"Oops." Hibiki murmured as the over-energetic red-head redirected her course from walking towards them to Kuro's playfulness. "Sorry, Kira, I guess he went overboard, I just wanted him to retrieve her..." He grumbled as he put his fingers to his lips. He whistled, as he motioned with his other hand for the fox to come back to their group.
Kuro's ears perked up momentarily as he heard the other Inuzuka call him. He nodded to himself as he continued to be pet by the girl. He had already noticed her abundance of energy right away, it was also easy to figure out that she didn't have much caution with the unknown as she reached out to pet an animal. His mission wasn't to find a suitable group member, but to just drag this Wind Country girl back. He yipped twice in excitement and jogged a circle around her before bounding back to Hibiki and Kira.
(Its alright ava, I haven't been feeling too well, so I haven't had much energy to post :s )

Hayato looked over to the female in which Aya was interested in bringing as a partner. He seemed nice enough, but seemed to be easily distracted by a random animal that just happened to be in the area. He watched for a moment as this wind shinobi played around with the animal, but noticed quickly that it's attention was more directed in a different area. He tried to follow the line of sight and noticed that it was looking at another young male. It seemed that she was focused on this animal so he looked over to Aya and shook his head. "Well... she seems kinda of... distracted... and as for my statistical values, look at it this way. With adding one more person to the team, there is a 50% chance of getting an ally. Adding two people though doubles the amount of possibilities; 2 non-allies, 1 ally and 1 non-ally, 1 non-ally and 1 ally, or lastly 2 alleys. If we look at the fact in which we try to gain at least 1 ally, there are 3 of the 4 possibilities in which will produce an ally." He paused for a second and then looked around only to continue his mini-speech. "I know that two of the possibilities seem the same but the factor of we don't know who is what means that we cannot ignore the fact in which that one outcome can come in two different ways. This is all of my theory though so take it as you will." He nodded as he did a double check over in his mind as he continued to scan the area. He then noticed the loud male from before then smiled a bit. "There we go... Did you hear that rather loud male? He seemed like he's willingly looking to gain some team members... I'm game for trying to gain him as a member... but up to you Aya... I'd like to act fast though if at all possible."

Oasis did, more or less what was expected of her, she watched the little animal as it let out an excited yipping and then took off. She grinned and followed after the animal right quick. She found herself standing before a couple of individuals now. She looked up from the animal to the two new strangers. She grinned brightly and straightened her stance "Hiyo!" she chimes with a big wide grin across her face. "I'm Oasis, nice to meet you!" she cheers extending her hand out at them in greeting. She hadn't found Hatsuma yet, however now she had found a group of people, how fortuitous. She hadn't put together the fact that the fox had lead her to them or that the fox was there with them. "And you guys would be?" she questions curiously.

~*~ "Ladies and Gentlemen, may I please have your attention please. The first exam is officially over, your actions, conversations and current standings within your teams will now be noted and graded." The voice boomed out throughout the entire area for all the contestants to hear. The proctors that had been standing by, idly watching, were now with their heads bent to their notepads, scribbling away. "However, do not leave yet... the second exam will take place shortly and your status as Allies and Invaders is not over yet..." ~*~ You may still post in this thread but may not leave as of yet. Currently all lines done in this thread will grant you +2 EXP. Do enjoy~
The second exam will be posted up after a short break.

As the girl aproached Kira greeted her with a warm, friendly smile, Hello, My name is Kira Moto of the mist. 'I should just come out and be honest with her.. Even though the exam is now over, I still think continuing to form a larger group would be wise. Kira raised on hand and roughly ran his hand though his spiky, blonde hair. While holding a smile Kira began to speak his next part in a very calm friendly tone, "I'm going to be completely honest with you. I waved you over with the intentions of talking to you long enough to decide on whether or not my first impresson of you being an allie were correct. You see my assumption isn't based upon your natural appeal, or the fact that you are a female, it was based upon the theory that I devised before I exposed myself as being an ally. You didn't rush over to me which leads me to believe you may have thought it was a trap. You not only stayed back, but you seem to be weighting out all of your options before jumping into a team which also added up to the possibility of you being an ally. Whether I'm right or wrong with my first analysis doesn't matter because the time to make teams is up, though I still wouldn't mind if you joined us. I have the same feeling as everyone else that these groups are going to be used in the future, and I would like to have you with us. This may seem a bit pushed and I apologize, but as you know time is of the essence and the next exam is due to start shortly. So I give you my word that all I have spoken is truth and that I would rather risk my life to protect an ally than to risk my name and lie to anyone. Regardless of your position in this game the offer stands." Kira still held the warm appearance that he had from the beginning, though for somehow along the way he was giving off a more serious aura. He was trying to make her feel as comfortable as possible, but still understand the urgency of her decision. The offer was on the table, now all that was left was for her and Hibiki to agree.

"Why don't we just ask someone, standing around isn't going to get anywhere, if it works out it works out, if not it doesn't". Aya said with a smiled as she looked at Hayato after he talked about what the best options would be from a statistical stand point, and smiled up at him a little more as he talked up on the people he though would be interested in joining them, and Aya had been interested in an it was up to her to pick who they go with. "Ok then lets ask both of them then, we go ask the guy you were talking about and ask the girl, I was talking about". Aya said as she gets ready to go talk to the girl, then watch as she played with a little fox, that she kinda wanted to play with as well, but watched as the fox ran off to some other people and the girl followed after it joining up with a new group, Aya stayed with Hayato as they went to talk to the guy he wanted to see.
Aya musters her courage as she gets ready to go talk to the girl, as she was about to head off to talk to her and the group she was now with,as it was announced that the first stage had ended, and because of Aya being unsure about herself and being a little slow resulted in her only forming a team with Hayato and in tern slowing him down, but she held her head up and stood with Hayato. "Want to go talk to that guy, we can still use this time to meet new people". Aya said a little more relax now the pressure from the test was over.

Hibiki sighed happily as Kira went the most direct route possible and explained the situation rather quickly. He had no doubt in his head that this girl possessed vast amounts of energy, although it seemed she was rather...ditsy, (after all, who else would forget their mission and begin playing with a fox?) That may be a problem, however our choices are very, very limited. He thought as Kira began acting cool and friendly. It reminded the Inuzuka of why he enjoyed being around this other Mist Genin. He was just easy to be around, even for the brief amount of time they were even together.
"Yes, we still need one more member to our little group. It doesn't matter what side you are on, because either way we still lack the first requirement, a three man squad. My name is Hibiki Inuzuka, also from the mist." He added in with his own friendly grin thrown into the mix. The playful Vulpes looked up at the Wind Country Gal and nodded, urging her to agree.

Oasis blinked and grinned up at the two "Kira, Hibiki. Nice to meet you." she states, saying that once again. She rocked from side to side some as she listened to what Kira had to say, she wasn't an ally, so it was sort of funny that he assumed she was because of her actions, seeing as a few of her actions were based on her tardiness. However she was pretty sure you weren't supposed to tell everyone what you were so she wasn't going to give up that bit of information. "You think alot like my friend does." she mewls with a smile, this was quite true Hatsuma always analyzed things like kira seemed to have. "Well, Oasis needs a team, or she goes into the next part solo and that probably wouldn't be any fun... So unless its too late to form a group then Oasis is willing to join you." she states with a wide energetic gesture of swinging her arms out around her before reaching them both out at the two of them. "If the proctors still let it, then lets be a team now." she states brightly.

Kyu scratched his cheek thoughtfully as the overhead announcer proclaimed that the second part of the exam was on its way. Contestants were not allowed to leave yet, and were to remain in their teams. Not surprisingly, the Ally/Invader titles were still in effect, and the status would be sticking around for part two.
"So," Kyu began. He crossed his arms, and looked at Hatsuma, then at Notwen, "Since it would seem that our time is up, it looks like we're a team, unless you want to jump on the bandwagon of some other ninja. Or if you want to call anyone over to join in, now might be the time." Kyu sighed, and continued, "As it would appear, we have to continue the infiltration charade. Chances are, Notwen is going to get some special assignment aside from the main one. Most likely, its going to be something to hinder the primary goal."
"I have no clue what they'll be assigning you, Notwen, but in the event that its a rough objective, don't sweat it." Kyu gave the Kumo-nin a thumbs up, "At least you gave us a heads up, right? That's good enough for me."
((sorry for the wait guys, darn that real life, always getting in the way of stuff sweatdrop ))
