Reginald & Desdemona & Anastasia Reginald decided they might as well use up another question. Turning to the HootHoot, he asked. "Did another Pokemon, or more than one Pokemon, use Miss Meda's path after her?" It could be mixing up the path patterns the avine already provided, so, you never knew. Desdemona finally spoke up impatiently, "And should we get a move on already, or is this delay affordable?" For all she knew, the owl was only there to slow them down. Other people with questions would have to hurry up already, or they would lose Meda. All of their questions have been used up by now and the two finally joined Anastasia's side under a large Bannan leaf to get out of the cold rain.
((Okay, I used up all my questions.))

Pixie Frankie" Can you think of anything else at the moment Frankie?" " No." " Well let's just listen to some more questions and such, maybe we can think of something else to ask. Let's move off somewhere a little dryer, the rain's really starting to bother me now" The two friends move off underneath some branches that protect them a little more from the rain and continue to listen to the other questions. PIxie thinks a bit about the answers they've recieved while doing so. If the group posing the biggest threat is the single pokemon, as long as another group didn't go down the same path as her a little bit later, like the Poocheyena suggested, then wouldn't it make sense to go down the path that the single pokemon went down?

    Solaris---Fiorin-----Cheshire-----Chase
Aloyisius The Pokemon traveling the right path were travleing together, so it couldn't be Meda. "Adding to dragon-boy's question..." Fiorin began, "Is Meda being followed by one Pokemon?"The owl gave a swift nod at this and the Pikachu smiled. "Well, I guess that means we have our answer..."

"So..." It wasn't the right path, the left path had only one pokemon and Meda was being followed by one pokemon. Well, aside from them anyways. "Doesn't that only leave one path?" Well, this was going well. They'd gotten some good answers all things considered.

Ethfael & Erinn Ethfael gave a nod of approval to the Pikachu who quickly picked up on a follow-up to his question, and his smile broadened as he received the answer he'd been hoping for. "That it does," he replied to the Wartortle's comment, the slightest hint of satisfaction in his voice. The Dragonair wasn't a particularly prideful Pokemon, but it was satisfying to realize that one's own conclusions had lead the group to the right answer. Glancing up again at the mysterious Hoothoot guardian, Ethfael gave a nod of respect to the much smaller Pokemon. "Thank you for your patience Aloyisius," he said to the secret-keeper, acknowledging him for what he had done. It couldn't be long before they headed down the middle path now that they knew it to be correct. The one question Ethfael had remaining was the identity of the Pokemon following Meda, but they would likely find out who it was of their own accord in due time.

    Solaris---Fiorin-----Cheshire-----Chase
The Hoothoot watched the guilds as the obvious choice was made and while they redirected themselves in the right direction he faded into the background and vanished. 'Good luck.' Solaris stepped forward again, ears flattened in caution, as he lead his guild and members of the other guilds down the middle path. What looked to be an odd statue blocked one of the paths ahead. Solaris narrowed his eyes at it, it seemed intimidating despite being a statue. It had thick arms, but was rather clunky and mishapen as though years of dirt and foliage had grown over it to distort it's shape. The Espeon was wary, those stone eyes seemed to follow his every move. Inching forwards toward it, he saw a plaque on the ground before the ornament and raised a paw to scratch away the moss that had grown over it. "Before you lies what you need behind you. Let the grass grow high Let the ground hold us steady Don't Let the legends die Move swiftly, if you're ready. Let us float like we're in love Let passion burn the path. Let sorrow fall from above and feel the heavens wrath. Unleash the power of eight. Prove yourself to open the gate." "Who designed this confounded place..." Fiorin muttered when the guildmaster had stopped speaking and silence fell once more over the guild members. Seriously, did someone just wake up one day and decide what the world needed was more mazes and puzzles? "We don't have to go this way, there's another path." Chase cut in quickly, motioning to the path that was not blocked by any means and seemed a straight shot towards what appeared to be a lit clearing. He was all game for not dealing with this statue. Watch it come to life and attack them. "But..." The Psychic whined, raising a paw to point at the statue. "It says what we need is behind the statue. What if it could defeat Eridanus?" That raised a good point. Would the guilds choose to stay and try to solve this riddle, or advance forward on their quest instead. Make a choice.

Well, then, that worked out alright. There was only one path to take. The Wartortle walked on his two back legs as he constantly swept the trees around them. They had been attacked once. Though that was Solaris's fault. Either way, he wasn't keen on having it happen again. Steven came to a halt and carefully listened to the Espeon's speech. He was good with riddles. But, as far as he could tell, this one was gibberish. There was only a single word he picked up on that could bear any significance. "Legends". Which meant that chances are whatever it was wasn't a treasure pile but a singular object. And to make matters worse, the guildmaster seemed to want it for himself. Even if the Treasure was worth a bundle, Steven wouldn't be seeing any of it. So there was really no point in going down that path. Although... "It's possible that she went down that path, isn't it? The Hoothoot did want to keep us away from the treasure... if she went down the other path, there's a good chance he could have just led us there anyways by taking a different route. So isn't she probably in there?" Treasure or no, tracking down that Umbreon meant a nice little reward.

~Blight Blight pouted when his question was ignored entirely, putting down his newly found pet in this moment and returning to following along with the rest of the guild in the vicinity of his only teammate present until they came upon their next roadblock. "We don't need some stupid treasure. I mean we're here to kick some a**, right?" The Buneary spoke up in unison with Chase in a sort-of "Hey I'm agreeing with you! Please pay attention to meeee!" fashion. That and his honest opinion was thrown in there slightly as he considered that the last time they listened to the blabbering Esepon they were attacked... And it seemed now that the purple thing wanted to waste their time with the statue.
~Finian Finian remained unvoiced as the guild was presented with yet another trial. Though he attempted to be of use with their last set of troubles, he honestly had no opinion one way or another on what to do now. In his eyes they seemed pretty knee deep in Tauros-s**t whichever way. The Absol was more than glad to to participate in the immanent brawl though once it decides to break out as an enemy was bound to show itself sooner or later; his allegiance to his guild still strong despite how he was beginning to feel as if he was surrounded by idiots half the time.

Ethfael & Erinn Ethfael followed the others down the path and looked with interest at the odd statue that stood toward the end of the path. It easily drew the the eyes of the dragon through its odd shape and clear signs of age, as well as the eerie manner in which it seemed to be watching the group. He'd seen stranger things than a statue with oddly realistic eyes, but all the same there was something particular about it that made the Dragonair uneasy. Erinn seemed to notice the same thing right away, the Paras freezing up on the spot at the sight of the statue. "What is that thing?" he said quietly, quivering slightly. "Ethfael, I don't think we should get anywhere near that thing. It gives me the creeps." Clearly it did just exactly as the Paras said because he was even more on edge than he had been when they were around Aloyisius, which was saying something, all things considered.
Ethfael gave a slight nod in acknowledgment that he'd heard Erinn, but he was preoccupied with the riddle that Solaris had begun to read aloud. There were several points that were intriguing about it, and the Dragonair did his best to commit as much of it to memory as he could, just in case. He glanced toward the path that the Kirlia pointed out, but didn't pay it much mind. "I'd be inclined to agree that whatever is here would be in our best interests to find," he stated, "Besides, the other path seems to be too straightforward. Everything else has had a catch up to this point, so why should this be any different?" Erinn looked at Ethfael with a crestfallen expression, disbelieving that his Leader would force him into something like this. He couldn't argue, but he wished he could just melt into the group where he stood rather than having to face this.

Pixie FrankieA riddle huh? Solve the riddle or take the easy way out and go straight to the clearing. " Well Frankie, are you thinking what I'm thinking?" " Umm... You don't like riddles either?" After all he really doesn't like riddles. Well hard ones. Simple ones can be funny if they're done cleverly. But this riddle would require serious thinking power. The Squirtle sighs in frustration. " Yea, I know you don't like riddles Frankie. But you know where I'm gonna go with that don't you?" That clearing seemed way to obvious a choice anyway. What if it's another attack? Unless..... Nah. Probably not. " Yea, you wanna solve the riddle. But wouldn't it be easier to just go to the clearing? Please?" He really wasn't up for to much more serious thinking. But, then again, he should have seen such decisions when he joined Pixie to join a guild. " You know that's to obvious Frankie. And don't you dare go on your spiel about thinking. I've heard it multiple times." " I know Pixie. I know. And I know you're probably right about the clearing being to obvious. I guess I just wanted a little break in the action. But I guess we should start thinking about the riddle eh?"

Ver -- AliceIt was one game after. Alice frowned and slouched slightly as the riddle's reading came to a close and conversation passively broke about the guild. She didn't want to be here anymore. Why did they have to solve this? Meda obviously didn't bother, she just went on ahead. Couldn't they just follow her? "What if it's just a trap?" Her voice arose in a whine and nothing more as she took a moment to eye the other Kirlia before looking at the statue. Ver's ears merely twitched at the sound of the female Kirlia's voice, though his eye never left the statue. He didn't like it, but Solaris could indeed have a point as well... And, well, if something behind it just so happened to help with Eridanus, that'd be pretty damn useful, now wouldn't it? The Flareon's head tilted slightly before eyeing the open path. Did they go to the same place? Was one a dead end? Ver sat down, assuming they were stuck here for a while. "Solve it. What do we have to lose?" Alice's attention reeled toward the Flareon in a clear glare. "... We could always give up and take the other path if we don't think of anything. This isn't our only option, after all." Ver shrugged his shoulders.

Morana && Zora && VeritasVeritas walked to the front of the guild. She examined the statue for a brief moment, before deciding that she could not identify it and instead looked down to the poem to read it herself. "These...almost seem like a set of instructions to me." The Jolteon declared. "Maybe things we need to do to unlock the riddle?"Veritas seemed good at these things; Morana and Zora were not. They stayed back. Honestly, they were expecting a fight because there was always a fight when the alarm rang. Riddles just aren't their thing. "I think we should try it. I don't know if it might have anything to do with Eridanus, but this presumably might lead to the Treasure Aloyisius was talking about. Andromeda is suppose to be near it right? We have to at least try to solve this before we move on" Melissa && Katara...Instructions, huh? Melissa hopped off of Katara's back and made her way through the crowd until she was between Solaris and the odd Jolteon, her eyes scanning the second line. "'Let the grass grow high'..." The Bulbasaur backed off a step and stared at the ground before the statue. She wasn't an expert or anything at this, but her mother had explained the basics to her before. Concentrating hard, the Bulbasaur extended some of her energy into the ground under her. Not much sunlight reached the forest floor, so this was tiring for the young grass type, but it was manageable. The Growth move took hold of the plants before the statue and they began to grow, not really fast, but enough that the growth itself was actually visible.

Tammet
Tammet remained limp until his feet touched the ground. He watched the Buneary for a few moments as the Normal-type spoke, deciding to have a seat there after they had stopped moving at the next obstacle. However, Tammet's own way of sitting was rather unorthodox. That than sitting on his rump like any other bi-pedal Pokemon, his seat was more of a crouched stance, his feet remaining planted firmly on the ground while the rest of his body curled up behind his knees, a sort of hovering squat. Tammet did this for a multitude of reasons, but the improving factor was it kept his legs worked out and tough. The Scraggy hooked a finger in the corner of his mouth as he turned his attention to the Kirlia that the Buneary seemed to be trying to impress. He watched the Kirlia for a moment before opening his mouth to speak. "Tha' paff's too easy. I'd say 'bout a 66.66% chance of bein' a trap... repeatin' of coh'se..." He commented. Harumi - Victor - Aiden
Harumi and Aiden continued to bicker about overly trivial things as the guild continued down the right path. Victor, of course, had no interest in how fast either of the quadrupedal Pokemon could run. At the moment, he was more involved in hoping to figure out this statue's riddle. He was in agreement that the straight path was far too easy a route, compared to what they had scene before. However, that could be the trick in itself. "... Could it be this entire riddle is a fraud?" He spoke up, only hoping that anyone was actually listening. "It's quite possible that the obstacles we've been through were to put us in the mindset that there is no easy road. The riddle here could be that the entire riddle is simply something to distract us from our course. If this place is still locked, then it's possible that 'Meda didn't go this way at all. She more than likely took the other path. The decision now is to continue down to find her, or see if deciphering this riddle is really worth it..."
