Most guys don't see that I play video games untill I beat them. Unless it's stragy, war type games. I suck at thoes.

I've never really given it much thought. I always just knew that I loved videogames and that was all that really mattered to me.
I don't really run into much trouble with online games and people being jerks, though, because I don't have a mic for my PS2, so there's no way people would know my gender, anyway.

They think we are suppose to be girly girls and like s**t like make-up and going shopping yeah yeah thats true and some cases but thats not all we girls do sometimes when i get bored or wanna have fun i pick up a video game and play and they need to understand they we girls arent weak or suck at video games we kick a**.

Swayambhu The majority of men I've met that were real hardcore gamers, also have never had a girlfriend before. There have been few exceptions that I have witnessed. sweatdrop On Diablo II (expansion pack), I joined in on a Baal run with my necromancer. Slaughtered many, did my curses, summoned undead... They asked me to join them more on Cow and Baal runs. "Leik, dood, u rule" "..I'm a girl, not a 'dood'. e_e;" "omg ur kidding. grlz play on Diablo!?!?1" "Er..I should hope so. I'm sure I'm not the only girl here. neutral " "o, ok...a/s/l?" "......" So yeah. confused It..really bothers me when guys a/s/l me, too. stare Had that one too, They really didn't believe I was a girl, I think they still can't believe it confused I was playing with a necromancer, they said chicks never play with those!

In my opinion, boys think that girls can't handle the violence and gory stuff that are included in a lot of video game nowadays so that's why they tend to think that girls and video games don't mesh well together.

Boys think that most girls are too catty and prissy.
There's nothing wrong with liking girly stuff like the magazines and makeup yet still be a chick gamer, right?

They're just mad because women are rising in power. Plus, they need to realize that if it wasn't for the ladies, they wouldn't be here.( I'm never getting pregnant X_X)
But, anyway, they try to say that we are too fragile to those games...
Like hell we are.
I plan to make a videogame and it must have Square Enix gaphics--I won't settle for less. And it will be rated T,
I already have a rather gorey scene in mind that I must put in. twisted
Girls rule.

blame Barbie! Yeah Barbie! She made it seemed all girls liked pink and played with dolls n whatever. And guys got the cool action figures. Blame mcDonalds too since they didnt help at all either. And videogames just went under the guy line. But that has all changed twisted

Don't blame the men too much. It all goes back to the airheaded ho's who absolutely suck at everything: personality, mature thinking, etc.
Guys are usually surrounded by these types of girls from the moment they're kicked into kindergarden to high school. These girls who care not about anything but themselves and their "status", and who they're gonna kneel infront of next. (You know what I mean.) So, it's understandable most guys don't know what to think when they see those of the opposite gender who have a similiar interest in games.. with a brain!

i dont dress up and be preppy...i think those are most of the girls they think dont paly video games but I love them. I talk about them and say them in my interests. I have never really had a reaction of ME playing video games as a suprise...maybe cause I wear gaming shirts XD

I only know 1 girl in my area that plays games. She has Gamecube too. I think that is cool. lol back to topic. It is because the companys that make games make them more for guys. I can own anyone who faces me at any of my games. I would love to have my a** kicked by a girl. lol it woud be funny. Then I would marry her burning_eyes eek xd rofl

`Stardust Why do most guys assume that girls dont play video games? I have yet to read a label on a game that says "Boys only"
What do you think?? cause many guys haven't met a gaming girl that's good. not all, just many guys. & in all the time they play games, they assume that girls aren't good. but I've met quite a few really good gamer girls who can beat me. & I give em lots of respect.
