Growling softly, Aksaja tried another shot, attempting to be a little bit more careful in his aim this time. But this time, the ship seemed to roll a little under his feet in the waves, and the lightning dragon lost his balance, stumbling to the side. And completely missing his target.

Work together how, she thought to herself as the dragon boil called out to her. She didn't exactly see a way to tag team the vicious little monsters.
"Do you have any kind of plan?" she called back.
She took aim again and fired, almost straight above her head, as a fish was bearing down on her.
"Yes!" she exclaimed gleefully, as a second fish exploded, right in front of her face, getting fish guts all down her front. These rotten fish were going down!
And maybe this time Winters wouldn't clean them up...

. . . Well, that was a good question. Uhhm, a plan, a plan. "Well since I can't seem to HIT the damned things, maybe I can get them to chase me and you shoot 'em," he muttered, not quite entirely serious.
But still, the dragon took off running, looking over his shoulder to try a shot as he did so. "COME GET ME FISH!" he yelled.
And to his everlasting surprise . . . he actually HIT one this time. "Yes!"

Viveca had gotten cocky. She had hit two in a row now! To display her obvious laser handling prowess, she started to spin the laser around her finger.
It hadn't even made a full circuit around her finger when the trigger caught and fired off the gun.
She cringed as the shot exploded a fish just to the right of the dragon's head.
"Er...that's three for me!" she called, as if it had been on purpose.

"Hey, too close!" Aksaja protested, but he didn't really sound angry . . . more like he was laughing, in fact. Somehow, this was fun.
Maybe there was something wrong with him. But either way, they were killing fish!
"Here goes again!" he called, trying to shoot another fish himself while darting across the deck the other way. And another hit! Maybe the key for him was running around like an idiot while he shot his gun?

Viveca wondered where Sin was at. She hoped she wasn't staying out of all the fun cuz of her silly dress!
She took aim again and squeezed the trigger, but was feeling so confident, she didn't look to see if there was a target to shoot at.
Her shot managed to miss blasting apart a door of the ship, but it also missed every fish around her.

The demon ghoul cursed after her miss. This time she was very careful and aimed the laser. Her tounge poked out of he mouth a bit as she looked down the barrel of her weapon (going a little cross eyed in the process) and fired again.
She only just nicked the side of the fish, but that was enough to cause it to blow up.
(Four hits for Vivi!)

Aksaja flinched when one of Viveca's shots went wild, but then the next one hit a fish. "Yea, kill 'em all!" he called out, spinning around to squeeze off a shot of his own.
However, in his spinning, he managed to slip on the deck and once again found himself flat on the deck - this time on his a**. "Ow," he grumbled, rubbing at his backside as he climbed back up to his feet.

Viveca was standing near Aksaja when he fell. She turned towards him, the arm holding her weapon bent so the laser rested against her shoulder and the other hand on her hip.
"You're never gonna get any of 'em laying DOWN," she scolded. Honestly!
She offered her free hand to him, to help him up.
At the same time, she tried to fire her gun at an oncoming fish, but couldn't quite handle both actions at once. She managed to fall forward, missing the creature completely.

At that, the lightning dragon couldn't help but laugh, taking that arm to try and steady her but instead . . . he just ended up pulling Viveca down almost on top of him. "Ha, like you're one to talk now," he pointed out with a quick grin.
This fog really was annoying, but maybe in an odd bit of reverse . . . something . . . he could actually hit something from here. Experimentally, he raised his laser into the air and fired off a shot at random. But of course that didn't work so well, the shot disappearing off into the gloom.
"Hmm. You might be right. Let's get up off the deck," he said then, shaking head with a quick smile as he got up to his feet and offered her a hand.

(thank you for the cube! c: <333)
Not a minute had passed since she rejoined the majority of the students on the main deck when Shine found herself clutching some sort of weapon, face-to-face with...glowy...shiny...fish things. She panicked, fumbling with the gun, eyes darting from student to student to see how they were working these things. They were way too tiny for her hands, and her claws kept getting in the way, and oh Jack, the fish...!
Her lack of dexterity failed her again, and the gun dropped noisily onto the deck. It somehow managed to fire off a blast towards one of the approaching fish. Though she'd tried her best to cover her eyes and ears in the commotion, Shine could definitely still smell the stench of fiery fish flesh.

OH JACK FIRST A STUDENT HAD GONE OVERBOARD. THEN THE TEACHER GOT DRUNK AND SANG. THEN SOME LADY WAS BITCHY AND PMSing. NOW FREAKING FISH ATTACKING.
Israfel was more then 100% sure now, as he was handed a gun and shot at the terrible boat invaders, his death was upon him.
If he lived he vowed to himself.
Never. Again.

As his first shot landed a hit, Israfel, blue eyes shot open at the recoil. Fumbling about, he looked for a way to stay safe and help his fellow students. "Oh jack. OH JACK. OHJACKOHJACKOHJACK." Running from point A to point B, (point B being behind the other students, Israfel shot again. Eyes, closed.
Needless to say he missed and might have gotten a passing seagull. But that was okay. They were flying sea rats. Which he was pretty sure were okay to kill as far as pest control went in Halloweentown. Inland they just had normal winged rats. And thinking on it, he hated those too. So it worked out fine.
His miss, that is.

OKAY. So far. He hit the fish once, and second time he missed...But he got a seagull which was in his book, still a win. If anything it made the siren smile a little bit. He hated seagulls. Almost as much as he hated this boat. Okay. He didn't hate the boat. The boat was a nice boat. It gave him nice clothes. But it was still a boat. And Israfel was still a siren. He felt a need to crash said boat using song. Even if that meant by being on the boat he'd go down with it. Like a canary in a coal mine. Was that the right saying? Probably not, but the fact of the matter was, he didn't like being on the boat.
Peering from his supposed safe spot, Israfel shot again, quickly ducking back into his spot. The sound of a fish flopping to his death filling him with typical 'oh I hit something' glee.
If there was a thing he hated more then being on a boat it was getting hurt. Or Killed. One of the two. Both didn't seem like very healthy things to have happen to him. Just why shooting at fish seemed like a good idea. Better then shooting himself in the proverbial foot and trying to crash the boat by singing while ON the boat.
Which he was secretly tempted to do.
Secretly.
Alone.
In his cabin.
To himself.
Where the risk might be contained.
Might.
