RCCaughtem SubonicXP "Geesh, I was just saying..." Sub said in a deflated tone as everyone shot down his burning-the-place-down idea. "Hey, at least I would have beaten Night to jail." He said sticking his tongue out at Night jokingly. "I want to go check out that tower." Sub said heading towards the tower and walking in. But as he did a man carrying a large backpack came up to the group of Snagems. "Hey, any of you up for a quick battle?" He asked. RC frowns. "What is so important about that Tower?" he asks Sub. He heard the challenge of the backpacker, but ignored the request because he knew that Night had called the next battle awhile back. "Hm? Well, the brochure says it's a symbol of the Unova region's sense of liberty, a reminder to its people. I guess it has more meaning for the citizens of the region than visitors. Ah well, it's suppose to be neat to look at." He shrugged and walked up to the tower, staring up at it for awhile. "Though...is it just me, or do you get a weird feeling from the tower RC?"

Akio took the rare pokemon's name and appearance into account and decided to follow the others, not interested in watching another fire type battle.

"Heru, Fire Fang," Night said calmly as the canine took the damage from the pokemon's quick attack. Heru growled lightly as her mouth became engulfed in flames shortly before rushing to clamp her fangs down into whatever part of the horse she could get her jaws around.

RC stops for a moment. He closes his eyes and focuses to up his senses. his eyes quickly snap open. Oh yeah. Something was off with that tower. There was a chi spike of some sort, but he was having a hard time pinning the exact type down. "It's just not you. There is something in or around that tower that is giving off alot of chi." RC says.

"I can feel it too." Sol spoke up. "But it's hard to discern at this distance."
Ceramew nodded a second later. She was feeling it for a little while now.

The Zebstrika bellowed in pain as Heru clamped down on it. "Ouch, sorry you had to take that buddy. Make it pay, Thunder Wave!" The backpacker ordered. The Electric type huffed a bit as electric crackled around its body, looking to paralyze Heru who was clamped on its side.
Sub nods at RC and Sol but continues to eye the tower. "It's funny, the more I'm around massive amounts of chi the more I seem to feel its presence, however extremely faint." He shrugged. "You guys want to check it out for the hell of it? At least here we know it can't be one of our best friend's experiments." He said with a laugh as he entered the tower.

SubonicXP The Zebstrika bellowed in pain as Heru clamped down on it. "Ouch, sorry you had to take that buddy. Make it pay, Thunder Wave!" The backpacker ordered. The Electric type huffed a bit as electric crackled around its body, looking to paralyze Heru who was clamped on its side. Sub nods at RC and Sol but continues to eye the tower. " I wouldn't think so, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was." he says.

Lykas had been hanging back with Odd, trying to get the poor guy to stop feeling like he was crazy. "It's not you, Odd. But these guys have probably just gotten way too used to wierd stuff to even consider something like that to be interesting." The teen offered. "I think it's a pretty cool story, though."
"Do you feel that? It feels warmer here than it did int he city....." Odd interrupted.
"Actually ya...but we're kinda on an island now. We're in direct sunlight and there aren't as many drafts from the shadowy alleys between all those big buildings anymore."
"Maybe you're right." Odd conceeded as the two proceeded to follow Sub and the others. Maybe seeing the tower firsthand would help cheer Odd up.

Sol didn't sound amused. "That said, I'm surprised you're feeling the chi yourself. But for you to do so, it must be a very high amount." "It... feels a little like that Regirock did. Lots of sheer power. But I dun think that's earth chi." Ceramew said. She was just finishing her cone, too.

"s**t," Night said as Heru got hit with the Thunder Wave. Grabbing two pokeballs, she quickly recalled Heru back before releasing her newest pokemon. "Alright, Ouro, let's see how you do in battle, shall we?" Moments later, a large brown Arbok appeared where Heru had once been, "Use Dig."
The snake sneered at Night for a moment before turning towards its intended target. If one were to look close enough, they might have seen what would appear to be drool forming around his lips. Dinnertime for the snake? Suddenly, he burrowed himself deep underground before tunneling towards the unusual looking pokemon.

As Sub entered the tower he looked around observing his surroundings, didn't really see anything out of the ordinary, was pretty empty on the inside. There were stairs leading up to a terrace but that's all he really saw. "You're telling me Sol." He said to the hybrid. "The feeling comes and goes though." He shrugged. "It's warm in here, I'll say that."
"Can I help you?" A person says from behind the group, should they turn around they would find a person dressed in rather odd clothing if their outfit was trying to mimic that of a knight's.

"Agreed. and that is no coincidence. The Chi is a mix of Fire and Celestial." RC says. He then sees the person who is talking to him. RC blinks. What in the world? "What time portal did you trip through?" RC asks with a smirk.

"Feels perfectly fine to me. A shade warmer than usual, but nothing too a...lar...ming." He stopped when he heard the person, and immediately spun around. "May we ask the same? I'm aware of chivalry and all, but this is hardly the time period to take such extremes."
"Yeah... um, ew. Did we wander into one of those fairs where everyone dresses in silly clothes and sings even sillier songs." Ceramew spoke up.
