So the gang had been walking for some time down a long road way and the adults started to wonder if there was even house. They all thought there was one, also the road did not look this long. All of sudden a dog barked , then two barks could be heard. Gabriel had the kids all hold hands as his ducks and Numel guarded them. Soon three vary distinct barks could be heard.

Todd pranced down the street happily, showing off his ring. He couldn't see it, but other people could and he bet they'd be jealous of such an awesome trinket. Preening, he continued his pilgrimage from house to house in search of more goodies. It was the toys and accessories that were more interesting to him...he really could only eat so much candy. Maybe if it tasted a little more meaty he could eat bags and bags! But...well, Da said it was better this way, because too much candy made you sick anyways.
He wandered up to the next door, this time using his cane to poke the doorbell with his Da's help. He laughed at the loud chiming sound it made, poking it a few times before happily echoing out his familiar call of "Twick or tweat!"
He heard the item thunk into his bucket. It seemed heavier than candy. He fished it out and brandished it blindly at his Da. "What is?"
"Huh? Oh, it's a rag doll...you know, like a stuffed animal." he explained.
Todd examined it before nodding approval. "I wike stuffies!" he said, cramming it back in the bucket. He really did like the toys much better than candy...

"A spider ring?" Clover said, looking it over, around, then gave a giggle and put it on. He rather loved jewelry and the fact that they had gotten a piece... well he just wanted it! Snowe wouldn't mind, he was so completely distracted by the rock he'd been given a couple stops back. What it was about the rock that Snowe liked so much was beyond him but he wouldn't take it away, "Alright, let's see if we can find something else interesting, shall we?"
Snowe gave a nod of his head, looking up at his Daddy through the goggles he wore, smiled, then went back to playing with the rock. Such a wonderful, heavy, awesome prize he was thinking to himself, shaking it a bit with a giggling sound.

The group finally found themselves of the road they were on thanks to the help of the doggy who stopped them from making a grave mistake. The eldist in the group wanted to take some time out and have a water brake. The others also got out there water and they all drank up. It was only then a girl with blue hair showed up and gave them some candy. So yes the team finaly got some yummies to eat and they didn't even have to go to a home. As the girl walked off the kids thanked her and waved there little arms as fast as they could.

Navidad was stretching a bit in Vincent's arms as he went, having not have any luck at all in the last couple of houses. Well, that wasn't exactly a surprise, considering how terrible his Halloween had currently been.
And it was about to get worse. The same bullies that had chucked a rock at his head before - did the exact same thing, with an even bigger rock. It glanced off his skull this time, instead of hitting it directly.. But the laughter from the bullies still hurt more than anything else...

Keya blinked for a moment after knocking on the door of the house. Aries even blinked when a pair of goggles was tossed into the pumpkin shaped bucket serving as her candy bag. His little girl had chosen to be a smaller and cuter if he say so himself, version of the wicked witch. Keya smiled as she picked the goggles out of the bucket. “Thank you!” Keya was liking the idea of Halloween though according to her father, wasn’t candy supposed to be given out instead of items.
She smiled still and walked away, her father following in his flying monkey costume. He wondered if he should get candy later for her in case she did not get much candy.
