 Jewel Clover Jewel held Claude's hand and let his master led him up to the house. His tail swished idly as he looked up at the house it was bigger than he expected but it felt welcoming he looked over at Claude and smiled shyly "I like it" he admitted. Thought he was still a bit nervous he couldn't deny the fact that he was excited. (wow so short >.< )

 Claudius smiled brilliantly. "I'm so glad." He pulled out a key from his left pocket, as his right was still holding Jewel's hand. Opening the door, he continued in a low voice, so as not to seem harsh or loud to his new housemate. "It's pretty big, so you'll have plenty of room to run around." Forgoing the explanation of the building's past (saving for later) he led Jewel to the kitchen, where he dropped his key on the top of the microwave. He turned and leaned against the counter, finally just smiling at Jewel happily. "You may not know this, seeing as how badly you were previously treated, but you are a good person." He mussed the boy's hair. "Thank you for coming with me. It makes me very happy." After a moment, he asked a soft, "What do you want to do now?"

Jewel Clover Jewel followed Claude into the house, keep a firm grip on the older males hand. He looked around, his chocolate eyes taking in the decor and architecture of the house. He loved the fact that it was big since he enjoyed been up and about. They entered the kitchen and immediately he thought of food, the market didn't feed them very often so he was very hunger. He turned his attention to Claude and was shocked by the males words. He ducked his head feeling touched and moved closer to his master "I'm also happy you choose me" instead of some monster.. he finished in his head. He lifted his head to reveal his blush and smiled warmly at his Claude "thank you". He tilted his head at Claude's question his ears twitching slightly and a few stray locks of hair swayed forward to cover some of his face. There was a lot he wanted to do but most of all..."a-a shower..please" he didn't get the chance to get a lot of those at the market and he really longed for one.

Jewel Clover Jewel followed Claude into the bathroom and gaped at the grand look of it he almost felt afraid to use it in fear of making it dirty. He turned in a small circle and examined all the things in the room his tail swished and his ears perked up. He smiled and nodded and watched as his master slowly closed the door. He looked over at the tub and decided that he would enjoy a bath instead of an shower. He filled up the tub and then sank into the body of water, it lapped against his skin and he made a sound that was a mixture of a moan and a meow. He took his time to wash and rinse his hair and then did the same with his body. When he was finished he stood and let out the water, he caught the refection of his back in the mirror and stilled. his back was full of scars from whips and other wounds that his previous master had inflected on him. He squeezed his eyes shut and clutched his head as memories of those time filled his head.

Jewel Clover Jewel dropped into a crouch his back facing the door, his body shook lightly and he let out a soft whimper. Images flashed behind his eyes and it was almost like he was back at that awful house. He could almost feel the hot sting of whips against his back followed by thick chains that used to bound his hands. He clutched his chest trying to catch his breath and calm down but it was of no use his panic was rising. He didn't even hear Claude knocking on the door. His ears flattened against his head and his tail curled under him, his body was becoming chilled for the water droplets on his skin but he didn't notice.

Jewel Clover Jewel's awareness slowly returned as he felt his body being pulled against something solid and warm his body stiffened lightly but it was so comforting he couldn't help leaning closer , his frozen fingers reached up to clutch at the source of his sudden comfort and slowly the images of his horrible past started to dissipate. He blinked wide brown eyes and looked up then gave a soft gasp as he realized he was cuddled against his master. His face took on a scarlet hue and he glanced away feeling embarrassed, he was about to say something when his Claude's hand on his back stilled. Cold air hit his back as the towel was pulled down, Jewel arched slightly and gave a small cry "don't! d- don't look" he protested. He knew what his back looked like and didn't want to see the look of disgust on Claude's face he will hate me.. he thought with a small shiver of fear. His masters words caught him off guard and he stilled his ears perking up h-he understands.. this surprised him and also delighted him, he didn't have to be scare around Claude, Claude would judge him. He glanced up and held his masters gaze then offered the male a weak smile "I'm sorry, I'm afraid I made quite the mess" he murmured looking down at the wet floor, his cheeks were still a bright red since he was only wearing a towel and was sitting on his masters lap.

Jewel Clover Claude's cheerful attitude was putting Jewel at ease, he smiled a little brighter and let the older male help him to shaky legs. His usually limber body was stiff was from the cold and was causing him to be more clumsy than usually. He was content to hold Claude's hand as his hair was dried, glad the towel covered his face slightly so his master wouldn't see his expression. But he was afraid his tail that was currently swishing from side to side was already giving away his happiness. He couldn't remember the last time someone had taken care of him, if it ever happened at all. Jewel sat on the counter swinging his foot slightly as Claude brushed his lavender locks freeing it of any tangles or knots. Jewel starred into his masters eyes for any sign of deception but the only emotion in saw in their bright blue depths was sincerity. He believed Claude unquestioningly and sudden relief washed over him he truly didn't have to be scared anymore, he had been riddled with fear for so long he wasn't even sure if he knew how not to be scared. He jumped slightly as he felt warm fingers against his back tracing a scar here and there. He pulled his bottom lip into his mouth biting lightly, his eyes glittering questioningly. When his body was pulled against Claude his eyes widened slightly but instead of pulling away he sank deeper into the embrace, his heart fluttered at Claude's words and suddenly it was like he couldn't breath such kind words, and they're directed at me he thought in fascination. His eyes burned and his brows creased, he gave a soft nod and leaned forward to rest his forehead against his masters chest.
(haha no worries i absolutely love them XD)

Jewel Clover Jewel looked up at Claude with shock visible on his face, none of his previous masters had offered to bring him shopping much less offer him clothes. Usually he was strung up somewhere completely naked. His tail thumped against the counter and his ears twitched back and forth, to say he was excited was an understatement. His eyes practically sparkled and he nodded vigorously "I would love that very much master!" he exclaimed. He was rarely outspoken and honest about his desires but he couldn't help being so now. He returned Claude's smile with a bright and joyous on of his own. Claude had a way of uplifting his spirit and brightening his mood. He'd only been with Claude for a day and already he was smiling and more than he had in years. He couldn't help feeling that he would be truly happy here.
