Body:
1) All colours are to be inspired by the main colour ref below.
2) Her legs are to be black or a very deep blue in colour and work up to a lighter blue on her body.
3) Rare flashes of purple should be added to the main part of the body.
4) The black part of her legs should be marked with a design to look like the glow worms, ref below.
5) One of her other key markings is a Maori themed tattoo which is on her lower jaw and works down her throat, reference image below, in black.
6) Her hair colour is to be a very light blue, close to white, though the artist is free to add some of the purple tone from the body should they feel it looks right.
Face: The eyes are to be the same colour blue as the markings on her legs.
Mane:
1) As for the mane any design will do, so whatever the artist feels suits. Though I would like it in essence to be long and flowing but gathered loosely in places.
2) Where the hair is gathered it is to be held there with pins or clips and strands of bead work, threaded in her hair made to look like a chain of bioluminescence insects, see ref below.
Tail: She is to have a classic unicorn tail, though very long and flowing at the end.
Hooves/Fetlocks: The hair on her hooves is also to be long and flowing.

~*~ Colors & Markings ~*~
Body: I am terrible at coloring markings, but it's basically Catch-a-bird's coloration simplified and a bit lighter in color. Feel free to tweak it around to what looks nice.
Face: Unlike the horse, her face would be dark like the reference.
Mane: Just a black main. It's pretty much knee length hair that is half up half down, tied with a small blue string where it twists, not sure if you'd see this on the lines. I'm not very good at drawing hair so feel free to change to what looks nice. Maybe some nice bangs instead of the hair being pulled from the front. I just have the basic ideas.
Tail: Again, just black in color, he tail would reach the ground and be gathered around her hooves much like the drawn reference. Pretty simple, again free range to change about to what fits/looks nice as long as the basic idea is there.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Regular hooves, with longer fetlocks like the draft.

The markings on his tail of the ref would be across his back. front legs would have markings like the Refs arms. Back legs would have similar markings, go wild with the markings for the back legs as long as their similar to the front. Face:Green eyes Mane:Cropped hair style, base is a soft seagreen color with almost teal like tips. Tail:Wild tail colored the same as mane Hooves/Fetlocks:Softer shade of blue then the body.
