Seeing 'Lizcardo' approach with the tako yaki, Shun just stared at their apparent new waiter. What. The. Jack. There was no doubt in his mind that this was Lizzy.. wearing a ridiculous and poor disguise. She also did a rather poor job of masking her voice. He had a strong suspicion that she wasn't really supposed to be here. Why else would she try to don such a lame getup?
"What the hell do you think you're doing?" he hissed lowly.

Junko was completely unaware that the jig was up. She was busy making art. Edible art. It would be amazing. She was humming merrily to herself as she crafted each individual piece of sushi, even adding in a few rice balls to mold them into shape with her hands. Hmmm! What to make? Hearts, of course. Hearts were always good. She also used a new trick she learned recently; how to make a heart-shaped hard boiled egg. It was a lot of fun! And Seiji thought it was cute! So if someone like Seiji liked it then surely Shun and Mitsu would too, right? It was a nice surprise!
So she was completely oblivious to what was happening out front, which was good because she was actually very worried about what would happen if they were to be caught. She'd been worrying about that quite a bit.

"An accident," 'He' repeated with a nod as the plate of Tako Yaki was set down on the table, "A minor one though, so please do not worry."
Looking at Shun, she panicked internally, although she still remained pretty calm outwardly. Pausing a bit, she wondered if she should continue to lie or if she should come up with another excuse on the spot; in the end, she decided on the latter, seeing how Shun had seen through her brilliant disguise.
Sighing, she raised a finger to her lips, "The manager of the store asked me for help; they were short-handed today and needed some extras to fill a couple of roles. Waiters and cooks - so I asked some friends to help me out; we get free buffet coupons for helping out, so I figured why not?" Looking around, she then adjusted her pink mustache, "We're not supposed to be working though, due to schooling, so we decided to don this get-up to show that we are just 'volunteers', despite getting coupons out of it! Don't tell anyone, okay?"
That was the best lie ever. Ever.

In the end, Xiu had settled for both options--she had bought a small bouquet of cheap flowers from a nearby store, and picked some of the wildflowers growing outside as well. Once she managed to secure a vase, the Baku carefully arranged all of the flowers until it looked presentable, and then walked right back into the restaurant.
Upon walking in, she realized that--from the look on Shun's face--they had been discovered. Quickly, Xiu moved up towards their table so that she could catch the excuse that Lizzy was giving them, knowing that she would have to go along with it. Good thinking, Lizzy, She thought quietly, before stepping up beside her fellow "waiter" and clearing her throat.
"G-good evening," Xiu murmured, careful to keep her voice as low and, er, manly as she could. Hey, even if Shun knew it was them now, they were still supposed to keep their covers! Leaning forward, she carefully set the floral arrangement on Shun and Mitsu's table, and then stepped back to give a little bow. "I...I am...Yiu Long. Can I get either of you something to drink?"

"S..Shun..." It was the closest Mitsu could get to scolding, her tone wasn't exactly pleased that the reaper was being so mean but it made Mitsu realize that perhaps it wasn't that she couldn't see but that this person was in fact Lizzy. The act was soon dropped and Lizzy began to explain. "Aww its nice that you're helping out." Bought it, hook line and sinker. Though honestly Mitsu worked here and there too to earn money and she knew she needed to be hush hush about it so she understood Lizzy's need to be secretive. "Don't worry Lizzy, we won't tell anyone."
Eyeing the plate that Lizzy set down Mitsu picked up one of the tako yaki thoughtfully before giving it a try biting into half of it. Her eyes lit up a little behind her mask and she scooted the plate closer to Shun. "You should try one they are good."

Well, at least Lizzy didn't try to keep up the disguise because she wasn't fooling him at all. He had to wonder if she seriously thought she was fooling anyone with that getup.
As for her new excuse, it was screaming bullshit at him. It would be one hell of a coincidence that she had to work at the restaurant she told Shun to go to on this very day. Narrowing his eyes, he didn't say anything of it just yet as another person came by with... flowers.
"You too?" he frowned.
The Reaper really didn't know what to make of this, but whatever.
"Water's just fine," he grumbled before turning his attention to Mitsu. Well, the takoyaki did look pretty good. With a sigh, he took one and gave it a try. It was pretty damn good, so there was that at least.

Lizzy's disguise had been pretty funny but there was something about seeing the mustache on Xiu that had Mitsu biting her lower lip trying not to giggle. It was incredibly cute and not at all fitting on the baku's face.
When asked a question it actually took a moment for Mitsu to respond. She was too distracted by watching the mustaches on the two ghoul's faces. "I..I umm...water is fine." She stuttered around her words but for once not because she was nervous, Mitsu was simply fighting the urge to laugh.
"So have you both been here all evening?" Mitsu asked curiously plucking another takoyaki off the plate, her attention going to the flowers Xiu had set on the table. They were rather pretty but...why were they the only table with flowers?

'He' smiled at 'Yui Long' through 'his' mustache, resisting the urge to give 'him' a thumbs up; the flowers were lovely, and the setting was becoming more and more romantic... Now that's left was the music and food!
"I'll be returning to the kitchen then," She bowed and then left her 'co-worker' at the table before walking back to the kitchen. Oh her way, she dropped by the room where the music was being played, and switched it to the album 'Scarentine's top hits'; the first song that started to play was 'Don't want to miss a thing', and she found herself smiling and humming along as she left the room.
Apparently, the next song was 'Peacock'; Lizzy did not know this, or she would have removed it from the playlist.
Entering the kitchen, she made a beeline for Junko, "We were discovered! But don't worry, I got us covered!" She then took the chance to look at what the ghoul was currently doing, impressed with her culinary skills.

"W-water it is!" Xiu nodded vigorously, stopping only when she realized that half of her mustache had unstuck itself, and was now flopping around awkwardly. The moment this fact dawned on her, the Baku let out a squeak and whirled around, turning her back to Shun and Mitsu. She took a moment to pat the mustache back into place, fluffing it out a bit before she turned back to the pair. "Y-yes. I'll be back with your water in a moment."
She gave them a low, formal bow, and then head towards the kitchen in the manliest strut she could manage (because, you know, she was totally a boil). Junko and Lizzy received a wink and a wave before she went to get two glasses to fill up with water. With that done, the Baku carefully made her way back to the table, setting a glass down in front of each of them. "H-here's your water. If there's anything I can get you two--"
At that moment, the song changed. Xiu fell silent, her expression becoming unreadable. Clearing her throat, she smiled at Shun and Mitsu, twirling her mustache. "Would you two excuse me for a minute?" Again, she gave them a very slow, deliberate bow, and then she bolted out of there and into the kitchen.
"LIZCARDOOOO, WRONG SONG!"

"We already ha--"
It was too late. Xiu had already rushed off to get water when they already had their drinks. Letting out a sigh, he rain his hand through his hair before taking another takoyaki. What the hell were with the flowers? The song playing now was different from the asiany pop music that had been playing before.. which raised suspicion for the Reaper. What the hell were these girls really up to?
"Setting down Xiu," Shun frowned as she returned.
Just then, the song had shifted to something even more different.
Really?
Really?
This was getting more and more awkward and it was really starting to get on his nerves.

Mitsu wasn't going to tell the baku that they already had water. She seemed rather determined to serve them though Mitsu wouldn't have had time to say anything. Xiu was off to the kitchens before Shun could even utter a word leaving the two of them at the table looking around awkwardly as the song changed. Mitsu was far too distracted by everything going on to really pick up on the fact that the song was different than what had been playing. It was a nice tune though.
When Xiu returned with their drinks Mitsu nodded politely. "T..thank you X-" This time the song caught her attention and curiously Mitsu tilted her head up toward the speaker. They certainly had an interesting taste in music at this restaurant. Hadn't they played this at Prom during the hip thrusting?

"A-ah! SORRY YUI LONG!" She internally flailed, rushing to the songs room and yanking 'Peacock' out of the playlist. Shen then double checked to make sure that there would only be romantic songs playing before leaving the room; that was just one small mistake... Nothing to fret over!
Returning to the kitchen, she hovered near Junko, watching the ghoul with a wide-eyed, awed expression as she prepared the food.

Let's see. What did we have? Tuna, salmon, floresce...rice balls molded into hearts, slices of hard boiled eggs shaped into hearts..was there anything else she should add? They had only asked for the sushi but Junko felt they deserved more. She looked very proud of herself, humming cheerfully with the vaguely familiar melody she was hearing from outside of the kitchen. What was that song? It sounded...like she'd heard it before. But she couldn't quite pin it. Huh. It sounded like a fun song though~!
Lizzy returned and Junko looked up, eyes widening and hands nearly crushing the piece of sushi she had delicately been preparing. "Discovered?! ..Oh...uh..o-okay. How did you...?" If Lizzy had made up some kind of story she should know it too, right? So they would all match. She fixed the sushi she had nearly ruined and set it down with the rest of the sushi. She jumped as Xiu came in crying about the music, blinking and just staring.
"..What song was it?" She tilted her head to one side before looking down at her creations. "Oh! I'm done~! I gave them some extra stuff because...why not!" She gestured to the plates, grinning proudly.

The Baku flitted around nervously as she watched Lizzy rush off to change the music. It was probably a rather comical sight to see the mustached ghoul pacing back and forth behind Junko, relaxing only when she heard the music switch to something that was a little les...
...Well.
"P-phew! Thank you, Lizz--er, Lizacardo!" She beamed at the demoness, and then turned to observe Junko's creations. Xiu took in the food on the plates, staring silently. Then she stared some more. Finally, wide-eyed, she turned to Junko and clasped her hands together with a big grin. "It's so cute! You did an amazing job!" She praised eagerly, her tail wagging furiously behind her. Trotting over to the kitchen door, she poked her head out to check on their targets, and the walked back to pick up two of the plates. "I guess...now is the time to show off your creations! Let's go, Lizcardo!"
Trying to compose herself and wipe off the huge grin on her face, Xiu head out of the kitchen and towards the table, where she set down the plates in front of Mitsu and Shun. "W-we apologize for the wait." It took all of her willpower not to add, "AND LOOK AT YOUR FOOD, isn't it adorable?"

The expression on Shun's face as the song played through was... well.. actually not too different from his default look. He didn't look very amused though. Or any more amused than usual at least. Shaking his head, he soon turned as Xiu came back out to place their food down.
"Thank you.." he said quietly before looking at the sushi.
... They were heart shaped.
He had to wonder if one of Lizzy's friends was the chef at the moment as well because that didn't look like the pictures for sure. Raising an eyebrow, he grabbed his chopsticks.
"... Sure," he blinked before looking up at Mitsu, "Go ahead and give it a try. The green paste is wasabi.. I'd avoid that if you can't handle spice too well. Soy sauce should be safe, however."
