Claude kissed away the tears, his arms cradling Jewel close, rubbing his back soothingly. "Please, don't cry. I can't take it. I don't deserve your beautiful tears," he smiled lovingly, his own eyes filling with tears as Jewel's sobs filled the room. "I'm okay, you shouldn't cry. I'm gonna start crying too, if you don't stop." He kissed the boy softly, anything to keep him from feeling so miserable. He had felt sad and angry at first, but it had been his fathers' choice to be unfaithful and to leave his mother behind to try to single-handedly raise a child. He fingers wove themselves into Jewel's hair, deepening the kiss, filling himself with the boy's sweet, heady strawberry taste. He was quickly becoming intoxicated by the neko's mere presence. He couldn't help the apart of his that found the crying uke utterly delicious and vulnerable, but he ignored those thoughts a the moment, just wanting his lover to be happy again.

 Jewel Clover Jewel's finger's curled against Claude's chest and he sobbed softly unable to control to warm water drops. He sniffled as his back was rubbed and tried to stop the tears at the mention of making Claude cry as well, that was the last thing he wanted. He was kissed and as it was deepened he found himself calming down and melting under the attention being flourished on his lips. His fingers uncurled and clutched Claude's shoulders, a soft moan leaving him, he blinked wet eyes and looked at Claude under half lowered lids. Why does he care for me so much? the thought whispered through his mind and he stilled why was he thinking about that all of a sudden?

Jewel Clover Jewel lay there trying to focus on Claude's comforting touches and was failing miserably. His mind was reeling and he was trying his best to get rid of the negative thoughts. Talking about his past had summoned hurtful memories to the surface and suddenly he felt like that little kid again filled with insecurities and fear. Claude is his first love, he had never loved anyone before, never let himself love anyone. But now he was giving all his love to this wonderful and amazing man and he couldn't help wondering why Claude would love someone like him. What if Claude got bored with him? or found someone better and more suitable for him? would be send him away? lock him up somewhere? A rational part of his brain was telling him he knew Claude would never do this to him but the irrational part, the part that was fearful and hurting couldn't help thinking these thoughts. He could feel himself panicking and he looked up at Claude with an almost pleading gaze "..Claude.." he began, then looked down "...it's nothing, I'm fine now" he whispered, even to himself he sounded unconvincing but the last thing he wanted was to sound needy and weak around Claude. He had a quick flashback of his father giving him a stern look and shaking his head disapprovingly "don't act that way Jewel, it's unbecoming" he had been crying and clinging to his father at the time...

What is it about silence that makes people want to whisper?
Silence is a precious thing, because that means two people are comfortable enough around each other so much that they don't need to talk. They can communicate through looks and body language, and be satisfied in each other's presence.
"And I not going to beg you to trust me. I want you to grow to trust me, by yourself. I want you to help this relationship grow, and I'll do my best as well, okay?" he finished, his voice still soft and barely audible.

Jewel Clover Jewel tensed slightly when Claude shifted him but he relaxed immediately when he was enfolded his Claude's warm reassuring arms. His breath hitched slightly at Claude's first whispered words, he listened silently afraid to even breath, he wanted to hear everything Claude was saying, he wanted to trust the object of his affection. He felt warm droplets touch his shoulder and realized Claude was crying, his chest tightened and he wrapped his arms around Claude "I'm sorry" he whispered trying to think of a way to stop Claude's tears, he never had to comfort someone before so he just did what Claude did to him. He lifted Claude's head and cradled it in both his hands as he pressed a soft kiss to his lips "I love you Claude i'm...just a little scared" he confided he brushed a few stray strands of hair out of Claude's face and looked him in the eyes wanting the other male to see his sincerity "I know I'm not easy to deal with but I will try my hardest to get over these fears" he promised Claude was the best thing that ever happened to him and he was determined to become deserving of him.

A 12-year-old Claude dropped his backpack on the kitchen table. He's just been dropped off at home by the school bus on a normal Tuesday. Well, not entirely normal. His friend Julia had told him she loved him. Claude had heard his mother tell him that plenty of times, but he still wasn't sure what either of them meant. "Mother, what does it mean to love somebody?" he asked, turning to his mother who stood at the sink, peeling carrots.
"To love somebody?" She looked up, her blue eyes (so like his own) soft and warm. "It means to care for somebody even more than yourself. To never want to see them hurt. To .... " Her eyes were miles away, with the man who loved her and left her with a baby, the knife and half-peeled carrot still in her hands. "To always want to be by their side." She seemed to be somewhere else, and Claude watched silently, waiting for her next words. She returned and smiled once again at him. "But there's different kinds of love. There's friendship love, family love, and romantic love." Her smile turned wistful. "That's the rarest kind to come by. It may happen more than once, but you'll know when it's true." Claude nodded thoughtfully, his eyes focused sharply behind his glasses.
"Thank you. I think I understand."
"I love you too."

Jewel Clover Jewel huffed out a breath causing a lock of his hair to ruffle and flop back into his face then he gave claude a almost flirtatous smile how did i get so lucky? "Claude, i'm sweaty...and sticky" he leaned forward and nips Claudes ear "and i want to shower..." he leaned back and looked at Claude "come with me?" he was so nervous at his forward behaviour but he wanted to lighten the mood and do something fun with claude. A shower or bath together seemed like it could be very fun. He reached out and twirled a finger in claudes hair, looking up at his lover with big eyes that just dared claude to deny such cuteness.

Jewel Clover Jewel resisted the urge to breath a sigh of relief at Claude's acceptance and instead settled for a adorable grin. He had absolutely no clue how the whole seduction, sexy thing worked, he only knew he wanted to be more bold and show Claude just how much he cared. He have a playful laugh as he was picked up and clung to Claude's shoulders. He was glad he didn't have to walk there himself cause he was pretty sure their earlier activities had made that quite impossible. His body was pleasantly sore and his legs and waist felt like jelly, sending of slight shotting pains up his spine. But he didn't regret a thing and was actually looking forward to the next time he and Claude could experience that type of 'fun'. Jewel let his feet take some of his weight as he was lowered to the shower, but kept his hands on Claude. He nodded and obediently moved his fingers under the fall of water, his skin was natural more sensitive than humans because of his neko nature but surprisingly the water was perfect and he purred his approval "it's good" he said, his voice taking on a erotic edge the words coming out breathy a bit coarse. He blushed and moved his hand from under the water. Being what he was he couldn't help but react that way to anything that offered comfort or pleasure but it didn't take away to bashful feeling currently filling him.

Jewel Clover Jewel braced his palms on Claude's chest when Claude entered the shower and a breathy sigh left him when an arm snaked around his waist. His tail gave a lazy twirl before settling back down to swing in a slow rhythm. Jewel didn't expect the sudden aggressive kiss and his eyes widened briefly before lowering to a dazed half mass, he moaned around the kiss, his hands going up to circle Claude's neck and he opened his mouth even more to accommodate his lovers thrusting tongue. He felt it against his small fangs and his insides quivered in want. He had never experienced this side of Claude before but found he really liked it. His body was pinned against the wall, and pressed flush against Claude's. The sensation of the position was staggering. Jewel released a soft whimper his whole body heating and he arched slightly against Claude, when the kiss was broken and Claude's head dropped in the little curve between his shoulder and his neck, he took that time to catch his breath, his chest heaving with the effort. He blushed at Claude's words and shivered lightly, he didn't think he'd ever get used to Claude saying those things about him. He licked already wet and lightly swollen lips and tilted his head "not..fair?" he asked with puzzlement, thought he loved Claude's kisses and touches he was at a loss for exactly what triggered the reaction.

Jewel Clover Jewel looked up at Claude with huge eyes bright with wonder. His cheeks were flushed from the words and look that was gushing from Claude and his breath quickened. He was surprised and confused and scared and...turned on. He was aroused by Claude's desire for him even if he didn't fully understand it. His tail curled around Claude's leg and he leaned forward to place a soft kiss to Claude's heated cheek. He didn't know what the bluenette meant by 'holding himself back' or what 'things' Claude wanted to do but what he did know was that he wanted Claude and everything the blue eyed seme had to give and there was only one way he knew how to show that. He rose on his tippy toes and pressed his lips against Claude's, his body shaking with the light tremors that ran through him.
