Drats! She was recognized! Luna just hoped that the didn't think her too irresponsible of a trainer. "A-ah yeah, that's me," she replied with a smile. The trainer pat Nine's head for comfort and the Ninetales gave a discreet pat on the back to her trainer with one of her tails. "Nice to meet you too Claramay. And...?" She looked at the other members of the group, not quite recognizing them.
She knew many people in Katarina, but she was only human. New trainers came every day and it was impossible to learn all of their names. Nonetheless, Luna still made an effort to try.

Flint sighed with relief as the Rampardos was recalled into its pokeball " that's one strong Pokemon!" he commented and listened to the conversation " Gym leader huh? that's impressive. That Rampardos must be pretty hard to control at times huh? Pokemon that are head-strong like that usually are. I know all about that with my Tauros, he rarely listens to my commands in battle." he shook his head and shrugged " anyway, names Flint, nice to meet you Luna...?" he said unsure of her name, he thought he had heard one of the others call her Luna...
Rush meanwhile was left in a somewhat bad temper after the clash with the Rampardos, he couldn't believe he had almost lost to that thing, he would definitely have to work on getting stronger.
Maya had been distracted by the goings on down below "< oh thank goodness, it seems things have finally calmed down. That big Pokemon was quite frightening, i cant say i would fancy meeting it in battle.>" she said with a small sigh of relief. It surprised her to realize that she had actually been a little worried about her trainer and the other humans down there.

Diphda slid of Maya and waddled to the edge, pointing down at Cetus just full of giggles. "" he laughed. "" Now, she was beginning to look quite big as the Pichu lost himself to gravity. By leaning over the edge, the world sucked him down and he began to fall.
"Oh, please call me Mrs. Pearls." Claramay laughed heartily. "You mustn't let this old woman feel too young by addressing her so familiarly. I must remember my prime~."

"" Tenka immediately darted for the edge of the building after the Pichu, grabbing it by the scruff of the neck and gliding safely to the ground. "" Tenka scolded the youngster.
"Shina Kiremono," Shina introduced herself. "And my Ponyta, Rasha." Shina gestured to Rasha. She knew Tenka was around somewhere, but hadn't seen him since he went up the light pole after the other Emolga and Pichu.

Maya watched in dismay as the Pichu got too close to the edge and started to stumble and fall, she made a move to go after the little one but tenka beat her to it. she sighed with relief as the two made it safely to the ground. Moveing to the edge she jumped off and glided down as well landing next to them "must be more careful, you nearly scared me out of my skin!>" turning to Tenka she gave him a little hug ""

Caught just in the thorn of time, Diphda clutched himself tightly to the Emolga. Though his landing was soft, his gut still fell. He shuddered from fright and felt blood course through every inch of his body. It was not too long he began to just cry from shock.
The loud bellows alerted Cetus and without care of what was said to her, she dashed towards the source of the sound. Seeing Mira's son cry rivers while in the embrace of what she dubbed a rotten rodent just wakened the real her. Mrs. Pearls shrunk away as the anger of Cetus, Galactic Grunt and Field Scout extraordinaire, made itself evident.
"Get your disgusting paws off him!" she shouted and stamped a foot directly in front of the Unovian electric type. "Let. Him. Go. Now." she not growled. "Now."

Tenka was briefly on cloud nine when Maya actually hugged him. Hugged him! The prettiest Emolga he had ever met hugged him! Then Diphda started crying, not entirely unexpected after that scary near-accident. Tenka started trying to comfort him when a human came over, being large and very angry! Threat! Tenka shoved the upset Pichu over to Maya and put himself in front of them, spreading his cape to look as large as possible and sparking threateningly. No big-footed stomper was going to hurt the baby!

Maya was surprised with the Pichu was pushed over to her and looked up at the angry human, who she recognized as the Pichus trainer "" she tried to reason

Cetus was prepared to bring the square of her foot straight into the Emolga's abdomen had the thrown about Pichu not break from Maya's hold and hug onto the end of it with a tear steamed, whimpering face. Cetus drowned back into the guise of Claramay as her features softened. She bent down and clutched the Pichu up into her bosom and walked away with her tongue held taut between her teeth. Her dislike was evident; she didn't need commens to voice the fact she and that rodent would forever be on two loose ends of a wide spectrum.
"That's the last time you're playing with either of those Pokemon." she mumbled to the Pichu, though it was audible enough to allow both the Electric types to hear. "Not again, especially if you're going to get bullied like that."

"Nice to meet you as well Flint, Shina." Luna gave both of them a nod, "Luna's just fine. And yeah, Ram is as head strong as they can get. Still, with some effort you can rear them in...probably." She laughed at the last part. It was hard to completely rear in any pokemon with a slightly stronger than normal wild instinct, but at the very least, a bond of mutual respect could be formed."That reminds me..."
Luna actually released the pokeball that Ram was in. This time though, the dino seemed a bit calmer after a bit of a time out in the pokeball. "Ram, apologize!" The gym leader commanded, glaring at her Rampardos. Mentally, she was transmitting the message: 'If you don't I'll keep you in a ball for a month'
After an intense staring contest, the rampardos bowed his head grumpily. "Ram, rampardos..."

Diphda was an electromagnet to Claramay's bosom as she returned to the others. She was a bit startled at the Rampardous and even readied herself to hop on Algenubi again, but calmed when it bowed its head with apologetic murmurs.
"Oh, what a polite thing . . . " her voice croaked. It was hard returning to a 'sweet' nature when she had just blown her fuse.
