Kira's eyes widened at this but then died down to their normal size. She was used to receiving orders such as this but she didn't expect to have to fight her own colleague. She looked at the Judge with some uncertainty but obviously a little bit of determination in her eyes and loyalty "Yes Sir, I shall do my utmost best to carry out your order" This voice held confidence but it was obvious that she did not want to do this. She slowly walked towards the other Zero Division member. As she did her arms stayed folded in front of her and her eyes looked at Aerin with a look of forgivness for what she was must do. Kira was planning to not take out her Zanpaktou until she deemed she needed too. She would fight more hand to hand unless she needed to take it to the next level. Kira was not weak by any means, but her Zanpaktou was dangerous and she needed to be careful. Her hair swayed gently to the side as she stood there a good meter away from him and the Vizard. "Sorry. Judges orders Aerin. I have no choice in this matter. An honorable death would be to not fight back, knowing that this is the Judges decision, but if you wish to fight dishonorably I understand your reasoning."

Leisurely, Kiyoshi raised his shrinking scythe, eyes still onto Dyan who at least knew better than to see Shinigamis as allies. However, the newborn vizard still believed that he was to walk out of this alive and well. Two of the six judges had spoken to reaffirm the laws they themselves had written. What more did those idiots need to get them moving? Right. Their ridiculous sense of justice. Vizards and a Marshall to deal with. The Central was really making the captains work for their title. "Time to make heads roll." In a flash, the head of the Secret Mobile Corps had reappeared next to Daichi and Oroshi. A tinkling in the distance was heard as he dropped his own little greeting before vanishing once more."Get in my way again and you will be next on my list. And Nagano? Get your act together. Vizards are of your department."
Kiyoshi was next seen landing just out of sword's reach of Dyan, twirling his now sickle sized scythe as three flashes of gold converged towards him. They were the rings that were part of his zanpaku-to and although he could recall once the kido stored in them had been used up, their speed was far inferior to that of a captain level shunpo. However, he had merely recalled them to disperse his target's attention. The main act began when he pointed at Dyan with his scythe and dashed forward for a thrust as his zanpakuto unleashed a massive explosion behind the ex-lieutenant. "I'll make this quick and painless." Unless Dyan was capable of blocking assaults on both sides, evasion was the wisest choice of action, but Kiyoshi wasn't a Hoho master and a captain for nothing. Of course, even he would not escape unscathed from the explosion as Tekidanhei was a double-edged sword.

Taicho "Don't assume that just because I'm nice..." "Where you see a powerful ally, I see an uncontrollable power. You don't know what being a Vizard will do to his personality, to his ability...to his alliance.
Hayate said with a sigh. Oroshi was looking at Dyan as though he were completely predictable. There was no way they'd know what he would do if he was released from that barrier. But if they didn't need to take that risk, Hayate sure as hell didn't want to take it. If they had a chance to get rid of a potential threat, why not eliminate it early?
"Think about the turmoil it'd cause among the ranks. It's causing trouble now, and this is just among the Captains. It's easier, Oroshi. And if you don't see that, then I won't hesitate to move you.
As he spoke, Madarao finally decided to show up as well as Tengo Orimichi, another judge. The scales were definitely tipped in favor of the Shinigami now. With their exits sealed, it would be up to the captains now to make sure that order was preserved. But Tengo's words alarmed him, as did Aerin's sudden shift in alliance. Three Vizards and two traitors all in one day. It were as though the very foundations of the Soul Society were beginning to crumble around him. Who else was a traitor? Outside of the captains here, who could he trust now? That would come later. Right now...he had orders to execute the invaders where they stood.
"Yes sir. Hayate replied to the judge almost instantly. Oroshi didn't seem like much of a priority any more now that he had something to do. He turned on his heels, facing the two Vizards still within the castle.
"Well, you heard the man. I'll try to make it as quick as possible for you." Hayate raised his hands above his head, then whipped them forward, casting his cat gauntlets at Kazei like fishing lures, claws outstretched. It was time to get this over with.  Oroshi looked down and began to leave the castle once more,
"'Who decides these laws; these heinous words; no man, nor mortal can; with breath still in there hands condemn; The souls of innocent men.' I refuse to watch you, take this form of justice, and watch innocent and foolish people consider this to be mercy. All powers, can be controlled if they need to be..." Oroshi walked away feeling truly sick to his stomach, even as a young captain it's clear the others wouldn't heed his logic and decided that it would be best to be with his squad. As the man wearing the number five walked away he could feel the excitement of the man about to behead some other squads lieutenant. He decided to honor the fallen and he pulled out his zanpakou and whispered to it as storm clouds rolled in and began to rain masking the captains tears... for losing a innocent soul today.
"I can't stop you. But you can't stop me from not liking it." The Captain flash-stepped down to the city below.(( I am only going into the soul society city not the civilians city [aka not defecting]))

 The second judge was now entering the air began to thicken as the results of this argument heated up, and more step forward to helping. But reluctance turned to the order of a captain being slain and himself and the others to fall as well. It's war at the first hand and this is what a last stand feels like then he must survive to help others like him. Also to not face these same tormentas he did from his peers. Oroshi was leaving and Dyan understood why he must, his everlasting loyalty was not going in vain. For his loyalty didnt just fall intwined with soul society...but with justice and peace. The luxury that Dyan himself will not ever feel again if things don't work out in the coming time.
Dyan watched as the captain made his own choice of facing him, it was clear. Two long arms from Dyans shadow called " the arms of the reaper " was casted and Dyan seen the three rings which was cast by the captain. As the captain rings reached half of where he was Dyan dropped the zanpakuto while the captain pointed his zanpakuto at Dyan, giving him time before the strike was in attempt. As the captain dashed so did Dyan toward and exactly when the captain. But Dyan passed through the captain and rings using a shikai technique called " spirit shadow ". Which enabled Dyan to become a non solid and then solid Dyan turned around as stopped in least the distance of two swords. While the shadow arms grabbed the zanpakuto that had fell in front of the captain. The arms raised at shoulder length with the captain.
But the real threat was the hado spell that was active after Dyan stopped moving "hado number 25" pushing further faster away from Dyan since he was in the positioning of thrusting. Dyan had a shadow hand free waiting for an oppurtunity to be had. His hoho technique would be rendered usless as for the speed he was moving was greater now, and made the captain more aerodynamic in the process.

The truth was that being stuck in Soul Society with so many captains was not the best idea. Their orders stated nothing about causing chaos in Soul Society, meaning all of this was an unneeded risk. With that being said he stepped back into the portal, returning back to its initial point of origin. The portal would stay open for a second or two after Koto's departure and would allow only Kazei through. Koto would have full control of this portal and would be waiting on the other side. Nothing could travel through without Koto's approval upon entrance and exit. He took note of his successor, Kiyoshi as he exited.
" Second Division Captain. I am interested to see what you have done in my former position, although that is an evident impossibility. "
He said vanishing through the portal.

There he would spot the eleventh division captain drawing in on him for a head on assault. "Hmph." He smirked before shooting his zanpakuto forward in a swift whipping motion, making it seem as if his blade taken the form of liquid steel as it fluidly twisted lashed in and outward, threatening to entangle Hayate's zanpakuto in it's slashes. The blade seemed to swim around Hayate's claws as it constantly stung the edges of the eleventh division captain's zapakuto from various angles, causing the eleventh division's captain to be forced to the side. This technique was known as the Suieizouken or Swimming Sword. It's nature was unpredictable, and it's movement was so fluid that it made the blade of the zanpakuto to move in a swift whipping waterhose like motion. Kazei would let off a small chuckle as he turned his attention away from the eleventh division captain. He took a moment to take in the mayhem that was taking place in the White Castle, as well as how the judges had condemned Dyan and the Zero Division Ring Two High Marshal with the death penalty. This was a living testament to the brutality of Soul Society. This was the Soul Society that he had remembered. A sense of nostalgia had set in on him, causing him to somewhat halfway smile at the arrival of the two central 46 judges as well as the gathering of two zero division members. Though he had not expected one to betray his own kin to assist Kazei in escaping. "Central 46, Gotei 13, and the Royal Guard. This is quite the family reunion." He chuckled before glancing at the rest of the shinigami. He had to admit. Their plan was a grand one. Trapping them inside the Seireitei was a fine idea. The sekkiseki rock that the walls were composed of made sure no intruder could use interdimensional gateways such as senkaimon, garganta, or any type of portals. With the kidou corps enhancing these rocks, there was no escape through the use of interdimensional techniques. Not to mention the exits and entries to the White Castle were blocked as well. They had thought this out well, he had to give them credit where it was due. However this was far from enough to keep Kazei trapped in a single area. He nodded his head in disappointment towards Koto, who seemed to have become intimidated by the rising number of shinigami and higher ups entering the room. "Calm yourself and think straight Koto" He spoke calmly and reassuringly before placing his hand on Koto's zanpakuto. "If you're going to use that thing, use it to do battle. Not to run away because it will do you no use." This was true. The Kidou Corps had already nullified any use of interdimensional techniques, and Koto's zanpakuto's abilities fell into that category.
"Besides, I have a plan. Escaping by the means of portals and gates within the Seireitei have been tossed out of the window. Therefore, we escape by force" With those words, he placed his hand on Dyan's shoulder before flash stepping towards the end of the White Castle where a small explosion would occur. Dust and debris would cloud the mid surface of the floors and the southern section of the wall had been blown completely outward. His plan was simple. "We meet up in the Rukongai District. There are no sekkiseki barriers in that area. We take our leave there." His voice bellowed from within the clouds of smoke and debris before fading away. This was a man who was always one step head of the game. To simply believe a kidou barrier would be the end of his prime was nothing more than a childish fantasy, but everyone was allowed to dream.-Exit-Destionation: Rukongai

... Upon hearing Kazei's offer, Aerin paused for a moment and then shook his head. "Kira, something tells me that he wants me to get it for him myself but I don't really follow orders from Central 46 or Gotei 13 execpt the King but if you wish to fight me then we will meet again no one fight any Vizards but only me." I don't want to take any unneccessary actions that could result in him not opening the gate, it's too important. Still not taking his eyes off of Kira, Aerin motioned to Kazei and Kota. "They leave" With that being said, Aerin has vanished out of the White Castle and began making his way to Kazei as quickly as possible. My mansion isn't too far from here but I should destroy my mansion and I ...It'll take a little bit, but it's the only option I have.

The target had avoided the point of Kiyoshi's scythe, but that was to his advantage as well since the nearest thing he had been pointing at was at least 40 feet away. The force of the explosion was had been depleted enough when it actually reached Kiyoshi to only leave first degree burn on his face and scorch marks on his clothes. However, Dyan had phased through him using the very ability that had made him a lieutenant. It had not been the first time Kiyoshi had seen it, but he couldn't say that he was familiar with it either. The Kido spell had propulsed Kiyoshi towards the explosion meant for Dyan and onto the other's waiting blade, but the possibly dangerous blade was parried with a simple rotation of Kiyoshi's scythe, rings clinking against each other as they reattached themselves to Tekidanhei's bankai form. A simple motion of clockwise torsion had brought the scythe's chine slamming up into his opponent's zanpakuto. What was unfortunate for the other man was that he had decided to turn around behind Kiyoshi and the latter did not hesitate to make use of his Bankai's ability once more. The other end of the hakuda master's scythe had been pointing behind him due to the thrusting movement and an explosion with enough strength to blow a hole in the white castle was released five feet behind whatever the tip had been pointing. In this case, it had been pointing at Dyan. The hado spell, though well thought out only served to push Kyoshi further away from said explosion and the fact that the Kurotsuki had been parried only made Dyan's efforts obsolete.
The heel of Kiyoshi's scythe was then slammed onto the ground and using the head of his lengthening scythe as a lever to shoot up and away from the brunt force of his own explosion. It was then that he noticed the retreating vizard and traitor and landed with a thud next to the female Marshall, haori and hanten in cinders and second degree burns all over his back. However, despite the mess he was in, his scowl was still in place. He was not pleased by the fact that their targets had escaped, but as a side note, it only meant that Dyan had been fated to fall. Had the others helped the young vizard, he may have escaped. Of course, that would be if he survived what Kiyoshi had already thrown at him which was highly unlikely as his Zanpakuto was known for its pure explosive power. "This is taking too long. Suiiki left. Shall I assume that he deserted?" he scowled. "Or should we pursue the criminals to Rukongai?" It was an indirect request for back-up from Kiyoshi as he was too proud to directly ask and not suicidal enough to challenge the criminal vizard. Of course, if he was to engage them there, there was a high chance that Rukongai will be reduced to rubles and add Kira to the lot, things would turn rather badly.

Going around this way was just tedious, nothing more. Koto preferred to do things in a quick and efficient manner; escaping the Seireitei was complicated to say the least. If they had the possibility of using Kotos portals to make their escape, then why not take it? He sighed ever so slightly before following Kazei.
" Fine, we shall do it your way. "
In an instance Koto had vanished, leaving only an after image in his place. He was not a flash step master for nothing; even the fastest captain could not follow his unique Shunpo very easily. Catching up to Kazei in no time, he proceeded through the hole in the wall with his comrade.

 The explosion rang as the wall of the white castle crumbled and fell for an exit. The light shown through brightly. But Dyan had another thing in mind the captain which was using fire as Dyan could now see as the explosion the captain was pushed into. The Zanpkato of Dyan was parried but the shadow arm that held the zanpakto went towards Dyan and Dyan was already gone about time the captain would have had time to retract the rings and stop from the force of the kido. Then the captain had released his banaki but Dyan was already gone thanks to Kazei for his flash step.
Dyan ran along side of Kazei, while koto joined them in their escape. [exit-rokongai]

Taicho "Don't assume that just because I'm nice..." While his claws zoomed toward their intended target, Kazei's Swimming Sword technique would force him to retract the chains before he did too much damage to them. The Vizard's skill set was impressive. Even in the midst of battle, Hayate had to recognize that. But just as quickly as their fight had begun, Kazei made his exit as well as Aerin, Dyan and Koto through a hole caused by an explosion. He silently cursed his awful luck and sighed, reverting from his shikai state back into his original form now that the threat was gone. He immediately sheathed his two blades, as holding them with his palm wounds caused him immense pain.
"If you go after them, I won't be able to follow you. At least not immediately. I'm going to see about getting my hands fixed up now that I have a chance...
He said quietly, responding to Kiyoshi as he winced, poking at his blood-encrusted palms. After all, he would be of no use in a fight injured. Better to go now while there's a moment's reprieve. "...that I'll keep giving you second chances." Zanpakuto

Sekai no Ki▆▅▃▂ Events were going on too fast for Daichi to have enough time to react properly, people we're taking sides, others were fighting, and Daichi was trying to find some sense of calm in order to think, but it was a luxury he did not have the pleasure to partake in, especially when another of the Judges made an appearance. Daichi ignored Kiyoshi's... comment and focused on the Vizard who were already making an escape.
"Kiyoshi. You and I are going to deal with them, Oroshi's harmless for now, he can be dealt with later... Anyone else who's handy should come too, and someone needs to get Hayate some medical attention... One more thing."
Daichi got in close to Captain Yukimori's face and spoke calmly.
"Do. Not. Tell me how to do my job."
With a quick step Daichi was after the fleeing traitors, staff in hand and a determined look on his face. Vizards, Advents, Quincy, they were all his department, what he had the most knowledge on... he had fought and killed them before, but not ones of this level, these were former Captains, and they were very powerful. But he had to defeat them. There was no need, or want, or try. It was what simply had to be.

Taicho "Don't assume that just because I'm nice..." As Daichi gave out orders before following after the Vizards, Hayate stared at his palms intently. To some, they looked like wounds. But the scars he'd have on his palms would always remind him of how close he came to death. Sure, he's had plenty of scrapes with death before, but there was something about having a large sword mere inches away from cutting off his head that seemed to have spooked him. He needed a little time to reflect and a lot of time to rest.
"No...I'm not going to wait around for a medic. I'll just go. Good luck, Kiyoshi."
He announced before walking away from the ruined remains of the White Castle. He didn't feel like waiting around for medical aid. Who knows how long that'd take? It would just be easier if he went to them. ((Exit to: Medical Ward)) "...that I'll keep giving you second chances." Zanpakuto

As all this commotion happened Kira was left in the room with only a select few and of course the judges. As she watched all this conspire Kira's eyes looked at the judge that commanded her to kill Aerin. As she looked at him she gave a brief sigh. "It seems that I am no longer needed in this fight, unless the sould king commands it I shall not kill him myself, but I suppose that Captain has no choice." With this Kira came to a single knee in front of the judges "My apologies..perhaps I should learn to expan my confidence.." Her eyes looked at both judges and especially the one that had commanded her. A slight breeze carried through the now crakcs in the white castle from the walls, nothing really seemed to affect her. She then rose up once again and spoke gently "I will apologize for this mess myself, I shall do my best to prevent it for the future, perhaps I should have known that we would run into a situation like this." Kira then trailed off before asking a question addressed to both of them "Please allow me to escort you to where you wish to go. I will happily do so" As Kira awaited their reply she stayed in her bow, but after receiving nothing she took off the the Court of Pure Souls. She sensed a great deal of Reiatsu in that area.
