gathering group of students. He held what appeared to be some sort of makeshift adding device that was barely holding itself together, fighting to focus on it as he tried his hardest to smash numbers in with his clawed fingers. His spaded tail lashed back and forth in annoyance as the chatter grew louder and the Bogeymen grew more insistent.
The machine went clattering to the ground as the goblin gave up and began tapping his chin.
"We need a plan," he announced to nobody in particular. "A plan to trick them into thinking they never meant to suspend it at all! Wait, no, nah, that's too obvious. A plan to..." He stopped tapping, finger resting against his lower lip. It was difficult to think and move and speak all at the same time, but it was obvious that they needed a plan. Which was pretty clear to begin with.
