Opal smiles then stands next to Ion her side pressed against his as she started nibbling on the apples. "These are so fresh and delicious. So after this we shall go see this pond? I bet it is beautiful. Does it have fish in it?"

"Yes." Ion started but Tide overrode him as fish were one of his favorite subjects. "Yes, yes it does, lots of fish. It is a gorgeous pond with lots of water lilies and good plant cover on the sides. There is also a very comfortable place for one to lay down to observe said fish." spouted Tide in a cascade of words. Ion just raised an eyebrow at his brother and winked at Opal.

Opal blink at the rambling then whispers in Ion's ear. "Remind me never to ask about fish again." She smiles at Tide. "Ohhh how very nice. And I can get into the pond if I like correct?"

Tide grunts. "I guess, just don't squish my fish." he says. Ion laughs loud and long. Tide stares at him dispassionately.

Opal eyed him. "What makes you think I would squish fish? I move as slow as possible when entering a lake or pond so I do not harm them. They are another living creature and hurting another living creature is wrong in all ways." She smiled at Ion. "Are you a fish squisher?"

" I don't dare to go near that pond. I would probably lose an ear, so no I'm not a fish squisher." said Ion, glaring at his brother. He whispered very quietly to Opal. "I only go into it when he is not looking, usually in the dark of night." he smiled.
"Huh, what are you talking about over there Ion?" asked Tide.
"Oh, just how I'm going to brush all the pine needles out from under our tree once we get back brother."
